what I love the most about this

community is that I can just be in the

lab and ask them a specific question and

get their input and make something that

they want so for example I was in the

lab creating lip products and I wasn't

sure between you know a vanilla scent

and a peach scent and I was like you

know what let's just ask them and see

what they learned and most people wanted

vanilla and I was like well that was

easy and I feel like because we're just

such a small company and I love my

audience so much and I love our

customers so much I want to make sure

that they are involved every step of the

way

I think that people really love watching

their favorite beauty bloggers start a

brand or even collaborate with a brand

because they have a special bond and a

special connection with them especially

with makeup it's such a personal thing

you wear it every day so to have a
