Carbonated fruit: apple slices--- make money online

hey everyone I thought I'd show you

another use for this small pressure

chamber that I built

I carbonated some apple slices so let me

show you how that turned out

so in a previous video I used this

stainless steel water bottle with the

top that I made on the lathe it's just

sort of a convenient pressure vessel

with a valve on it so in this case I

have it hooked up to pure co2 and I

chopped up an apple off the tree outside

and put the apple slices in there and I

actually had it up to about 60 psi and

after a couple hours those apple slices

were pretty well carbonated it actually

worked out quick enough but in this case

I left it up at about 60 psi for about

two days so let's see how they turned

out now so too bad you can't hear this

movie you can yeah it sounds like a bowl

of a rice krispies here so it has been a

couple days so the apples have turned

slightly Brown just because there was a

little bit of oxygen left in the in the

chamber there let's see how it tastes

it's really quite good it's like a

apple-cider in a solid form almost it

has a very good sort of bite to it the

carbon or the carbonation produces

carbonic acid in your mouth which gives

cider that sort of bite and these are

green apples so they're already fairly

strong in flavor definitely a good easy

way to make fruit more interesting all
