you can turn an age-old model of the
flea market garage sale and you can
bring it on to the internet and put it
in front of millions of people and the
thing is all of us whether it's
ourselves our family our friends our
relatives our parents our grandmas our
grandpas we have old stuff sitting in
our garage that's worth money and it's
just sitting there doing nothing and so
it's up to us to go and find that stuff
find that junk to ourselves to our
friends to our family to our relatives
to whoever and turn that into cold hard
cash and there's literally so many
different ways to do this you can do it
on eBay you can sell these things on
Amazon you can sell it very easily on
Craigslist on the Facebook marketplace
all you have to do is snap a quick
picture of whatever the item is look up
that particular item on ebay to get a
sense of how much it generally cost and
then
that item on ebay on Amazon on
Craigslist on the Facebook marketplace
and take a simple picture literally just
using your good old-fashioned cell phone
and then wait for the texts and calls to
come in and watch that money flow into
your account number five is good
old-fashioned air B&B because most
people have heard of air B&B but not
everyone knows that you can actually
Airbnb just about anything I've seen air
B&B is actually successful with reviews
of people literally air being being
their backyard in a tent
I myself have stayed in an actual air
B&B van in Hawaii right on the beach
that was actually beautiful it was clean
it had a bed it was amazing and it was
significantly cheaper years ago when I
was just getting started you know with
my business online I didn't have very
much money and I just wanted to stay
somewhere really beautiful and really
nice with my girlfriend at the time and
so I literally rented someone's van I
think it was like 37 dollars a night in
Hawaii right on the beach
and what people don't realize is you can
Airbnb just about anything as long as
you make it comfortable maybe you have
an extra room maybe you could actually
change your garage into an Airbnb or if
you live in a really popular city or
state or there's an event you could
literally pretty much Airbnb anything
even including your garage with a tent
or your van if you do live in Hawaii and
believe it or not depending on where you
live you can charge a couple of hundred
dollars literally per night just for
somebody to actually rent out a room in
your house that you wouldn't even
otherwise be using and it only takes a
couple of hours to actually go ahead and
clean up that room and it's a very very
good way that you can subsidize your
income and it's an very easy side hustle
to actually start that you can even
outsource to property management
companies who just take a small
percentage off the top to handle most of
the work for you number four is tutoring
so tutoring is pretty much as old as
life itself where somebody wants to
learn from somebody else who specializes
in that thing and it doesn't necessarily
just have to be the basics that most of
us think about when we think about
tutoring right of course you can tutor
people in things like algebra geometry
calculus math chemistry things like that
but you can also tutor people in English
you know most of us probably speak
English
maybe we speak a second language as well
and we can tutor people in that language
maybe you know something about coding
maybe you know something
cooking people are looking every single
day to learn more and more from people
on the internet and if you have a
special skill even if you don't think
you do you can monetize that skill just
by tutoring and there's so many
different ways where you can find people
who want to pay you to tutor them again
you can find people on Craigslist in the
classified section Craigslist is one of
the most massive sites in all of the
internet it literally has people looking
for just about anything that you could
possibly imagine but there's also sites
like tutor comm tutor me comm where you
can actually get paired with someone in
a tutoring marketplace where you can
actually get paid for your particular
skill and the cool thing about tutoring
is you can get paid fifty dollars even a
hundred dollars per hour and it really
doesn't matter that much about your
particular age because if you're really
good at something you will get
compensated to teach someone that thing
I myself actually take tutoring lessons
from a DJ that I found on YouTube and I
pay him close to $100 per hour and I'd
have no idea how old he is but he's
probably 18 19 years old but it's worth
it to me because he's incredibly skilled
at sound design at music production and
I'm learning so much faster than if I
was actually trying to learn it on my
own
number three is sitting and
unfortunately you can't get paid just to
sit or I'd be rich wait I'm talking
about how sitting a dog sitting a
babysitting people have busy lives and
they have animals they have kids they
have houses and they need people to
actually sit and watch them and make
sure that everything is okay while
they're going on vacation or at work and
if you love dogs and love spending time
with dogs I actually had a friend back
in college who made pretty much his
full-time income
literally just from dog sitting and it
was awesome for him because he loves
spending time with those dogs and he
just took the particular types of dogs
that he liked actually spending time
with he always met with the person and
actually saw whether or not he vied with
that dog and then he took care of those
dogs and the cool thing is about you
know how sitting babysitting dog sitting
is you start to build up a list of
existing clientele because people want
to actually you know use your services
again and again and again as they have
to go to work or go back on vacation for
their job or whatever the case may be
and so the cool thing is you start to
build up a customer list and
you have a customer list and you have
people who trust you right they're
willing to actually pay you more and
more often and so with the right family
or the right situation you can really
start to turn how sitting dog sitting
babysitting into a significant source of
