Worst customer service ever seen for a…
Worst customer service ever seen for a company that big, I have been using Teamviewer for a few years to manage my home computers when I am out or even help friends and family, and out of nowhere they now say that I am using it for commercial use. I tried to fill their online form but didn't get any answers from them after 15 days and they claim to answer everything in less than 7 days. I would recommend as a really good alternative Remote PC, you can even stream videos with almost no lag, and it is 100% free. A thing that team viewer wasn't really able to do. btw there is a lot of other free options that works really well, No machines, remotePC, anydesk, just to name a few, and they are all free...

Software is great but cancel a subscription is another story.
I recieved an email that my subscription was cancelled with succes when i cancelled at 25 days before renewal. Two months later i recieved a invoice from debt collector. When i call with teamviewer they hang up if you ask explaination.
I payed the bill to avoid a debtcollector but this is bullying people, i am going to Anydesk.

Used paid service as a subscription for 1 year. At the end of term I didn’t want to continue but they said I should have let them know 20 days before and it’s too late to cancel even before the expire date! I refused to pay for the service that I’m not going to have. Now they sent me debt collector notice. I never ever seen such company before. I brought multiple customers in the past, certainly will advise everyone to not deal with this crook company.

I have used this software for a year no problems and now its a nightmare as it says I'm a commercial user and logs me off in 60 seconds not the stated 5 mins and well they can stick it where the sun don't shine I have had anuf it's being uninstalled and I can move on for good

Caveat Emptor... THEY SUCK!
I am attempting to get a refund for a product I don't use after the initial year I subscribed for, I was finally able to get on to the site. I was prevented from getting on to their site to cancel my subscription only to find out you can't do that from "manage my subscription." So I had to open a case with their support only for them to say the EULA says we can do this. That is crap. You could keep one month and refund the rest, but to make me pay for an entire year is unreasonable.

This is by far the most wasted money I have ever spent. TeamViewer is terrible they stole my info from my computer and crashed it, without a refund of money. They attempted to get my banking info, but I wouldn’t login into my account. They got angry with me because of this and crashed my Mac computer. I’m currently looking into suing this company.

Zero stars for TeamViewer. Their attitude towards people who are helping others e.g. I log in to a veterans PC to help him, as he struggles, yet TeamViewer call this COMMERCIAL USE, they then block my attempts at helping him. Shady business operations
I cannot believe I received an automatic renewal notification from TeamViewer today... the very day of the automatic renewal. There was no notification prior to today. I had no intentions of renewing and since the subscription was completed online, via a phone conversation, I was completely unaware of a 28 day prior to renewal policy which can only be delivered in writing!
Of course, I have closed the credit card account before they were able to make the charge but I do suspect I will receive some sort of attempt to damage my credit in retaliation of their shady business practices.
To not send out an invoice at least 30 days in advance is an absolutely horrible business practice. I will be voicing this review on every outlet possible in order to keep other businesses from an obvious trap set by a predatory company.

The support is terrible
The support is terrible, sales and auto-renew garbage is even worse. Currently filing with the state over disagreements we have. Very bad company to deal with.

Awful treatment of customers. This company is rigid and unable to compromise. Beware of the automatic renewal to your subscription. You must inform them in writing 28 days in advance if you do not want this renewal to take place so bad luck if you didn't keep track of when your subscription started! Stay away from this business and use free (and better!) alternatives like Chrome Remote Desktop.
