to be teaching you about the main three
ways that pe
ople sell on Amazon so
method one is private label so this is
probably what you hear about the most
this is when people actually launch a
brand of their own right so fitness
bands you know a line of supplements
anything you want basically you find a
product you make your own packaging logo
and then you get the word out there and
you know if it's a quality product and
you're doing a good job of marketing
then you gain that kind of brand trust
with your customers and this is
definitely the most long-term approach
right so the sellers who are doing
private label are the ones who are
actually sending in you know somewhat
large shipments into the actual FBA
warehouses and these are the items that
you see on Amazon for the most part that
come up as prime right so if it has
prime shipping that means that it can be
pretty much anywhere in the United
States in two to three days and the way
that Amazon does that is by storing that
those particular items in their FBA
warehouses right so this is private
label you can do it from anywhere in the
world you just organize the logistics
it's definitely the absolute best
long-term option you don't have to you
know pick and pack or ship anything
yourself the whole model of it is it's
basically infinitely leverageable by
utilizing Amazon's workforce and their
methodology and infrastructure that they
have in place to kind of you know
deliver things to the masses the number
two is RA so what RA stands for is
retail arbitrage so these are the guys
who are going to Wal Mart going on the
clearance rack finding all types of
different stuff right so they're the
ones looking at Hatcher moles whatever
like the latest you know new toy crazes
they'll go and buy a mall and they'll
resell them on Amazon and you might say
why would be will be able to make money
this way and the reason is there's a
large disconnect between what people are
willing to pay on Amazon and you know
them checking anywhere else and like for
example one of my friends who does run
RA told me that he went and bought ten
hash of moles off target comm and
immediately sold them each for $100
profit and so this doesn't happen all
the time but they're definitely
are situations where you can find these
gems where things are selling for
significantly more just because there's
so much traffic on Amazon and they've
built such a powerful brand relationship
with their customers that people will
just buy it on Amazon and assume it's
the lowest price without doing their own
research so the third way is oh a and so
sometimes people call this TA but
basically what it is is online arbitrage
and what online arbitrage is is when
people use a set of software programs
basically to use spiders and crawlers
that go out to a number of different web
sites hundreds of different web sites
and what it does is it scrapes the
prices of different types of products
and merchandise from all of these
different hundreds of different web
sites and it finds the lowest for you
and what it does is it automatically
finds price discrepancies between you
know what you can buy a product for and
then what a product is selling for on a
and it presents you with all these
different options and you know you
basically just choose from there which
ones are worth your time which ones you
think you'd have a good chance making
money on and that's pretty much the main
three ways that people make money on
Amazon I'm in my opinion the best by far
for the long term is private label PL
