work from home and working from home
these days pretty much means working
from your good old handy-dandy laptop
but how do you work from home while also
making a significant amount of money
well that is the question that we're
gonna talk about in this video where
we're going to be revealing the top 7
highest paying work from home jobs that
you can get started with today stay

kick this off we're gonna start with
number 7 which is a book keeper right
every business these days needs a book
keeper and a lot of people think that
or get an accounting degree to actually
be a book keeper but actually neither of
the book keepers that I use to run my
business actually have a formal
accounting degrees they both just
understand how to use an excel sheet and
work very hard and are incredibly
detailed and like most things nowadays
bookkeeping realistically has actually
become essentially using the popular
software like QuickBooks Xero and things
like that
to actually just run and plug numbers
from someone's bank account from
someone's paypal address from you know
people's stripe accounts and things like
that so if you can process basic numbers
and you can understand you know how to
do math in an Excel spreadsheet then you
can probably be a bookkeeper and so
there are you know three to six month
training programs out there there's lots
of tutorials on YouTube about how to
actually become a bookkeeper right and
so if you're actually you know a little
bit self-motivated and you can watch a
tutorial on how to become a bookkeeper
then I promise you you can become a
bookkeeper and you can make twenty to
twenty-five dollars per hour or more to
do simple calculations and use simple
software like QuickBooks and zero number
six is becoming a good old-fashioned
youtuber what you are watching right now
and the thing is everybody thinks that
becoming a youtuber is so hard or that
it's saturated nowadays everyone's
telling me that YouTube was saturated
when I started just two years ago and
you can see now you know we're over
500,000 subscribers strong this
strongest family on YouTube and we start
from nothing every youtuber starts from
zero subscribers and there's so many
different ways to make money with
YouTube you can make money with
affiliate marketing putting putting
affiliate links in your description you
can make money from YouTube directly
actually getting you know ad revenue for
ads that you put on your videos you can
make money from sponsorships you can
make money from merchandise you can
literally make money in so many
different ways I'm not even gonna get
into that we have many other videos on
my channel talking about that specific
thing but the thing is you can only make
money with YouTube if you start and
there's so many different types of
YouTube channels there's cooking YouTube
channels there's gardening YouTube
channels there's how to make money
YouTube channels how to meditate right
and so the thing is you are good at
something even if you don't believe me I
promise you that you are and the things
that you know and the experience that
you have is valuable to someone else but
the thing is no one else is ever gonna
see those things unless you actually put
yourself out there and start to make
YouTube content and a lot of people have
this misconception that you have to have
you know 500 thousand subscribers to
make any money with YouTube but that's
just not true I have friends out there
with a thousand or 2,000 subscribers
that make you know fifteen hundred or
even two thousand dollars per month and
the cool part is you really only have to
put in even a few hours per day because
YouTube is an automation machine once
you make the video people continue to
watch it and the higher quality of the
video is and the more research you do
about what other types of topics are
actually already working on YouTube
similar to things that you're interested
in those types of videos can make money
for years to come I have a video that I
made two years ago that still to this
day gets over 500 views per day two
years after I made it so that video has
probably made me thousands and thousands
and thousands of dollars by now and I
only ever did the work for at one time
two years ago and so YouTube is an
incredible work from home job that
anybody anywhere can take advantage of
you just have to get over your fear of
being on camera
number five is being a reseller and what
I mean by that it's actually how I first
got started with my online business
which was taking stuff from around my
house at first and actually re selling
it on eBay on Amazon on Facebook
Marketplace on Craigslist but even if
you don't have any stuff at your house
to actually sell you can turn it into a
full-time work from home job just by
looking for free or cheap items on
Craigslist right because Craigslist has
literally hundreds and thousands of
different items every single day that
people from around the city that you
live in are getting rid of or selling
for an incredibly cheap prices so what
you can do is you can look for popular
items that you know you can resell like
appliances or sporting equipment like
you know snowboards or golf clubs and
things like that that people are
constantly looking for that are easy to
sell right and you can go around and you
can actually find these things and
oftentimes if you are a serious buyer
the people selling these items
especially if they're motivated to do so
will actually meet you somewhere near
your house or if you're comfortable
they'll come to your house and you can
actually buy those items for incredibly
cheap and then go around and resell them
on eBay on Amazon and things like that
and then by actually doing the shipping
and by actually handling all of the you
know things that most people don't want
to deal with they just want to get rid
of it you can make significant profits
just by taking in all of the free you
know junk that people are getting rid of
and then reselling it online where you
have you know multiple millions of
people looking for it rather than just a
few thousand or a few hundred thousand
in the city that you're actually looking
for on Craigslist so you take things
from Craigslist from Facebook
marketplace and then you expose those
same things to a much larger audience
leveraging the power of the internet and
you my friend just got your first work
from home job being a reseller number
four is you can be a customer service
chat representative so a lot of us you
know if we've ever used Amazon for
example it's much easier to actually
talk to customer service via a chat then
you know picking up your cell phone and
having a call in having a wait I'm gonna
talk to somebody right it's exhausting
and so what you can do is actually be on
the other side of the computer where you
actually get trained to become a
customer service chat representative for
these large companies that need everyday
people to actually man the computers and
man the keyboards and take in and
respond to hundreds of thousands of
concerns from everyday customers
companies like Apple companies like
Amazon are hiring everyday people to
actually help run their customer service
chat and so you can be one of those
people who actually goes and signs up
and becomes a chat representative
working from home it's a great job to
actually do just strictly from your
computer and two of the ones that I
actually like the best are the chat shop
comm where you can you know sign up
there
for free and you can become a chat
representative and get paid you know
fifteen dollars or more just from the
comfort of your own home or you can even
work for Apple comm at the following
link or just by google searching how to
become an Apple chat representative
number three is you could become a home
stylist and what do I mean by that well
there are companies like stitch fix and
so many others where you can literally
get paid just to actually cater to and
bring the newest styles to people who
want to actually hire someone to bring
them the newest and latest fashion
without having to do all the work and
sifting through what they like and what
they don't so you can actually create a
career being essentially a personal
stylist to someone else and the reason
that I actually chose stitch fix is
because you know they have a lot of
positive reviews out there and they're
actively looking for new employees to
come be stay at home fashion advisors
and they've publicly said that they
averaged about $15 per hour or more to
be a stay-at-home fashion advisor or
stitch fix number two is becoming a
virtual assistant now I myself have many
different virtual assistants who do so
many different tasks and I personally
could not live without them I have
personal assistants who help me manage
my mail who help me deal with my
insurance my mortgage my car payments
customer service right people who answer
the phones for me I have people who
answer my emails my Facebook you know
all of these different tasks that I
literally could not possibly run my
business without and the cool thing
about virtual assistants is people are
needing them more and more because right
now more people have businesses that
they actually are running out of their
homes just from a laptop then ever
before in history and those people need
staff they need people to help with
customer service they need people to
answer the phones they need people to
help out with their day-to-day tasks
like answering emails like all these
different things that you can actually
do even if you don't realize it to help
people and help businesses actually run
more efficiently and so even if you
don't think you have any particularly
valuable skills I promise you that you
do maybe you're organized maybe you're
good at keeping things on track and you
could be a project manager or you could
figure out a better way to actually
organize someone's company or business
or you know processes or maybe you're
good at proofreading or editing or maybe
you're good at writing people and
business is more than anything needs
someone who is good at a lot of things
and most importantly who is loyal and
account

thing is the hardest part about creating
a successful online course actually has
nothing to do with actually creating the
online course itself it has to do with
the self belief that you actually have
skills or you have experience or
expertise that someone else would
actually find valuable most people never
give themselves the benefit of the doubt
and they never actually have the self
belief required you know to create an
online course and to feel like what you
know and your experience is valuable to
someone else but I can promise you that
you are good at something you are an
expert at something you have experience
at something that would be very valuable
to someone else and there's so many
platforms like Lynn
like you to me like all these different
course creation platforms where you can
go and you can teach something that
you're good at maybe it's photography
maybe it's you know Photoshop maybe it's
cooking maybe it's sewing maybe it's
digital art right there's so many
different things that you could teach
and whatever you have a skill at I would
recommend going to udemy calm and
checking out whatever you are good at
just literally search it into the search
bar and you might find other people
creating courses about what you know and
you deserve to make a course just as
much as they do I can promise you that
