anyone can do to create
passive income
and that's what all of
these websites
are about methods and
strategies are
about to create that
passive income so
you don't really have to do
much work
for it
you just have to set it up

it just continues to work
for you and
this is something that a
lot of rich
people do when they get
money like
you've heard of saying you
need money to
make money and usually you
can take that
money and invest in
projects in startups
in investment in stocks and
bonds and
all sorts of investment and
you grow
your portfolio and you make
your money
work for you and this is
what this video
is gonna be about and the
first one that
we're gonna start with
today is app

I've pulled up a couple of

apps right here and I know
a guy that is
making apps online he
doesn't have any
coding skills he doesn't
have any skills
other than making just fun
games and he
makes those like a really
really simple
apps that is called like
casual endless
games so you have like like
a score that
goes endless and you have
to beat your
friends and stuff like that
I think he's
made like probably about a
hundred games
at this moment and once he
releases an
app to the App Store all he
has to do is
get some reviews and then
it just keeps
going it keeps paying him
he has
monetization strategies and
is really
really quick for him to
make all that
money I'm but I'm gonna
just show you a
few different like easy
very very easy
apps that you can make that
people
actually love so you can
see happy glass
right here and if we go
into the images
all you have to do is just
get the water
in the cup and
see this is something a
five-year-old
could probably make when it
comes to the
graphic design of things if
we go
further it's just very very
simple not
really much going on other
than just
drawing on this and you can
make this in
an app designer all right
the second one
that I want to show you
like helix jump
is one of the most popular
games at the
moment there's a very very
casual game
that you have to just
bounce the ball up
and you cannot hit the
wrong like
platforms very simple to
make I saw this
one Tom of the mask it's
pretty simple
however the design is a
little bit
harder on this one however
that the sign
is a little bit harder on
this one let's
go to this slices a very
simple game
that probably anyone could
make right
here color switch and this
is a very
very popular game as well
where you have
to like switch colors and
stuff like
that but he makes like these
most super
super simple 2d graphics
kind of games
and he publishes like a 10
per month and
then he just sees which one
pulls off

off of that
one that is doing well and
he just gets
money coming in because
these games are
so easy to make and you
don't have to
make like a huge game a
full game in the
beginning because you can
always update
and make a new version and

invest your money into real
estate real
estate is something that is
a very very
safe investment to have the

can make about
eight point eight to twelve
percent and
your returns I know that

only been up since 2014 so
they only
have like a track record of

because you want
to have like a really solid

Amazon FBA Amazon FBA is
basically you
get an item up on the
Amazon platform
and people will buy that
from you and
what happens in this is
that Amazon has
this big big warehouse
that's automated
that has like a lot of
boxes like you
can see here like they have
like a
warehouse with where
everything is like
automated there's really
not a lot of
people that work in those
warehouses
everything kind of goes on
autopilot so
what you do is that you
open your own
Amazon store and then you
sell items
from China so for example
if you sell a
knife or if you sell you
can see you can
sell anything on Amazon if
you go on
Amazon it's not Amazon
placing the items
there it's actually people
using the
Amazon FBA platform and
they sell
through them so what they
do is that
they send items into the
Amazon FBA
warehouses
once they get a sale on
Amazon Amazon
ships it out for them very
very simple
to do many people do Amazon
FBA and it's
a good strategies to make
passive income
online however it does take
some upfront
investment to find you
probably need to
find three different
products and then
two of them will go into
trash and one
will be profitable but it
does take some
capital to find a retailer
in China
that's going to sell the
item very cheap
so you can sell it at a
higher price in
America with Amazon so just
be aware of
that so the next method that
we talked
about is Skillshare or you
to me and
these are websites where
you can upload
a course however you can
make your own
courses on here and then
sell those
courses and once you put
your course out
on Skillshare or you to me
you can get
passive income coming in
because
Skillshare and udemy is
basically
platforms that will market
your own
course for you so you don't
really have
to do much outside
marketing to get
people to come in it's a
perfect
platform where they just
search if you
have a skill in guitar you
can see that
a lot of people are going
in here and
learning guitar like three
hours two
hours one hour right here
and they have
a lot of students and you
can get a lot
of students asked well on
this and just
do something you're good at
make a
course and then get money
passive money
coming in the next one
we're gonna take
a look at is actually
Lending Club comm
and what this is all about
and what this
is all about is that you
can lend your
money out to other people
that need it
and you will get a return
on that you
will get a percentage so as
you can see
right here a fixed income
alternative
with historical returns of
three to
eight percent per year so
this is not as
much as the investing in
real estate or
investing in just bonds so
with this one
you get at three to eight
percent return
annually that means yearly
and you can
see that this is not as
much as the real
estate investing that we
just talked
about fun rice and also if
you invest in
either of
401k or an SMB 500 we've
historically
seen return on investment
of 8 to 10
percent per year you might
as well go
and buy some bonds
I personally invest in the
global index
which is a great investment
fund that
you can really see they
have like an
annual investment rate of
eight point
eighty four percent so when
you see that
in the long term if you
rent out for
like a 50 year period
you're going to
get compound interest and
compound
interest is so important
because your
money will grow and that
money that
little money that you get
will grow
again and again and again
and over a
period of 50 years you can
see a lot of
money I know a youtuber
that made how to
make maybe you some of you
have seen the
video from Ryan
Scribner about how to
become a
millionaire investing five
dollars per
day and basically all you
have to do is
invest five dollars per
year in 50 years
and you're gonna become a
millionaire
just because of that
compound interest
so it starts very low but
after a while
it just goes and
exponentially and this
is when you want to get
passive income
and start right now
especially if you're
a kid if you're like
fifteen years old
or if you're like 20 years
old you can
really see some massive
gains because
you're so young so it's
just something
to think about the next one
that we're
gonna take a look at is Airbnb
so you
can make a lot of money
believe it or
not renting out your home
to strangers
or you can rent out a room
to strangers
so if we click on become a

here you can see that they
earn up to
thirteen thousand Norwegian
kroner
that's about 1600 United
States Dollars
so really you can make a
lot of money
having this and I know a
lot of people
are actually investing in
real estate
and instead of renting it
out to normal
everyday people they just
go on Airbnb
and rent it out to Airbnb

really they can see like a
huge huge
passive income coming in
and it's not a
lot of work you just have
to contact him you have to
give them the
keys and all of that and

is like a website where you
can create
t-shirt designs and they
sell themselves
so what you can see right
here is that
people actually create
these designs and
they never buy any t-shirt
they never
print any t-shirts
themselves they only
go on here and create a lot
of the signs
so as you can see right

you don't
really have to do much
other than create
the graphic design of the

everything for you
to shipping and handling
and taking the
checkout account and all of
that stress
that you don't want to have
in your life
you just have to create the
designs also

apps right here there's a
lot of
different ways to get
passive income I
would say that if I were to
invest my
money right now I would go
into blue
chip stocks like high cup
market stocks
I would go into global
index funds at
the 401k the sp500 because
have very high annual
returns but when
it comes to DS website it
truly depends
on you if you want to
invest your money
and you have very low
capital you can
get some annual returns of
8 to 12
percent but I probably
imagine that you
need quite a bit of money
to get some
returns of that if you put
a thousand
dollars in you're only
gonna get $80 $90
back at the end of the year
it's not
that much but if you invest
a lot you
can get a lot back when it
comes to
actual strategies to make a
passive
income I would go with
making apps
Amazon FBA teespring
they're all just as
good it's just a strategies
to make some
passive income online but
that is going
to be the video if you
