ah the lure of passive income making
money while you sleep making money while
you eat making money while you're having
fun on the beach in Thailand it sounds
beautiful doesn't it but here's what
they don't tell you making money while
you sleep is addictive that first
passive dollar that you make without
doing any additional work will have you
necessarily a bad thing it trust me when
I tell you there are much worse things
to get addicted to then making money
while you sleep because passive income
can change your life it can take you
from a job that you hate and create
financial freedom for you so that you
can choose to do the things that you
want to do in life and so today I'm
going to be going over some very basic
and easy ways that you can get started
creating a passive income streams for
yourself even with just as little as
$1,000 these are going to be fast easy
things that you can implement
immediately and at the end of this video
I'm gonna reveal the number one passive
income stream that exists on earth that
you can really scale into a full-fledged
business to make way more than you even
imagined stay tuned
all right what is up guys so this video
is going to be very practical these are
gonna be things that you can immediately
implement starting today right these
strategies are not meant to go out and
make you millions and millions of
dollars immediately that just doesn't
exist and these strategies are more to
get you started and just understanding
you know how passive income works how
the investment economy works and how to
start actually generating some passive
dollars with the money that you have
saved even with as little as $1,000 to
to get started and so we're gonna count
down from number five all the way down
to the number one best strategy which is
actually pretty different from the rest
of the five the last strategy that we're
gonna talk about you can really actually
scale into a full-fledged business
making six figures seven figures or even
more but let's start off simple let's
start off easy that anybody anywhere can
do and start generating passive income
with number five number five is buying
dividend stocks right so what is a
dividend stock basically what a dividend
stock means is you buy into ownership of
a company and you get a percentage of
the earnings of that company so for
example a TNC everyone's heard of them
right it's a massive conglomerate
company that provides you know all types
of telecommunication services if you
invest $100 into AT&T they pay out a six
point five four percent dividend meaning
that if you invest $100 then you get six
dollars and fifty four cents back
annually from that investment and so
dividend stocks a lot of people really
like because their income generation
stocks and the cool thing about dividend
stocks as well is you not only get that
six dollars and fifty four cents for
every hundred that you invest annually
but you also get any appreciation of the
stock right so if the stock price of a
TMT stock starts out at the beginning of
the year at $100 and then climbs to two
hundred you also make that difference in
appreciation of the stock value itself
so you can make money with the dividend
and you can also make money with the
appreciating stock now you might be
thinking yourself Kevin that's only six
dollars in 54 cents that's not a lot of
money but the cool thing is you don't
have to do any work to actually generate
that money and it's much better to
actually invest your money into a high
dividend stock such as a tea then
leaving it in a savings account for
example where you're basically going to
be losing money because you're not
making money and the cool thing is there
are many different types of dividend
stocks it's just
Google search best dividend stocks you
can read all about what type of socks
are out there like Wells Fargo AT&T and
what I would recommend you do is look
for stocks and companies that have been
around forever right you want to invest
in a stock that you feel comfortable is
going to continue to pay out dividends
right you don't want to invest in a
brand new biotech stock that has like a
50% dividend because they're probably
not gonna be able to afford to pay that
forever you want to invest in stocks
that have been around forever that have
been around the block that have you know
showed the test of time and then you
feel very confident are gonna continue
to pay you your dividend number four is
index funds now index funds are one of
Warren Buffett's favorite types of
investments and that alone tells you a
lot about the validity of index funds
now what is an index fund index funds
are a collection of different types of
companies for example if you like you
know tech stocks but you don't know
which particular tech stock to invest in
you can invest into a tech index fund
which is a collection of multiple
different tech companies meaning that
you're actually investing in the tech
sector essentially as a whole or a
representation of the tech sector and
that actually alleviates a lot of the
risk of one particular stock going
significantly up or you know
unfortunately going significantly down
and so you don't have to actually be as
active in your investments you can be
passive and you can generate passive
income just by investing in actual index
funds that are a representation of
entire segments that you think are going
to be profitable and another cool part
about index funds is they tend to
outperform individual stocks so unless
you're a full time day trader and you're
doing that as your full-time profession
where you're really going all-in on
research and things like that then index
funds are for you they are the best form
of passive investing that exists in my
opinion and you know if you look over
the past 20 to 30 years index funds have
performed on average to generate you
know six to eight percent returns
annually and if you compare that to a
savings account or something like that
right it's not even a comparison it's
you know ten times better of an
investment to leave your money sitting
in an index fund than it is to leave
your money sitting in a savings account
like a lot of people do and so index
funds alleviate a lot of the risk a lot
of the actual ownership and you know
accountability for you as a trader to
have to individually research stocks
because you're investing in segments as
a whole so there's a lot less risk there
a lot less work and it's a great way to
generate purely passive income number
three is investing in REI tees and
basically what Ari I TSR think of it
like investing into the stock of owning
real estate right so if you can't afford
to actually go out and buy some brand
new piece of real estate or some office
building or you know a mall or something
like that you can invest into a pool
that invests into those things right so
what an REI T basically is is a pool of
money that goes out and invests into you
know commercial property office
buildings restaurants things like that
and so somebody else is going out and
doing all of the you know difficult work
paying all the fees and things like that
and you're just investing your money
into a pool of resources where you
generate passive returns and one of the
cool things about REI T's like our past
couple of examples is they actually pay
dividends as well so you can earn you
know between two and four percent on
average just to invest your actual money
into an REI T and then the valuation of
the money that you actually invest into
that RIT can appreciate similar to a
stock if the actual you know things that
your pool of money have invested in are
appreciating in value right so if you go
into an REI T and they buy an office
building for example and then you know
the value of that office building is
increasing then your money is going to
increase and you're also going to get
paid the dividend from that REI T itself
again earning two times the amount on
your investment so this allows you to
actually be a part owner of these
properties without actually having to do
all of the negative you know parts that
nobody wants to do and all the hidden
expenses of actually doing property
management and things like that and
there's no barrier to entry so anyone
can actually get involved all you have
to do is a simple Google search you know
looking for the best
REI T's or you know continue to watch my
videos and we can actually make another
video talking about the best index funds
and the best REI T's for you to actually
passively invest your money into number
two is what you're watching right now of
course YouTube YouTube is one of the
best passive income streams in the
entire world that I've ever found nobody
could ever tell me differently the
problem with YouTube for most people is
it is a lot of work at first right it's
front-loaded but the cool thing is once
you have some videos and you have a
backlog of it
people are watching those videos every
single day day after day after day and
the cool thing is you're earning money
on those videos to this day I have a
video two years old that I still get you
know five hundred to a thousand views a
day it still is generating me over a
hundred dollars per day and I don't have
to do any additional work it probably
took me a couple of hours to make that
video two years ago and it's still to
this day at generating me passive income
there's not many things like that on
earth that actually exist but again the
problem is it does take a lot of
consistency when you're first getting
started and most people give up before
they actually reach the point where
they're making significant passive
income from YouTube but one of the best
parts about YouTube is you can get
started with literally as zero money you
get started with nothing else other than
your phone or a laptop computer so if
you already have you know a laptop for
your work or whatever you can get
started just using that when I created
you to my first youtube video all I used
was my laptop and that video has over
600,000 views right and I had you know
my hair was messed up my beard looked
even worse than it does right now my
closet door was open and I didn't have
lighting I didn't have a mic but I got
started and that was the first video
that I ever created and to this day it
still gets hundreds of views per day and
generates passive income and so the only
reason you couldn't get started on
YouTube and you couldn't start making
passive income from YouTube is if you
don't get started and then once you
actually have a following you can make
money in so many different ways you can
create you know a product you can
affiliate market other people's product
you can make tutorials on software and
affiliate market that you can get
sponsorships from companies who want to
advertise on your actual channel there's
literally infinite ways to make money
with your youtube channel like
merchandise and I could go on and on and
on but the thing is you have to get
started and you have to build up your
channel you have to build up your
followership and you have to add value
to people and make interesting videos
hopefully like this one and so the
number one best way to make passive
income that I've ever found in the
entire world and no question and the way
that you can actually scale into a six
or even seven-figure or beyond a
business is something that we're gonna
talk about one second but really quick I
