    Not only was it straightforward to take…

    Not only was it straightforward to take advantage of a recent special offer, it was easy to jump back out of and into the 'shopping basket' to change orders. The only difficulty was a common one of needing to watch the differences between organisation & billing address, delivery address, and credit card address - fiddly but eventually sorted.

    Hopeless indexing and search function

    The web site was difficult to use. I could not work out how to search for books only in the archive and thus on sale. The only way that I could examine the books was to scroll, page by page through 26,000 pages which meant that in practice anything earlier than 2004 was not visible.

    When I used the general search function I would find books, enter the Archive19 code, and find that they were not on sale. Frustrating.

    Junk Mailers

    Never purchased anything, but somehow managed to get on their mailing list.
    The unsubscribe on their emails is hidden unless you click on full view. Poor practice at best, possibly illegal.
