WAS, and I repeat WAS a legitimate source of reviews, but now newer movies I take with a pinch of salt as it has been taken over by fake reviews thanks to the marketing shills

i have had several reviews removed and blocked as they were negative.
they have been called out for this type of thing and artificially inflate films ratings.
they are partisan to companies like Disney, one can only wonder at what kind of collusion goes on behind closed doors, hopefully one day they will be held to account.

I wrote a review and they 'swallowed' it!
I wrote a review and they wouldn't approve it even weeks later, and to add insult to injury they even 'swallow' it, unable to see and retrieve it. I want it back, even if they don't want to publish it!

Black Panther review.
I wrote a negative review of 'Black Panther' and it was not posted. So I wrote another one and it was rejected again. Am I to understand that Imdb won't let me dislike 'Black Panther'? Absolutely nothing I wrote was racist in any way imaginable and I'm not allowed to express why I didn't like the film. I tried to contact Imdb but they do not allow it. All they do is send you to an automatic solutions page even though they say you can email them. You definitely cannot email them. The option is right there on the screen but it can't be clicked directly or reached in any way by completing previous steps. I assume if they had the integrity to tell me why it's not posted they would say something like " you are using Imdb as a political platform". I AM NOT using Imbd as a political platform, Marvel was using 'Black Panther' as a political platform before it was even released because they knew it was going to bomb unless they got everyone on board prior to it's release, and using the current climate to do so. That was the whole point of my review!!!! So how am I supposed to write a review about a film that was used as a political platform without speaking politically myself? It's impossible! What that tells me is that Imdb didn't understand the film, and they are TERRIFIED of being labeled racists eventho absolutely nothing racist was said. What that also tells me is that they assumed I was white because of my previous reviews. So who's racist now imdb???? Who's racist now??? Imdb is, not me.

Brilliant
Brilliant website that enhances anything you are watching with the information that it contains. Some of the reviews are witty and funny especially for movies that had high expectations but have been panned (Star Wars prequels for example)!
