8 SIGNS THAT YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL 💰 Entrepreneur Motivation

so I'm very excited to bring this video
to you today we're going to be talking
about the signs that you yourself are
going to be successful but not only that
I'm going to break down the difference
between the unsuccessful people these
somewhat successful people and the very
successful people as we go through each
one of these points here now in my
opinion it's really not that hard to be
successful if you're an unsuccessful
person and you want to become somewhat
successful it's really not that
difficult you just have to put in a
little bit of work you have to educate
yourself and learn to have more valuable
skills that you bring to the table and
as a result make more money and you know
at that point you're somewhat successful
but if you're someone who's trying to be
very successful it's incredibly
difficult to go from someone who is
somewhat successful to someone who is
very successful so my hope is by showing
you guys this video and going through
these eight points you can identify
through each one of these whether you
have the mindset of the unsuccessful
person the somewhat successful person or
the very successful person and I'm going
to be honest there's a couple of these
where I'm falling in the category of the
somewhat successful person because I
have a lot of mental blocks when it
comes to these certain things so I'm
hoping to shed some light on this for
you guys and also learn more myself
about how I can become a very successful
person
and not just a somewhat average
successful person okay so the first one
is a very big one and this is how you
react when others succeed so when you
see people around you who are being
successful and they are you know seeing
rewards for their efforts how you react
tells a lot about whether you're going
to be a very successful person somewhat
successful person or an unsuccessful
person so a very successful person likes
to see other people succeed because it
motivates them to try harder themselves
and it shows that this is just an
example of what they themselves can do
so they look at this as motivation and
they look at this as okay Wow if this
person can do it then I can do it too so
they celebrate with other people when
they are succeeding these somewhat
successful people out there are usually
indifferent when other people are
succeeding they're not happy they're not
sad they're just kind of indifferent
about it they're certainly not
celebrating with that person
they may or may not be using it for
motivation they may just be looking at
it and they may be even a little bit
envious and saying wow I can't believe
that this is working out for them I
don't really know if they deserve it but
you know what they're indifferent about
it they're on the fence so they're not
mad at that person but they're not
celebrating with them either they're on
the fence about it but the unsuccessful
people get angry when other people are
successful they see this as an unfair
advantage and they often jump to the
conclusion that the person did not put
the work in they only look at the final
product of what that person brings to
the table and they determine that okay
they didn't work hard to get what they
got there
it'll deserve what they have they are
angry that that person has succeeded and
the first thing they jump to is
disbelief so they say oh maybe they're
just faking it or oh maybe they just had
it all handed to them I'm sure we've all
been in a situation I know I had this
problem when I was younger I'd see
people my age driving around in really
nice cars and at the time I drove a 1995
Toyota Camry and I can remember getting
pissed off seeing someone driving around
in a nice car as that was my age and I
would always jump to the conclusion like
wow their parents must be really rich
must be nice and that is the mindset of
an unsuccessful person because the truth
is I have no idea how they made that
money or got that car maybe their
parents gave them money who knows maybe
their parents died and left them money
and they bought that car you know I know
that's really a bad way to look at it
but think about all the possibilities
that could have resulted in that young
person owning a very nice vehicle or
maybe they worked their ass off and
became an Instagram sensation and
they're making a ton of money off their
Instagram posts you have no idea what
has led to that person's success so if
you're somebody who jumps to the
conclusion that they didn't work for
what they got then you are already in
the mindset of an unsuccessful person
and you need to become somebody who
celebrates with the success of others
because you look at them as an example
of what you can do and not an exception
to the rule number two is a big one -
this is seeking out new learning
experiences so very successful people
are always looking to learn new things
they're constantly reading new books
they're constantly traveling and
basically finding new experiences in
life so if you're somebody who is
constantly looking to learn you're
always asking questions
you're on the right track I know myself
personally I love to basically when I'm
having a conversation with someone I
really hate surface conversation so just
the back-and-forth banter like talking
about the weather I have no interest in
that that's a very shallow conversation
so anytime that I have a conversation
with someone that I haven't seen in a
while or somebody who's new I kind of
interview them I look at them and I'm
like what could I possibly learn from
them what could they possibly give me
even if it's just one little thing that
I remember from this conversation
how will this help me improve my life
and eventually become more successful so
you should look at every single person
you talk to in the world as they
interview type thing where you can learn
something from them and maybe teach them
something as well now these somewhat
successful people are also indifferent
about this if a experience shows about
their doorstep if someone invites them
out to go do something maybe they say
yes to it but they're not seeking out
new learning experiences they're not
going out and actively reading books and
actively looking to take classes and
learn from other people but they're not
against it either they're just kind of
in the middle but the unsuccessful
people are either the ones who have such
a bad mindset that they aren't willing
to learn and they're stuck in a certain
place in life or even worse they think
they already know everything and they
think they have nothing to learn so that
is the big difference between the very
successful people who are actively
looking to learn who understand they
don't know everything this somewhat
successful people are open to but
they're not going out and getting it
they're just basically waiting for
learning experiences to show up on their
doorstep and the unsuccessful people who
believe they know everything or they
just have no willingness to learn
number three is a big one - this is your
work life versus your home life balance
so I'm going to start this way in
reverse order the unsuccessful people
out there are more focused on their home
life than their work life they work
there eight hours a day and the other 16
hours a day they're not even thinking
about work they're just distracting
themselves you're going to go home
they're going to crack a beer at seven
o'clock at night show with the dog and
watch TV all night that's the
unsuccessful people they have a clear
barrier between their work life in their
home life now people who are somewhat
successful do work off hours so maybe
they go home and they work on themselves
through a couple hours but they also do
spend a large amount of time just
relaxing and doing things that are not
helping them work
towards their goals or becoming more
successful now the very successful
people if you ask them about this the
difference between their work life in
their home life they're going to say
there is no difference because they see
what they're doing as a 24/7 operation
now I'm not saying that they always work
24/7
I'm saying there's no barrier between
their work life in their home life
because they see this all as just their
life altogether so they're not
separating the two and as a result
they're always thinking about their work
life in their work in this world and
what they're doing so they're always
thinking about new ideas they're always
looking for new experiences or just
something that will jog their memory and
all of a sudden they'll go oh that's a
good idea maybe I should write that down
they're always thinking in the back of
their mind about what it is that they're
building and what it is that they're
trying to do so a big difference between
the very successful the some was
successful and the unsuccessful people
out there is the separation between your
work life and your home life number four
this is a big one - this is empathy this
isn't just understanding someone's
emotions this is being able to relate to
someone okay so most people confuse
sympathy as well as empathy okay if
you're sympathetic you're able to
understand when someone is feeling upset
but if you're empathetic you're able to
put yourself in their shoes and really
experience what it is that they're
feeling and take on their struggle as
your own the reason this is such an
important skill is because the truth is
most of the things that are going to be
created have been created so most people
these days are getting successful by
improving upon a process so maybe you're
someone who sees the process out there
and you know that people are struggling
with that process because it's not
serving them in the best way possible
if you're somebody who is empathetic and
you can put yourself in their shoes you
can really clearly develop a better
solution to that problem and as a result
you may be very successful because you
figure out how to do something better
I'm just trying to think of a couple
examples here I know one thing I talked
about a while ago was this person who
had the brilliant idea of making
high-class porta-johns for like events
so they looked at the situation of yeah
so you had this upscale event and then
you bring in these nasty blue
porta-johns who wants to use those so
they were able to put themselves in that
situation and say if I was going to an
event
and you know wearing nice clothes but I
want to go into a port-a-john absolutely
not
so they were able to think outside the
box and come up with a better solution
to a problem that already existed this
is why empathy is incredibly important
these somewhat successful people are
more sympathetic
they understand someone's emotions but
they can't put themselves in their shoes
and the unsuccessful people on the other
hand they don't have sympathy or empathy
because they're too concerned about
their own feelings to be worried about
what anyone else is thinking as a result
they're not going to have much luck
identifying problems in the world or
figuring out how to solve those problems
because they're not looking for them and
they're only concerned about their own
problems so that's the core difference
is empathy versus sympathy from the very
successful people to the somewhat
successful people out there so if you're
looking to be more successful start
being more empathetic and learning how
to put yourself in someone else's shoes
and kind of figure out how to solve
their problems in better their lives
number five is the motivation behind
your actions so very successful people
are trying to prove something to
themselves while somewhat successful
people are trying to prove something to
someone else or prove someone wrong now
I don't think that's the worst strategy
one of the most motivating things you'll
experience is when someone rejects you
or someone tells you you can't do
something because at that point you got
a fire inside you and you're bound to do
it okay so I'm not necessarily saying
that if you're trying to prove someone
wrong but it's the wrong strategy but
eventually the truth is you will prove
them wrong and then what's your goal
where does that leave you from there
because at that point you go okay I was
right and odds are you're not going to
feel that overwhelming sense of
validation that you expected to feel so
you really need a deeper root that's
causing you to do what it is that you do
and pushing you towards doing your work
in life so that's why very successful
people are only proving what they can do
to themselves and not necessarily trying
to prove someone wrong basically what
this comes down to is whether your
motivations are coming from a positive
place or a negative place very
successful people have the root of their
motivation as a positive thing proving
something to themselves proving their
own ability while some of successful
people usually their motivations come
from a negative place maybe someone told
them they couldn't do that or maybe they
had someone break up with them and
they said oh you're never going to go
anywhere in life and now you're bound to
go somewhere in life so it comes from
basically whether your motivations are
coming from a positive or a negative
place and obviously unsuccessful people
have no motivations behind their actions
they're just fumbling through life
they're complaining they have no
aspirations they have no dreams and they
have no motivation behind their actions
it's like they're on autopilot going
through life number six is the view of
the traditional work structure this kind
of ties into your work life versus your
home life balance
but the unsuccessful people out there
like we've already said they've worked
their forty hours a week they will not
work a minute more I don't care they
don't care if everything is gone to
us on Friday at five o'clock they're
going oh it's five o'clock right now
it's time for the weekend I'm going to
go home and get drunk I don't care about
these problems all right so the
unsuccessful people see that as a set in
stone work hour versus non-working hours
and they're not going to work no matter
what when they're not scheduled to work
or when they're not on the clock with
that traditional work structure there
are Monday through Friday and weekends
off go party kind of person now somewhat
successful people I would say they're
the people who put in a little extra
work after work and maybe on the weekend
they do something but they also you know
spend a lot of time just relaxing they
view the traditional work structure as
the hours that you work and they view
any extra work that you put in as like
your overtime or your extra work but
they oftentimes are not putting work in
on the weekends and they still you know
have time when they're just kind of
relaxing or distracting themselves the
very successful people totally throw
that traditional work structure out the
window they work whenever they need to
work and they work until the job is done
no matter what they're not afraid to put
in 17 or 18 hours at one time they're
not afraid to work two days straight if
that's what it takes they identify
something that needs to be done and they
do all the work necessary to get that
task done regardless of the hours of the
day that they are working so that is a
big difference between the somewhat
successful the very successful and the
unsuccessful people out there is how you
view that traditional work structure so
if you're someone who is trying to be
more successful you need to throw that
idea of the traditional work structure
out the window
number seven is how you view money so
unsuccessful people view money as
something that is difficult to obtain
they view it as something that's
negative they often say that money does
not buy happiness that is that
is so not true what I'm going to say is
this and most people agree with me
whatever you have whatever you feel
money will magnify those feelings okay
so it'll magnify whatever it is that you
have whatever your attributes are so if
you're a generous person more money will
allow you to be more generous if you're
a negative person who hoards all of your
money and your screw people over more
money will allow you to do more of that
so if you're already a pretty happy
person to begin with you can magnify
your happiness with money the other
thing is even if you're unhappy okay
even if you're unhappy it's still easier
if you have food on the table and your
rent is paid if you're unhappy and you
have no food and you don't know where
your next month rent rent is coming from
then that is a lot worse okay so this
idea that money can't buy happiness I
somewhat agree with it but to a certain
extent money does buy happiness okay
that's how the unsuccessful people view
money these somewhat successful people
view money as something they can use to
buy so they want to go buy the
Lamborghini they want to go buy toys
they want to basically show off the
lavish lifestyle and they want other
people to be impressed by them now the
very successful people they view money
as a responsibility they see this as
something that they are responsible for
they see it as okay I have a certain
amount of money here that I have to pay
my employees with they have people who
are likely working underneath them and
they understand that if they make the
wrong decisions with their money if they
make the wrong actions and they're not
able to pay that person next thing you
know they're employees that they care
about will not have food on the table
that or they won't have a stable source
of income so it all depends on how you
view the money whether or not you will
be very successful somewhat successful
or unsuccessful in another way the very
successful people view this as a
responsibility is the fact that many
very well-off people are incredibly
generous so they see money as a way to
do good in the world and make changes
and leave a lasting legacy while
somewhat successful people see this as a
way to buy Lamborghinis and go on
vacation and buy nice watches and buy
things for themselves largely
luxury items so the motivation this
again basically comes from the
motivation behind your actions if you're
motivated by that Lamborghini it's not
necessarily a bad thing but eventually
you do want to think about what you want
to do in this world and what the larger
impact is that you're going to make
number eight my final one here as far as
signs that you'll be successful is your
ego so this all depends on how you are
as a person okay the very successful
people are incredibly humble in fact
many times you go past a rich person or
you meet a rich person and they're
nothing like you expect they're dressed
in ordinary clothes oftentimes they're
not driving a flashy car because they're
motivated and they see money as a
responsibility they don't see it as a
way to buy luxury items okay in the
unsuccessful people they generally don't
even have an ego they don't have any
aspirations they're just complaining
okay so they do they know that they
don't have anything made what some
people do is they fake it and they
pretend that they're wealthy so they
basically buy things with credit cards
and they buy houses they can't afford
and they buy cars they can't afford they
overextend themselves because they want
to appear like they're successful so
that's basically the big difference as
far as your ego from the unsuccessful to
the very successful people so if you
want to be very successful guys you've
got to start being humble and you've got
to stop thinking about showing off to
other people and having everyone
thinking you're a big deal anyways guys
that's pretty much all I got for this

opinion that you are going to be
successful I want you guys to be honest
