alright it is Kevin back again with that
lifestyle ninja today I'm gonna be
teaching you about exactly what I use
virtual assistant or VA s4 in my Amazon
VA is for is to track inventory and if
you watch my other video about doing
product research tracking inventory is
the absolute most important thing for
figuring out what your competitors sales
are what actual sales data is for the
niche or product area that you're going
to go into and the only way to do that
as of right now without paid extensions
that work very poorly is to use either a
VA or yourself tediously going through
and doing the $9.99 cart trick on you
know 10 and 20 30 I'm always tracking at
least 50 products so that really adds up
over time and so I have my VA do it once
per day at the same time goes through my
entire Amazon cart 999 sees how many
you're left tracks it in a spreadsheet
based on days and that's the number one
thing that I use my VA for so the number
two thing that I use my VA for is
initial correspondence with suppliers
right that's probably one of the most
tedious and horrible parts about doing
all this Amazon research is
corresponding with a bunch of different
suppliers getting their contact info via
Alibaba transferring the conversations
on the skype and then aggregating all of
that data into one kind of succinct
spreadsheet with all of the data you
need with minimum order quantities with
price per units with the different
variants that they offer a specific
product types and so this is something
that's really good outsource once you
kind of train your VA to do it one time
give them a good spreadsheet template
you know of supplier name minimum order
quantity price all the important things
like that and they can go out contact
the number of different suppliers based
on the criteria that you give them for
Alibaba you know gold supplier trade
assurance checked look at their order
history how much the business are they
doing how long have they been on Alibaba
right these are all important things to
be looking at for suppliers and if

I go into a lot more detail about the
exact process I go through all the
inspection services and everything that
I'm that I'm looking for and making sure
that I'm protecting myself and getting
the high quality products that I deserve
right and so what I'm doing is I'm
saying my VA out to Alibaba they're
going out there aggregating all the
different data that I that I'm looking
for related to the products and they're
presenting it to me in just one
spreadsheet that I look at for five
minutes and I'm able to make a lot
better decisions about which
manufacturers to pursue farther down the
path in which to drop so the third thing
that I use my VA for is Amazon listing
generation right so once you start
getting a number of different sk use in
your product catalog it kind of adds up
on on time doing all the different
product descriptions doing the different
key word bullets doing the different
backend keywords setting up the PPC
campaigns right and so once you can
teach your VA to do these things one
time then they can really set it up for
you and then you instead of having to do
it all from scratch you can go through
and you know just proofread things make
sure everything looks the way you want
it I wouldn't suggest outsourcing PPC
just since it's such a complicated and
you know such a necessity to your Amazon
business but you know initially setting
up those campaigns after you're
identifying your keywords right and so

to find all of your different keywords
and compiled one master list right and
if you're doing that in a spreadsheet
and it's all saved in one place it's
pretty easy to give it to your virtual
assistant and have them kind of input
all of these different campaigns after
you've taught them to do one yourself
and so those are the three things that I
use my virtual assistant for and so I
