I experienced some issues with…
I experienced some issues with installation of the operating system on my server which were out of my control so I contacted support were I was connected to Adam who was very helpful and sorted me out with a refund so I could purchase a server in a different data center. The customer service was excellent so I would highly recommend OVH!

After what I thought was a satisfactory solution, the payment has been taken a second time.

OVH seem to have resolved my queries below and I am currently working with them to ensure this situation doesn't happen again. They've answered my questions but haven't in all cases given the answers I was looking for. Given that they've reached out to me though provides hope that things will improve.

I'm sorry that you had a problem with the renewal of your service from OVH. From looking into it the service was cancelled on the same day as renewal, this caused the confusion in invoicing.

Worst company, none existent support REFUND request still waiting!
The worst company ever! Decided to go with OVH as many people have recommended me the services and VPS for being "good" the way it is advertised. "Powerful" cpu from 3ghz etc. However, that CPU is Intel Core Processor that is worse than most i3 processors with a benchmark of 5k. Also, the machine was lagging a lot. In addition and most importantly "ddos protection pro" that pro does it stand for there is NONE existent one? I put it to the test, ddosed my project, well I managed also to take the entire machine off.... There is no DDoS protection at all as being advertised. Customer support is worst than any other company! Sent a support ticket, 12 hours of no reaction to it, sent email same thing, called twice on the phone, waiting for 5-8 minutes someone to pick it up, the company doesn't seem they care about their customers and didn't even pick the phone, left it to keep ringing! Also to mention that the machine I got, came as faulty, giving erros in the RAM and crashing it automatically! Unreliable source same the company is! Requested the refund, hopefully I will get my £82.04 refunded back to my bank account (some day) .....
A friend of mine with his home internet provider has way better, reliable and strong DDoS protection as well as machine. I'm sorry that you have had a negative experience at OVH. Furthe to our phone call, the VPS that you were using did not meet the minimum specifications of the FiveM server you were trying to run. As we discussed, an OVH Game Server would be best suited to run this application. It is especially useful for game servers as it offer our specialised Game Anti-DDoS.

The 5 stars are for the customer…
The 5 stars are for the customer support staff! I would give only 3.5 stars to the company as we waited over 4 hours for our 2 boxes to go live. It is quoted as setup in 120 seconds - dropped the ball there OVH!

I am really glad to have the service from OVH sister company [SYS] - (So You Start) as my game server hosting .
The speed and then machine are very good . They are using best hardware for the customers and they have a Real Time Monitoring enabled by default under the Dashboard.
If you need a good ddos protection for your game servers dont look any further . SYS is one of the best DDOS protection you could get for your game servers just make sure you go for SYS - Game Server and it has Anti-DDOS OVH Game in the description .
The support team are very helpful but mind you that they are only open from Monday to Friday so if you have anything urgent give them them the call and press 1 for emergency department which is in OVH Uk or Canada . But most of them time you wont have any emergency as they replace the hardware less then 15 minutes as there are in-house person taking care of servers 24.7. we are lucky .
My favorite technical support person is Adam . he is very kind and honorable person . He solves my issues very quick and if i have any concern he takes care of it .
Normally i do not write a review but this review is full hearty and i am glad to write it because these guys deserve more then what i write.

26 days without a reply, no call backs as requested
Utter shambles, had a complaint open for months, very little replies to this in the early days now I had to create a follow up ticket and 26 days later the ticket status is "open" but not a single reply from anyone.
