estate agents in San Diego so we'll call

this one real estate agents SD what

we're gonna do is we're gonna enter a

keyword right so we'll come in here and

we'll type in real estate agents we see

that it auto populates right there and

then we'll type in San Diego right and

so once we type in San Diego we're gonna

press show leads and what's gonna happen

is many leases gonna go out and find us

you know hundreds if not thousands of

different entries right here you can see

that we can you know make this multiple

different entries and what we can see is

we see the names of the actual real

estate agents right the emails of the

real estate agents their phone numbers

their address all of their social media

look look at how easy this is this used

to take you know days if not months if

not years if not your whole freaking

life to do this right and we used to do

this manually one page at a time to go

out and find all of these people but now

many leads does this all for you for

free and you see there's a thousand and

right a thousand and we're that's a

press call now or I would press send a

message right I would press send a

message to all of these all of these

different like real people with real

businesses out there I would message

every single one of them and

she prepared a you know a short little

script for you guys which I will include

down in the description that basically

goes you know hey business name whatever

the name of their business is you know

make money is to give things away for

free at first right because it gets your

foot in the door it gets past the

hardest part which is opening the

conversation with these businesses

so much faster just trust me when I say

that guys and then once you actually

show them what you can do deliver some

results get them some new and profitable

leads what you want to do is actually

negotiate how much they're gonna be

paying your monthly retainer so what I

suggest you

actually go ahead and say to these

businesses is normally you charge a

$5,000 setup fee but if they actually

choose to sign with you that same day

that you're talking to them that you'll

waive the $5,000 setup fee and you'll

only charge them $1,000 per month what

this does is it anchors a high price

point in their minds and then you go way

lower to what you actually reasonably

expected to get in the first place and

then they're gonna be like oh my gosh 5k

that's way too expensive one case sounds

so much better and then they're gonna

minus a couple of days three days

then you're gonna tell them that you

normally charge a $5,000 setup fee but

you'll waive it if they actually sign

and agree to become one of your clients
