If I could they would get 0 stars. Disgusting attitudes of staff especially Elaine who is the centre admin manager who sets awful examples for her staff who follow a suit of rude and disrespectful behaviour.
I call them and asked for information, they give you this high and mighty communications about they cant advise me about what to do but still proceed to share incorrect email addresses.
When i call they then again act all high and mighty and then say I need to go elsewhere to get what I need - TOTALLY conflicting WHAT THEY said the first time.
They need sacking absolute disgusting behaviour should be ashamed!
Elaine and Dominic who work in the admin centre should be ashamed and need retraining! Yes i want my call recordings and no you cannot stop me from getting them ok!
Mid conversation I get cut of basically told NO your not getting your call record. They have no complaints procedure on their website.

Parents were refused visa to attend my graduation in a weeks time. Totally unbelievable ! The form was properly filled online and they were asked not to pay for the visa, they confirmed this at the office and the staff insisted they need not make any payment due to their passport type.
3 weeks later they were denied the visa because they did not pay the visa fee???!!! They were clearly asked not to pay despite them insisting on it.
Two years ago when dad invested thousands of pounds for me to come study there was no visa issue, now he cannot come spend a week to celebrate with me, over £95 visa application fee?
I called today to see if any payment or rectification can be made over the matter as their passports are still within the UK and I was told It can’t.
Please, I will need more clarification as to why my parents visas were declined, when their documents were complete and they followed every instruction given.

I tried to make a visa application for my girlfriend when I submitted the application I then was transferred on to tls contact centre to make my appointment. I however wanted to book another time as I was not ready to book the appointment straight away. When i try to click on the link that sends me to my application It tells me i have to redo my application all over again. I can no longer book my appointment and i must pay again to book an appointment. I then had to pay £6 to send an email to tell them my situation however i get a blunt response that i need to find my link in my email which i have already done. I then had to call them (calls cost £1.57) and they tell me i have to cancel my application and re do it again. After we finished talking I then realise how can i cancel if i cant evem get in the application? I then try to contact them but they wont connect anymore on the phone. How can you not even create accounts for customers you money grabbing useless people. I also have to wait 4 weeks till i get my refund (if i get my refund). But hey since its the government we have to tolerate it.A lot of people have a lot bad things…
A lot of people have a lot bad things to say regarding to universal credit but I think is the best And easier benefits ever had .

very bad! it's been 2 weeks and there have been no information about when my visa will come out and I tried to contact them but there were no answers. they didn't even bothered to email me back and tell me when my visa comes out. if i missed my flight because my passport and visa have not return, you guys must be responsible for this!!!DVLA/GOV online DD vehicle tax system. Terrible service, blocked my DD setup from my account.
My bank advised me to always cancel ANY DD after i have told whatever company to stop taking the payments.
So i have always done this. BUT
DVLA/GOV site, class any cancelled DD payment, as a missed payment, and as i have sold a few cars(work related) i have cancelled them, the same day i have registered the sale. So, sticking with banking advice.
Sadly the gov system does not recognise the difference between a missed payment and a cancelled DD.... I have never mossed a single DD payment on any vehicle in my life and due to there silly faulty outdated system, i can no longer use my bank account to set up ANY future DD with them and all 6 vehicles i currently have will no longer allow DD for payments when they fall due for renewal.
Yet another pathetic mess the government allows to happen, the online chat were unhelpful, repeating they can not help with this as the system has blocked me.

I lost my dream job because of Universal Credit because they delayed my payment for no reason and I couldn`t go to work because I did not have for petrol as I was working 50 min drive. I found myself with a lot of debt as rent and other bill and I couldn't found what to give to my children., we have stayed a few days without food, without a heater in winter. after that when They paid me I start a different temporary job with a recruitment agency, Now again I find myself in the same situation now, I am one week after my universal credit payment due.debt again, an empty fridge and risk eviction for the second time. they said that universal credit help you to get in work, I see just opposite, its here to make you not able to work, this week 3 employer contacted me for job but I can`t go to work because if I dont have what to eat so how I can travel to work, I am stressed and depressed, yesterday my son asked me to buy one pen only for school I couldn` I don't have any money to travel. before universal credit, if you lose the job you will be paid weekly by jobcentre so you will keep going looking for a job and I was taking next job easy and quick but not now anymore. they don't have even email address where you can send them documents that they will see in which situation they make you.if I will end my life is only because of them because I can't see myself not be able to buy one bread not for me but for my children.Waste of Paper and time
