It's a little sad that I can't answer…
It's a little sad that I can't answer you in the same tread so I open a new.
I had a site at Hostinger. And I made a copy of that site and uploadet it to 000erbhost and it didn't work out.
So I do understand that some things and sometimes it dosen't work
But for me it's the "index.htm" in my public_html folder who dosen't work.
It did work at Hostinger and when I have tried to access to my folder about 7 times - every day. I have given up. I don't change anything but it works after I have enter the fileservice. I can't use a FTP program before that eider. And yes it tells me that my page are running. But it's not. But I might ask at the forum. I just think they will laugh. But when it is running it works fine. I just think it's stupid that I have to spend time to get to the fileservice before it is up running and especial when I don't change a thing.

Great Service From Them
000webhost servers can be slow at times, but them being free makes that not even noticeable. They are great for development and learning how to code. They have a hosting environment that is very professional as well. I see many reviews on here complaining about them "deleting" your site. However, for anyone thinking about joining that doesn't happen the other people just didn't know how to code. I have been using 000webhost for my personal blog for almost 3 years and I would recommend it to anyone.

I have started using 000webhost recently and it is a pretty good service. First of all, the options to make sites. You can use a website builder, install WordPress, or do hard coding. Giving you an array of options for many different kinds of people. Even though they are a free service it really helps you test stuff and run sites like it's a paid professional environment. Due to the fact that they have tons of great features. Last, of all, they have built-in analytics which I really enjoy because I don't need to go through the hassle of using google. In conclusion, I would recommend this web host to anyone looking for something that is good and reliable.

Utter f#$%*&^ s$%^, holy damn did it gave me literal cancer.It's always overloaded with goddamn freeloaders that cannot even rent out their own domains (me included), but what takes the cake is the goddamn maintenance: good luck uploading php files when the f#$%*&^ MANAGER SERVICE IS OFFLINE

00webhost was the very first hosting provider that made my dream of creating a wordpress site come true. I wanted to build a site and had no money to pay for hosting so I signed up for 00web host and I was amazed that they offered one click install of wordpress and I then created my site in one hour, impressive aah.
Although they don't offer some features such as SSL or email accounts or other CMS scripts but why get angry remember it's free hosting without paying a single penny.
I then later upgraded to their premium features at hostinger which are good.

worst experience in my life
worst experience in my life. real amateurs. I created a website that was hosted by 000webhost.com using the Zyro tool it worked OK for the first week that's when I uploaded everything on the website which took me too much time and effort but after that, the Zyro tool stopped working for me and i couldn't use or edit my website anymore so I wrote them in the forum and they said they're working on fixing the issue but nothing changed so I wrote them again and again and again. A month had passed and yet the simple issue was not fixed. I wrote them again and this time they told me that fixing the (zyro beta) is not on (the top list of their priorities) please note that they didn't mention anywhere that zyro was a beta. I told them that if it should take their developer more than a month to fix a simple issue, then they have no developers and that I'm disappointed. Guess what they did after that? ... YES, THEY DELETED MY WEBSITE!!!! and when I wrote on the forum that they did so, they deleted the whole topic. I wonder what kind of excuse they're going to write here now to make themselves look good!!
