like healthy food I've been trying to
eat healthy here lately guys because you
know I work from home and I need to be
going to the gym I used to go to the gym
all the time but guys when you get get
to sitting around the house all the time
you work from home you got it you know
you got to do you got to do some healthy
things you know to you know you don't
want to just you don't want to just be
wealthy you want to be healthy you know
what I'm saying so that's why I'm
shooting this video today guys I want to
promote health and also I want to
promote wealth but guys I hope you find

thing that I picked up was some rice
Roman noodles I've heard a lot of good
things about this rice guys and I eat a
lot of I eat a lot of noodles in I just
wanted to you know consume something a
lot better than what I was doing and I
actually got three bags of those but
this right here is some ground ginger
I'm gonna use this for seasoning and
these right here are some old-fashioned
oats
guys you gotta get your oats and I'm
gonna use that for some breakfast and
here are the rice noodles these right
here are actually dipped into some
vegetable broth and here are some more
and these right here guys are sunflower
seeds I'm just gonna snack on these bad
boys and here are this right here is
actually some some flour some healthy
flour made from garbanzo beans and these
right here are garbanzo beans I've never
ate these beans before but I've heard
that pretty good and this right here
guys is some wheat flour just some more
healthy flour and here is some almond
butter eat peanut butter but I've never
ate almond butter I'm excited to try
this out and see my camera is kind of
blurry but here guys this right here is
some like baking powder I'm gonna use
this to like bake some muffins for
breakfast and these right here are like
strawberry bars don't have all that you
know all that bad stuff in it like you
know added sugar and food coloring and
all that crazy prep they are all-natural
and guys as you can see thrived a
package they stuff up pretty pretty well
I'm actually having trouble on packaging
this particular product here but what
this is guys
this is some rice vinegar you know like
I said guys I'm gonna be I'm gonna be uh
