earth but what's the hard part about

starting YouTube well it can be summed

up in one word starting out it can be

subscribers who don't care about your

videos it's going to actually end up

hurting you in the end so in this video

we're gonna be talking about how to find

people who actually care about the

content that you want to create and if

you have people who care about your

content that means they watch your

content and if they watch your content

that means that YouTube starts to

promote your content to other people

which means your YouTube channel grows

and last thing and make sure you do stay

to the end of this video because we are

going to be sharing a secret little

trick you can use to actually 10x the

speed at which you can get your first

thousand subscribers all right guys

let's actually jump straight into my

screen right now um so what we're gonna

do is we're gonna go through a

step-by-step process of exactly how this

works again you need every single step

for it to really work most efficiently

so make sure you don't skip around so

the first thing that we're gonna want to

do is we want to find like the three or

four biggest channels in our particular

niche right so if you're if you want to

make content about cooking about

gardening about entrepreneurship about

affiliate marketing it doesn't matter

what it is you just want to find the

biggest current youtubers in that

particular space and you want to do it

the following right so let's just use an

example so we're gonna do fortnight

right so if we type in fortnight we're

gonna see a bunch of different people or

at 1.6 million views nine hours ago

which is absolutely insane two point

seven thousand watching right daily

fortnight battle royale moments is good

daily fortnight battle moments is good

which we can see right here so we'll

open that one up

BBC trolling you can see is also another

massive channel you know there's a lot

of other things right here that we see a

typical gamer it looks pretty big

343,000 Vicki Starr looks pretty big

four hundred and thirty three thousand

so her here's one right ali-a is

two hours ago 130 mm so we'll bring up

these four top channels and then what we

want to do is we want to subscribe to

these channels and turn on the

notification bells because we need to be

fast when they actually launch a new

video it's one of the centralized

strategies to actually be able to build

a thousand subscribers fast to your own

channel is actually being able to

comment immediately when these people

post videos on their channel and I'll

explain why in a second so we go through

when we subscribe to you know every

single one of these different channels

right here you know 10 million

subscribers 8.2 million subscribers 16

million subscribers right so we would

subscribe to all of them and then

basically what we would do is this every

time they actually release a brand new

video

we'll get a notification right because

we turn the notification bells on and

then once we you know let's say that

this is the video that they just

released 6 hours ago right so if this

released and we had notification bells

on we would get a notification about the

video having released immediately right

and then if we immediately like within

seconds go to that video and comment

something on it right as one of the

first people we could comment something

like daily fortnight royale battle

moments right is the name of the channel

so we get to type like daily fortnight

battle battle royale moments is the best

creative fortnight I actually created my

own channel called you know whatever

your channel is it could be like Kevin's

fortnight moments or whatever to show

even more fortnight highlights come

back right you don't want to use the

words subscribe back because YouTube you

know is always looking at things in

common and making sure that there's not

spam and things like that I'm in the

comment section but this is kind of the

script that I would recommend using this

is one of the scripts scripts that works

very well for people because it does a

couple of things you want to pay respect

to the channel that you're actually on

moments is the channel that we're on so

you don't want to be like hey come check

out my channel this channel sucks right

because then you know they won't they

might not even see it they might not

they might erase it you know people who

are fans of the channel aren't gonna

like that so you want to pay respect to

them and then you just want to say you

know I also create my own channel that

has even more fortnight highlights right

and if it's cooking that has like even

more recipes about XYZ and you can even

take it to the next level like look at

the comments that have the most

actual engagement on previous videos

maybe like there's some inside joke

maybe there's certain things that people

actually enjoy watching maybe there's

like certain topics or things that

people are going to react most intensely

to those are the types of things that

you want to include in your comment

because the purpose of actually

commenting this super fast you know

right as they launch a video is

everyone's gonna see that first comment

right and with these types of videos

that get one hundred and seventy five

thousand views in six hours right they

could go on to get millions and millions

of views potentially if your comment is

first and people start to up you know

upvote your comment or comment on your

comment or you know if you call out and

say that you know that channel is the

best

maybe they'll pin your comment for a

time or forever right if you can get a

comment that actually takes off and a

lot of people see it a lot of people are

gonna see your channel and a lot of

people are going to be able to actually

click your channel link and go navigate

to your channel which is pretty cool and

it can really um you know assuming that

your channel actually has some type of

content relevant to this particular

subject people are going to click on

your channel people are going to search

for your channel I mean if you have

content that's similar those people are

going to subscribe and if you get a

thousand people who are also interested

in fortnight starting to watch your

videos what can happen is that tells the

YouTube algorithm that they should show

your fortnight content to other people

who are interested in gaming at anytime

somebody actually engages with your

content they like it maybe they comment

on your actual comment you always want

to respond it's the more comments and

the more replies that you have in the

chain on your comment the more people

who are going to be interested in it and

the more chance that it has to actually

go up to the highest relevancy when it

comes to the comments that it shows to

the most people and we have one more

strategy that's actually like really key

in making this work especially making it

work fast when you're just starting out

but before we do that I do want to give

your comment so then it actually rises

to the top quickly it's gonna give you

the most exposure when these comments

are actually all starting to be posted

you know people are starting to comment

on it as the video is posted fans and

things like that but if you have people

help you and actually upvote your

particular comment and reply to it and

things like that it's gonna tell the

YouTube algorithm that it's probably the

comment that most people are engaging

with maybe it's the most interesting

that's the one that we should show to

other people so leveraging friends and

family to actually go and like your

comment and up vote it is going to give

you a maximum exposure and when you have

maximum exposure that obviously gives

you the highest potential chance to get

people who are interested in the content

you want to create to come to your

YouTube channel to actually engage with

your content and get you to that

thousand subscribers right the absolute

hardest subscribers to possibly get as a

beginner is that first thousand this is
