I subscribed on the 28/6/19.A couple of days later, not finding the appropriate publications, I unsubscribed...IKNOW I did, so that I would not forget and be charged.Well imagine my surprise when I received an invoice and charge to my PAYPAL account today.So I have gone back in and unsubscribed.I have taken 3 pictures of the confirmation....funny how having done this I have not received an e mail confirmation, so I have gone into my settings and clicked the unsubscribe button and converted these to PDFs and copied.This is, as far as I can see a scam.SCRIBD I forbid you to bill me again, I have proof that I have unsubscribed if you do so I will deem this as theft and take further steps.Your publications are not worth the access ....
An update...this is a very convoluted process to unsubscribe,, I think this is done deliberately to ensure that they get at least a month out of you....very, very shoddy.Anyway, now I have definitely unsubscribed, before I had just clicked on a link that gives you the impression that you have unsubscribed.Fortunately, I looked at the Trustpilot reviews and saw that the process was more complicated.So thank you Trustpilot!

So another update and I am updating and upgrading my review, Customer services at Scribd obviously listen to feedback and have accepted that the subscription was cancelled and have refunded the monthly fee.So a good outcome and thank you Scribd, have given *** because the process to unsubscribe is confusing.Therefore, could do with some clarification. Nevertheless a good result.
