teaching you how to find any Amazon
reviewer even when they u
se a fake name
check it out what is up guys alright
let's jump in on how to find any
reviewer regardless of whether or not
they have a fake name so I just went
into a garlic press my usual example and
then we're gonna go down to the first
reviewer and see they're actually titled
concerned consumers so this isn't their
real name so you wouldn't be able to
track them by that in your seller
central account so go ahead and click in
here and then anywhere in the white
space I'm right-clicking I'm using the
Chrome browser go to inspect command or
control depending on what kind of
computer you are using you search for
customer underscore ID go ahead and copy
this this is what you're looking for
right here this string of characters I
usually copy and paste it into a word
doc because this is what you're after
right here obviously this isn't my
listing so I used one of my own but the
process is exactly the same are you
after is that customer underscore ID
alright guys so the next step is to head
over into orders manage orders and then
look for advanced order search so go
ahead and click that then change to the
search by Aysen enter the Aysen of the
product in question right so if you're
trying to find a reviewer on that garlic
press product listing for example you
just simply take the ace in associated
with that product paste it here date
range ordered in the last 365 days if
it's older than that then just accept
the exact order dates and then go to
search so from here I usually go down
and show 100 because it makes it easier
if you have a lot of orders right if
you're selling a lot of products and
then that customer ID that you saved
from before right you got it from the
view inspect from the reviewers profile
go ahead and click right click anywhere
in the white space here ctrl F or
what kind of computer you're on and
here's the customer ID and here at long
last is the order ID so take note of
this copy and paste the order ID go back
to seller central search it and voila
you found any reviewer regardless of
whether or not they have a fake name
all right guys and that is how you find
any reviewer regardless of whether or
not they're using a fake name and I
apologize for all the blurring but
really were the only people who are
actually showing it to you in our actual
real seller account we're not trying to
hide anything we're not giving you the
broad BS answer we're literally showing
you step by step and I'm pretty bad at
the blurring I apologize for that but
really I really hope it's helping you
