Discriminatory and rogue if you are not 'a chosen'

Discriminatory and rogue if you happen to be outside their elite clientele. 

Awfully archaic, run by privileged people who still consider themselves masters of universe, and therefore would breach and stamp on all your rights if they deem you an inferior species. 

I of course speak of my own experience of 16 years, being subjected to academic rubbery, discrimination, and finally dismissal. 

I was harassed bullied and stripped of all my science, work, and employment rights, with a blink of eyes of a powerful professor and an elite head of department. 

And not a single ear, did I encounter among its officials, who would be ready to listen to my serious complaints about my science and work being stollen by a greedy rogue professor, and not a sole justice-loving mind, did I come across, who would be moved enough to try and investigate how a haughty head of department decided to perish my academic career after 16 years of serving, teaching and contributing to the University. 

I am sure many students and staff who read this would identify with much of it, as they do directly to me when we speak.
