I started on my own alone and I still
run it without any help without any
outsourcing any type of job even all the
thumbnails I'm creating myself even
though I honestly believe the bike suck
at graphic design I still do my best on
my own creating thumbnails so as you can
see right at this moment I actually
today hit eight thousand subscribers
today's the 21st of February 2019 it
took me a little bit over one year from
the moment when I uploaded my very first
video to reach 8000 subscribers as you
can see let's have a look at all my
videos I have right now more than 100
videos some of them are invisible for
the public I keep them private and send
to my email subscribers like you for
example then here's the dashboard that
you can see I've got more than three
hundred thousand views from the moment
that I uploaded my very first video the
ratio between the views count and amount
of the subscribers heavily depends on
the niche some people may have five
millions of views and they will have
like I know less than 1000 subscribers
is totally possible other people can
have like 100,000 views and they will
have like 20,000 subscribers it's also
possible so it depends on channel on the
niche and on your content as well so
here's the analytics and as you can see
it's a lifetime analytics and right here
you see my first views it was the
beginning of September 2017 when I
uploaded my very first V
like I guess it happened on the 5th of
September and now I'm getting close to
1,000 daily views another asset that I
possess to support my youtube channel is
the website the website is called also
my zone comm just like my YouTube
channel and on this website I don't have
any content at all the only purpose of
this website is to collect emails and
build my email list for example I have a
video where show how to make money with
Fiverr and at the end of that video I
invite people to come to this page and
download 850 PLR articles on skin care
acne and hair loss for free so they
click get instant access to download
those articles I collect the name and
email address after that I send them
some additional emails with valuable
information on how to make money and
build an online business and the third
assets connected to my money is also a
YouTube channel is email list as you can
see on the right I have almost three and
a half thousand subscribers on average
I'm getting about 10 new email
subscribers every single day some of
these people are also subscribed to my
youtube channel but some of them are not
now let's get to the most important part
of this whole video how you can to start
making money online with affiliate
marketing now to help you better use
trade and demonstrate the structure of
this business model and explain you
better in details what is the best way
to start making money with affiliate
marketing if you are a beginner I will

were arriving to my websites reading
valuable information and if they wanted
they were clicking on my third link and
were redirected to the affiliate office
if they were buying the product I was
getting a commission as you can see this
business model is really really simple
this how I was making money at the very
beginning when I was just learning how
to do that I still have a few of these
websites that still bring me money
without me touching them at all then
eventually I switched to another
business model I created my youtube
channel my name is also is not my only
YouTube channel but is the first one and
the most successful at this moment so
what I did I created a YouTube channel
indonesia i person liked digital
marketing and affiliate marketing and i
started creating content and uploading
videos where i'm sharing with the
knowledge and experience in the field
that i personal like and i'm good at
people started coming in to my youtube
channel on youtube and in the
description of the videos i was putting
a fill of links to the products that i
was recommending and every time somebody
was buying or subscribing to one of the
products that I was recommending I was
getting a commission now let's review
the most interesting business model the
one that I use right now is the same
YouTube channel but as you can see the
business model became a little bit more
complicated and as you can see I still
have below the video in the description
of the video some affiliate offers but
in addition to these affiliate offers in
the description of the video I also
invite people to subscribe to obtain for
an exchange of some valuable information
like those articles for example this way
I'm building my email list when people
are watching one of my youtube videos I
invite them to subscribe to my email
list for the change of some additional
value that they can get for that they
come to my landing page they subscribe
and get redirected to the Thank You page
at this moment they receive an email
with the information that they
subscribed for for example free articles
but before they get to their inbox I
also invite them to join F
webinar of one of my partners if at the
end of the webinar they decided to buy a
product of my partner I will get a
commission why do I build in a list you
see when someone arrives to one of my
youtube videos they watch the video they
may even like my content
they may even subscribe to my youtube
channel I will not be able to reach out
to them and invite to watch my new video
for example or share some valuable
information or promote any product that
I consider worth the attention therefore
I invite them to subscribe to my email
list I get a chance to contact them when
I have something valuable to share and
they get valuable information for free
so it's a win-win situation now right
here I want to attract your attention to
something very very important when
somebody subscribes to your list the
worst thing that you can do is spam them
with all sorts of different office right
away non-stop every single day this
makes people to unsubscribe from your
list right away and you will not make
any money this way at all instead what
you have to do is think about value that
you can deliver to your email
subscribers so after they subscribe
right here
you send few emails with valuable
information without promoting anything
and only after that after you build a
relationship you can send and I feel
that offer then after that you continue
delivering some value and only after
that you can send another Colet offer
here's the second important thing that I
want to attract your attention to my
affiliate offer I mean not just random
product that you want to sell I feel
that offer has to be relevant to your
audience it has to add value yes you
will get a commission but you can't sell
product that you want to push to your
audience
you have to think what product will help
will be of great value to your audience
what product will solve their problem
what product will help them only then
check in that product has affiliate
program if you will try to promote some
shitty products of no value no help to
your audience you will not succeed with
affiliate marketing one of the reasons
why I'm making income proof of that is
because I care about my audience and all
the products I'm recommending
I ever use myself all I did my due
diligence and risk
and I'm sure 100% that this product will
help my audience that's why my followers
and subscribers after they bought one of
the products that I recommended to them
they're very likely to buy another
product that I will recommend to them in
future because they know that the first
product that I recommended to them was
of high quality and great value and
really helped them now let's move on to
the next step and I will show you how

videos about it has to be something that
you are passionate about and
knowledgeable the ideal niche for you
would be something that you're
passionate about
yet you're knowledgeable in my case it
was digital marketing and affiliate
marketing and i started my youtube
channel right in this niche I'm really
passionate about it I can shoot a
limited amount of videos and write
unlimited amount of articles about
digital marketing and I feel that
marketing and everything related to
these topics after you've picked a niche
you have to choose the channel how you
want to promote the content that you
will be creating right here you have to
decide for yourself do like better
writing articles or shooting videos like
I'm doing on my youtube channel if you
like writing articles then you create a
blog and start writing articles and
publish them on your blog if you like
shooting videos or you like an idea of
running a youtube channel then by all
means go with the youtube you can also
try and go with both of them a lot of
youtubers have their blog and they shoot
a video then publish an article on the
same topic or the opposite they write an
article and then they shoot a video on
the same topic that would be probably
the best choice however it may be a
little bit overwhelming especially at
the beginning because it will take a lot
of
and efforts when I'm talking about
creating YouTube channel you don't
necessarily need to show your face
there are ways how can successfully run
YouTube challenge without showing your
face the third step is value that's
right not content but value if there was
written content right here instead of
value some would probably think that
they can just you know create some
shitty content upload to the YouTube
channel and that would be enough or
write some shitty articles published on
their blog and that would be enough no
that's not enough you have to create
valuable content you have to deliver
value you have to serve your audience
then and only then you will be able to
build the trust with your audience and
invite them to buy from you and the step
number four is getting rich that's right
when you've done right the first three
steps you are becoming rich
okay maybe not rich but money definitely
start coming into your bank account now
