2 to 3 p.m. every single day I
know

up to 3 p.m. every single day yes
I
do I sleep very very late and I love
it
but
there's come a few things in my life
that
I need to wake up early for and
also
I've always been like this when I
went
to school I sacrificed sleeping to
staying
up late and sitting on my mobile
a
phone even when we had like this tiny
oh
no Kia that we only had could play
like
snake on I stayed up late because I
wanted
to have that precious that late
night
time you know the late night time
where
there's no one bothering you it's
just
you and you can do whatever you
want
and I've always cherished that and
since
I've been going older and I make
money
online now I can do whatever I
want
and I live by myself like right now
I'm
at my parents though because I'm a
home
visiting family but literally in
two
months time I'm going to move within
and
find an apartment with my girlfriend
and
things are gonna change I need to
wake
up earlier and I've always been
kind
of looking up to those people that
had
a schedule when they woke up and
they
become so productive and can do
whatever
they want to and have so much
time
and freedom to wake up early get
everything
done and then you can chill
out
but for me it's been kind of the
other
way around but this is basically
how
my schedule is right now

I don't think we have to explain
that
chill work and I'm gonna Sambi I'm
gonna
explain that a little bit later we
start
off with sleeping so I sleep from
about
5 a.m. until 2 p.m. right here and
usually
when I wake up at 2 super tired
and
I just go instantly on my phone and
I
spend about like an hour or so in
front
of my phone that's definitely not
healthy
checking emails browsing
Facebook
going to read it maybe watching
some
YouTube a little bit YouTube and
then
I'm lumping myself out of bed and
then
my workday starts when I wake up
around
4 until about 8:00 and then I eat
some
so we get in about 4 hours of work
usually
I can produce about like 2
YouTube
videos and that time it's not
that
hard and then we're going to like
finding
what to eat and then making the
recipes
I love going in the kitchen and
cooking
stuff so I usually spend maybe
an
hour to doing that going to the
grocery
store finding the things to cook
and
all that I do that at that
particular
time so from 8:00 to 9:00 I
eat
and then I usually watch some
YouTube
videos or Netflix while I eat
and
then we go into maybe working about
2
or 3 hours more working on my business
making
more YouTube videos if that's
what
I have to do miscellaneous things
that
you have to do in the business so
let's
say about 2 to 3 hours it goes
away
from that as well let's just say
two
hours and then we move into the bad
part
so I would say that this is pretty
normal
I usually get like a pretty
effective
4 hours of work in here that I
do
the brunt of the work that I have to
do
and then I get a little bit of like
miscellaneous
things that I have to do
again
and then we go into the part that
I
don't like as much which is I go into
chill
mode and then I go into what I
call
zombie mode and Sami mode is when
you
are sitting like this
you're
just watching Netflix you're
playing
some games you're having a
little
bit of fun and you're not really
getting
much productive you probably
already
understand that just browsing
the
internet and not doing anything
productive
whatsoever so about chilling
for
three hours and then zombie mode is
fully
enabled after those two hours so
that's
pretty much my day right now I
can't
say it's the most productive day I
have
to say that I sleep too much
usually
I don't really get 10 hours of
sleep
I've written out 10 hours right
here
but I sleep like between right here
so
I get about 8 hours of sleep per day
like
consistently so that's pretty good
so
I have no problems with the sleep
it's
just when I put that sleep that's
wrong
I guess and then I get a few solid
hours
in a work and obviously I'm doing
pretty
well don't really have to work
much
other than four hours per day and
then
we got some two hours later down at
the
later part of the day and we got
some
meals right here and then we get
the
chill and these zombie mode which I
really
just want to get rid of I want to
get
more productive because I want to
grow
further I want to go faster I want
to
be more productive I want to have the
time
to just do as much as I can and be
productive
all
the throughout the day because I'm
still
young and if I pull pull in as
much
time and effort I can right now
into
being successful and finding a way
that
I can sustain myself for a lifetime
getting
enough money that I can get past
that
income in the future that would be
perfect
so I really want to work as hard
as
I can now so I could reap the
benefits
later with that passive income
coming
in that's why I need to change
this
around and definitely just have
some
better structure in my life and
some
other things are coming up like for
example
Andrea and me are we
moving
together and I definitely cannot
be
sleeping until like 2:00 or 3:00 p.m.
when
we're living together like that
because
that's not gonna that's not
gonna
go over well with her you know so
you
got to change things up and wake up
a
little bit early but let me try and
make
this into like the perfect
situation
like what would be the
absolute
perfect situation for me by the
way
guys do you want to see my dog it's
right
here it's a little bit grumpy
right
now because usually at this time
we're
both sleeping you're tired a
little
man you tie it yeah I think we've
done
it I think that this would be the
perfect
schedule for me
and
I even added a new tab on this which
is
called work out which is exactly what
I
need to do I need to start working
this
fat belly off of me because
I
need to grow healthy and strong and
live
a prosperous
if
you're wondering the the food I only
eat
about four hours per day and I only
like
to cook one meal a day and then I
have
that for like three days so I can
eat
that two times in that four hours
span
because I do intermittent fasting
usually
when I'm when I'm good about
eating
stuff and usually when I'm home
like
right here I drink a lot of beer I
also
party a lot and intermittent
fasting
schedule can be a little bit
interrupted
like that but usually I like
eating
in this four hour working window
because
or eating window because I just
get
so much more energy and I don't have
to
worry about oh what I'm gonna get for
breakfast
what I'm get whatever good
like
I just have to eat this one dinner
two
times per day and it's plenty enough
and
I'm also losing weight on that and
not
gaining weight so that's the perfect
thing
so let's talk about the next
schedule
right here so this is this new
nuki
sleep schedule where we sleep from
12
p.m. until 8 and on the 8th or 8 a.m.
I
wake up and I put on my working should
workout
shoes I put on my workout shorts
even
though it's cold outside
I'm
in Norway right now and it's
starting
to get winter and it's starting
to
get cold I don't like the cold all
right
but I take on my workout boots I
take
on my workout shorts maybe a little
hat
on and I go running I go running and
I
go running for an hour because that's
what
we that's what you need to do I
remember
watching alpha M yes a YouTube
channel
he has been owning like a
fitness
center workout studios he is a
really
fit dude and he knows workout and
stuff
like that and he says every single
morning
you got to start doing cardio
because
that's what you want and I also
think
about the longevity of humans like
humans
are the best at running long
distance
where the absolute best animals
on
earth
that
can run long distance like we have
the
cheetah that runs the fastest right
but
then we have humans that run the
longest
and we're really capable at
running
and that's because that's what
we're
meant to do we're meant to be
running
get the heartbeat up and running
and
get the blood flow right up to the
brain
and start pumping and I truly
believe
that running is one of the best
workouts
because that is what we're
meant
to be doing although maybe you're
not
gonna be looking as well and I'm not
really
thinking about the looks right
now
like getting stronger biceps or
bigger
shoulders or six-pack abs but I
think
this is a beginning and then we
have
to do a little bit of a second
draft
to kind of get it perfect but one
hour
of running walking doing a little
bit
of exercise early in the morning to
kind
of get out of that gronke zone come
back
home
shower
shave and then we start
working
on
our
business and here we got a whole 7
hours
I know that this like they have
two
tabs of 12 a.m. so it's 4 5 6 7
hours
of just plain and simple work and
these
are the perfect hours 9 o'clock
until
3:00 is like usually Andrea comes
home
at 3:00 sometimes she's a nurse so
she
has this shift work so sometimes she
works
9th sunshine time see she works
the
mornings and stuff like that
by
for example today she will go early 6
o'clock
and today she's back home at
like
3:00 so that would be perfect and
then
we can start making some food
having
a little bit of good times and
just
have the last bit of the day like
yeah
I'm even getting more chill-out
time
then I was on the last schedule
right
here because of this nice looking
schedule
so I think this is kind of the
best
part if I were to change something
I
would probably take away some of the
chill
time right here and maybe go on a
workout
in a in a gym to get those
muscles
pumped and get shredded and
stuff
like that but that is basically
the
new schedule that I'm gonna try and
follow
because in a few weeks time I'm
going
to Portugal and a beautiful event
it's
called the marketing alliance I'm
gonna
meet a ton of people that I'm only
talking
to online and I'm gonna meet
them
in person which is gonna be amazing
and
it's a three-day event gotta meet
some
awesome people gonna have some
drinks
after the event with a lot of
people
as well hopefully gonna meet like
deadbeat

if we can get up a bed at 8 a.m. but
I'm
heights I'm gonna try and make this
happen
I know I've just like I've tried
this
a million times before but now I'm
truly
truly motivated to get this on the
road
because like I can I can't be
sleeping
until 2 to 3 p.m. it's so
exhausting
on my body even though I'm
getting
enough sleep and even though I'm
working
enough hours throughout the day
it's
just that it's not really
sustainable
for the long term and I feel
like
I could be way way way more
productive
throughout that and
throughout
the day and get more time in
on
a single day so that's gotta be
today's
