three things so what is action action is

showing up every single day on a

consistent basis to build your business

right and to provide more value to the

marketplace so how can you track this

action this is what I like to do as an

entrepreneur because me and you don't

have to clock in and clock out but we

should be tracking the number of hours

we're working and I like to use the

hours app and that's what it's called

hours so I can track exactly how much

I'm working so that if I'm working 20

hours a week and I'm getting subpar

results then maybe I've put in 30 or 40

and see if those results change and you

should do this as well so track your

action and show up every single day and

know that yes you might have to put in

10 to 15 hours per day if you're an

entrepreneur and you're in you want

long-term success if you want short-term

profits sure you can make a short-term

profit but to build a long-term

sustainable business providing tons of

value to the marketplace you have to

think long term and you have to be

willing to put in the hours that's

something I learned number two a high

income skill set do you even have a high

income skill set that you can leverage

to make tons of money right if you don't

then I highly suggest investing in a

mentor or a course or multiple courses

and education to build that high income

skill set right I have a new book called

something that you can leverage to make

money right to create value in the

having the necessary tools to do that I

software that to build out sales funnels

that sell my products and services I use

this when I have an agency you know

providing value to businesses I would

build sales funnels for them and I

continuously do consulting with that as

well so that's something

you can use clickfunnels or you know

SendGrid I use SendGrid which is my

autoresponder so there are certain tools

out there that you need to build your

business as well so action skill set and
