We Tried 3 Detox Treatments At A Korean Spa--- make money online

we all know celebrities love going to

spas to get red-carpet ready and today

I'm gonna treat myself like a celebrity

and I'm here at hue Spa in Los Angeles

the Spa has tons of amenities but I'm

gonna try three of their most

detoxifying treatments and pick my

favorite at the end

the treatments I'm going to try today

are the body scrub the shiatsu massage

and the gorgeous gold body wrap

so let's go she was bought more of a

traditional Korean bath house also known

as ginger bong we wanted to keep that

ginger bong aspect but also have more of

a boutique day spa feel so that women

can come in and you know sweat it out

get all the Thompsons out but also you

know have more of like a relaxing

experience for this treatment the spa

therapist uses Amit to exfoliate my body

and get my skin silky smooth before we

get to scrub in I'm gonna soak in the

hot tub for about 10-15 minutes while I

open up my pores this is cool it's

different from like other scrubs that

I've had because they're not using any

gels or like salt or sugar based scrubs

they're just using a mint and warm water

and that feels like it's a little more

effective that way the benefit of the

scrub is just to get all that

exfoliation and just kind of like renew

your skin a little bit give you that

natural glow

during this treatment the massage

therapist uses her hands elbows knees

and even her feet on pressure points all

over my body so this is really exciting

I'm looking forward to this one so let's

try it out oh my gosh when you go to

other spas the massage therapists are

usually very timid when it comes to

really digging into your skin and

getting those knots but not here

so relax like so this shiatsu it's like

our acupressure so you're getting all

the pressure points getting all the

knots out it's a lot of stretching too

from blood circulation

this treatment comes with a scrub and a

massage and since I've already done that

before I'm gonna go in for their

gorgeous gold body wrap and facial we

actually mix our gold detox gel with a

ginger powder which contain about 40

antioxidant properties which actually

helps prevent free radical damage and

prevents aging and everything it also

helps out even out skin tone and skin

elasticity I've never had my tea

individually wrapped

I tried body wraps in the past but

sometimes the scrubs and gels used can

tingle on my skin a bit or I'll feel a

bit claustrophobic wrap so tight in the

blanket the solar blanket used here is

nice because it really helps lock in the

heat without feeling too heavy on your

body

feel like this was a spa day for my body

and my mind I just feel so at ease and

relaxed but I have to pick my favorite

and it's going to be the shiatsu massage

I've never had a shiatsu massage before

and I had no idea the therapist was

gonna go in with her hands and arms and

elbows and even her feet to massage my

back like she did not leave one knot

behind and I just feel so calm right now

like this is really good so that has to

be my favorite of course they were all

so fun and I would come back and do all

of them all over again

but yeah the shiatsu massage can't beat
