credit card charged and reversed
Every time I use this site, card is charged and never goes through, yet I call my credit card and nothing wrong, this company just charges and then reverses the charge with no explanation but that it is your credit card not them. Awful, will not attend concerts that use this merchant.

The worst costumer service I have ever come across.
I had sent in a complaint regarding something that had happened to my mother at the BST Hyde park event and was redirected to AXS customer service,
There reply to me was a basic 'copy and paste' to I assume stop this from actually been answered or resolved, I then emailed with a request for this to be read and replied to appropriately 'for someone to actually read my complaint and understand what I was asking for' to then receive a reply of ' your request has been answered'.
Furthermore the initially email was to complain that my mother who is a full blue badge holder was denied access to a disable toilet down to the fact 'she didn't look disabled' she asked to speak to a managed on this matter where she was actually laughed at and again told she didn't look disabled. To be clear not all disabilities are visible .

NEVER AGAIN!! HORRIBLE website; tech support waited an hour and no response! Forces creation of an account to get the ticket you paid for!!!

Complete screw up with no effort to help rectify
Joined the frantic rush for Rammstein tickets when they went on sale. Found 2 good tickets, booked them. Screen seemed to freeze, so went back into account and under My Events, it said i had the tickets (I had put all my credit card details in). Later that evening, checked the account and suddenly it wasn't showing. Spoke to them on live chat, they said there was some sort of fault, and sorry but nothing they can do. Of course by this stage all the good tickets had been sold. I asked if they could do anything to give us similar tickets, as if we had not been misled in the first place, we could have easily found similar tickets. The person we were talking to made no effort whatsoever, he just said that we would have to take whatever was left on the website at this point.
Luckily we went over to Eventim who still had some nice tickets left, and I will certainly never bother with AXS again.
I believe a lot of people had similar incidents. A friend of mine did, but when they phoned up they were instantly offered the same tickets. So clearly there was something that could have been done, the guy I got just couldnt be bothered. He said it was "policy" well if AXS policy is not to help people when its their fault, my policy is to never use them again.

Can you give no stars or lower? We ordered tickets in DECEMBER for a show in August and bought 6. They cancelled 2 without any notice and did not mention or email they had done so. They gave us the runaround and said they "Mis cancelled" the tickets by accident. Then had to wait 24-48 hours to hear back from the promoter.
This is all two days before the show. So by the time we hear a response, the show will have passed. We had to pay Double ($300) for 1 ticket when originally we paid 155 for two tickets.
We have paid for flights, hotels, shuttle services to red rocks, To then be told that we now need to pay triple the price for tickets that were "Mis-cancelled" by them.
I do not expect this dumpster fire of a company to do anything to remedy this situation. I would recommend that you not use this company for ANYTHING, EVER.

My son bought tickets for my birthday
My son bought tickets for my birthday, the day of event headed to venue and no one there?!? The venue changed and no notifications were sent, it was an hour away and an hour earlier, could not make it. No refund will be done because “we” should have requested prior?? My son is out $100 as I’m guessing others were also, they basically stole money from concert would be goer..
