hey good morning miss Ryan Hildreth as
you can tell it's it's dark out why is
that because it's 5 a.m. in the morning
and I hope you're doing well but today I
wanted to talk about the three
millionaire morning rituals and
basically what I do every single morning
and what I've read that other multi
millionaires and even billionaires have
done throughout their lives to achieve
health and wealth in an everlasting way
and basically I'm gonna go over these
three techniques for you so number one
is going to be obviously waking up early
as you can see I'm out here not only
being more productive but also giving
myself some time to wake up okay and
that's a key crucial thing that you need
to implement into your life is waking up
early not only to just be more
productive right because if I wake up an
hour earlier than everyone else you know
I'm not only just more productive but
I'm able to give myself some time to
wake up right because when you usually
when you wake up you're usually still
trying to get your brain going you have
to drink cup of coffee or something to
really get yourself going but right now
you know I'm able to do that before
everyone else is up well it's quiet well
I'll have some space to work by myself
and you get all those benefits of you
know just being up an hour early to get
stuff done if you need or just give
yourself some time to wake up and feel
better rather than feeling rushed
throughout the whole day because if you
feel rushed in the morning that
transfers into the rest of your day
whether you're working 9:00 to 5:00 or
whether you're an entrepreneur so that
is one thing that I totally learned that
has drastically helped my life and
that's why I wake up around you know
5:30 6 o'clock every single morning
because frankly I want to get more done
and I want to give myself some more time
to wake up so I don't feel rushed
throughout the day number two okay
number two is going to be get momentum
in the morning get moving
do something that is active whether you
go on a jog you go hit the treadmill or
you go lift some weights and
Scalia you know I'm in my my gym clothes
under this because I'm read right after
this video right after I'm done filming
this video I'm gonna go hit the gym for
an hour and a half I'm gonna go lift
some weights some heavy weights and do a
little bit of cardio and the reason that
has helped me is because in the morning
I notice I usually feel like crap and
maybe you can relate maybe you feel this
kind of cortisol in your blood you just
feel kind of drowsy you know you don't
feel like getting out of bed well the
only way to combat that is by an you
know producing inertia by gaining
momentum and really going out there and
actively moving your body or lifting
some heavy weights and that's kind of
helped me drastically usually I wake up
in the morning not feeling too good
maybe I feel a little bit down
especially if it's you know a cloudy day
outside and what has really helped me is
waking up and get getting moving okay I
go to the gym every single morning I
usually go maybe five to sometimes even
seven days a week
and that has helped improve not only my
health but my wealth as well because
when I feel better in the morning
when I have that momentum I don't feel
rushed I go hit the gym I know you know
some of you may have a corporate job
that you have to go to early in the
morning but maybe wake up an hour
earlier to just go take a nice jog
outside a 20 minute jog to get your
blood flowing and I promise you that
after days and weeks of doing this you
will feel better you will feel more
productive and you'll in turn that will
help increase your health and your
wealth because you'll feel better at
work or maybe you will feel better when
you come home from work to work on your
side hustle okay so that's number two
and that has definitely helped me
achieve that seven-figure mark is just
hitting the gym in the morning instead
of hitting it late at night to where you
can't go to sleep early or hitting it
midday to where you have to interrupt
your work time number three is going to
be getting the most
things done first in your day get the
most uncomfortable things done just like
you know me making this video sometimes
you know I don't definitely don't feel
like making a video right in the morning
but I know that this is important for
you this is important for me to be able
to grow my channel and this is important
for everyone so that you can hear this
message and hopefully you know some of
these tips can help you because I know
when I first started how it would
business and entrepreneurship and even
when I was in college and wanted to get
into entrepreneurship I didn't know any
of these things I didn't have a schedule
I didn't have a morning routine I woke
up whenever I wanted to and frankly
those were the things that were holding
me back because I only learned by
osmosis but what what by what people
were doing around me and my friends were
waking up late they were staying up late
and drinking and they definitely weren't
hitting the gym in the morning or
getting important things done so
hopefully this can help you out I just
wanted to do this quick video for you

these three things by the next you know
I would say by tomorrow just so you can
feel these little everlasting effects
that I have felt that helped me achieve
that millionaire status that have helped
other multi millionaires and even
billionaires that I've read in a book
called tools of titans by Tim Ferriss
these are the things that they have
implemented and that's actually where I
got a lot of these tips and tricks' is
from those books that I read so number
one wake up an hour earlier than you're
comfortable with okay so if you wake up
usually at 7 or 8 wake up at 5 or 6 okay
number two is get yourself moving go to
the gym go for a light jog get your
blood going so that you feel better in
the morning and number three get the
most important things done first
throughout the day okay get the hardest
things done if you hate
you know whatever writing that paper
that you have for school or working on
your business sending out emails get
those done first and I promise you that
those things will drastically change
