exactly what I'm do I picked it already
picked one of the niches so looking

so it is Tuesday if you guys don't know

below a niche or product you're
promoting or thinking about promoting
I'm gonna make a video exactly how I go
into the niche and all should be showing
the research exactly how its art getting
traffic slash sales okay so actually see
I got all kinds of good comments from
you guys we got hotel travel venture
hair-loss travel real estate so I have
to actually you know pick one of these
comments on here and it actually gives
me ideas for more videos I can make on
this different stuff but basically I was
looking for from these comments was a
very very specific niche okay so I
really like sub niches especially now
you know the Internet's a little bit
more competitive nowadays so I like to
go into a sub niche case so like health
fitness lose weight that's really broad
okay so I wouldn't pick a niche like
that I would want something very very
specific okay something that I know I
can start breaking my content for and
start getting traffic to you okay so we
got all kinds of good stuff industrial
supplies so I kind of picked something
that I'm more interested in for this one
so we got a plus-sized clothing for
ladies that's an interesting one
detox skin cream so it's kind of cool to
see all these guys niches that they're
into dog training I've covered this one
different stuff so I actually picked
where is it it's down here I picked this
one okay green living slash non detox
okay the reason being is because I
thought that was an interesting niche
because of how narrow it is okay not a
lot of people know about that and I also
think that's the future okay within 10
20 years more people are gonna be more
serious about green Living Nandi tech
stuff just because I think we're gonna
learn more the poor importance of it I'm
not too big on that stuff but it's just
something that I solve value in this
niche and I saw that you know it's not
something too many people talk about
it's not like weight loss it's not like
fitness although those niches are great
you know it's just it's just better to
pick a sub Mitch and this I think this
is a good submerge to go into it goes
into the health and wellness this is a
sub niche of that so basically I'm gonna
pick this comment so thank you for
commenting Claudia hopefully this video
would be helpful to you again I'll be
making more videos on this type of stuff
but let's go ahead and get into this all
right so first off what I did is I typed
in green living blogs and just kind of
from common sense I think this niche
will be best on Google because there's
something just like a lot of people are
getting searched for it's not really a
social media thing it's not really
because social means all about like time
distraction marketing you know kind of
you know just like Facebook guys just
distracting you it's interruption
marketing okay something like this it's
more specific information people are
more likely to search for so that's an
example like some businesses aren't
going to be good on Facebook Ads
so for example a local plumber business
okay that's an example of something
that's not good on Facebook but it's
better on Google okay so like for
example if my sink broke or something or
my toilet drained or something like that
I had a leak I wouldn't go on Facebook
and search for plumbers okay I want to
look for ads okay I would look on Google
and this is another example of just
stuff some stuff works better on Google
okay so just remember that all right so
you gotta have some common sense on
where you go about in your niche so just
remember that but basically I just know
that blogs and articles and
informational stuff about green living
is gonna work best for this niche now
Facebook Instagram stuff like that it
could be good for this niche and we're
gonna find out I'm gonna show you guys
how to find out by scoping out some
competition but this is basically what I
did
typed in green living blog so we got
wellness mama the healthy home
economists the kind life green profits
so as you see it's just they make it so
easy for us guys and so what we're doing
is I'm gonna visit this person we're
gonna go back to this person see what
they're doing okay that didn't work let
me open in a new tab
okay so let's first look at wellness
mama and basically you know her niche is
pretty broad and obviously she talks
about green living in this one so that's
the night that's the way you can go
about as you can start as an you know
they have kind of authority site and
this is like this is a great site um
she's probably making a killing with
this as you see he's trying to collect
emails right here want the same
nutrition packet email plans shopping
list recipes make for your family so
she's just a mom hustling and obviously
like she's probably making ton of money
off this guy but as you can see she has
all kinds of different stuff about
wellness stuff okay so green living is a
sub niche okay so what I would do it was
I was I would look at these these
people's content and I would start off
with just a sub niche so just green
living and try to dominate that little
sub niche and then you could start to
broaden out okay so as you see wellness
mama
that's not very it's not just about
green living it's more about you know
recipes Beauty remedies all that
different stuff but she has such large
traffic sources and can rank for all
these keywords that's why she's doing
that okay so I don't even know where the
green living is so that's probably not
too good of example let's look at this
one this is probably a better one
because it's literally the health home
eco miss calm okay so that's super
specific and there's you see she's
talking about more stuff than just like
having green products and basic stuff
like that right so she's has recipes
shopping list my books stuff like that
so I'm not too sure exactly what niche
you know if it's just green living base
off like products or that could be solar
panels that could be you know recipes
that could be you know what what these
people are doing so I'm not too sure
exactly what you're talking about but
this is an example of what I would look
at okay so I start looking out all these
people's content and
exactly what they're doing how they're
getting their traffic what kind of
articles they're writing stuff on also
right here we have our social media so
she has Facebook Twitter Pinterest
Instagram and YouTube so what I do is
just I would go on Instagram to see what
she's posting on there seeing how many
followers she has seeing what social
media platforms what is working best for
her so Instagram 38,000 followers not
bad at all let's go back to Twitter and
let's see how Twitter does she has
eleven point seven so I cut out Twitter
we don't need Twitter you know I've just
focused on what's getting her the most
results okay so Facebook okay great
example Facebook 158 thousand likes
maybe she's been writing some ads so
let's look at some of her content on
here and see what kind of stuff she's
posting because this is gonna be
important especially you know what that
mean like she's getting tons of traffic
to her website off that so as you see
she's just posting any article she posts
on her website she's posting to her
Facebook page doesn't see this is
probably organic traffic thirteen chairs
on this that's pretty good so again a
lot of this is links I would if I was
her I provide more value on my Facebook
but look at this twenty two shares 50
likes on this and that's to her website
that's literally a link okay so that's
an example I'm not sure if she's running
any ads I'm sure see I'm sure she is
you know she's either you know like what
I would do for ads is I would give away
some type of lead magnet in this niche
and take them through a funnel and get
them on your email list stuff like that
and then you can email them promotional
stuff like if you post a new article on
your website email that out to your
email list boom okay you have that
traffic source and then she posted to
her Facebook page okay so she see
they're doing that or she's just
boosting these posts which is a likely
possibility to some of these posts look
a little bit boosted like this one is
probably boosted and you know honestly I
wouldn't recommend that
more novice marketers you know they just
go the easy approach and they just press
boosts okay so that's like the easy
approach for most people what I would do
is go in the backend of Facebook Ads
manager and actually create a whole
funnel create you know targeted people
she could you know this is a great
example she could retarget all her
Facebook fan page likes
and give away some type of league magnet
there you know who they are so you know
one hundred fifty two thousand people
follow this page create some type of
League magnet and literally just set a
custom audience on Facebook guys and
retarget these one hundred fifty two
thousand people okay when she does that
these people already know who they are
they like her more they follow her okay
chances are she's gonna get at least
twenty percent these people to you know
download her league magnet
okay what's 25 percent of one hundred
fifty two thousand people let's let's
check it out alright 150 two thousand
times 0.25
alright that's 38,000 emails off the bat
okay she could probably get that for
pretty cheap she's getting $1.00 emails
um you know that's $30,000 but she
doesn't have to spend it all in one
month okay so she can just scale it okay
maybe promote some offers in her email
sequence and try to make break even on
that funnel and then she could just
scale from there okay so that's really
how this would work best some of these
might be fake likes maybe there's some
Lamar from India or whatever so you'd
have to be careful on that so making
sure your likes have targeted Tier one
traffic meaning United States Canada
Australia stuff like that and she can
even make a look like audience off of
her custom audience so that's another
approach so you can make a custom
audience okay so custom audience off
your page likes right so you have a
custom audience one hundred fifty eight
thousand people and then you make a
look-alike audience for us only okay
only us to make a lookout look at
look-alike audience off that custom
audience and boom you have a targeted
look like audience for tier 1 countries
you can start promoting proxy okay you
don't have to do any cold traffic
targeting that stuff sucks alright so
anyways that's that's an example of what
I do for Facebook guys give some type of
lead magnet again you have to do more
research and as you see all my books now
available in paperback and Kindle so
what I would do I literally make this
stuff free give it away as the lead
magnet okay and then charge maybe she
can make a membership site okay maybe
she can make a course and that could be
more of a high ticket product and that's
what I would do I know that's not really
affiliate marketing but you know there's
all kinds of stuff she can promote on
the back end with affiliate marketing
okay so this is more online marketing
and it really depends on the niche guys
some get some because you know if you
want to make your own products go ahead
okay so that's probably a better
approach but affiliate marketers just
wait easier it really depends on the
niche on what's gonna be better so she's
more of the brand she's more building a
brand so like going back to the Facebook
post whoever Claudia that posted this
niche if you know I don't know what kind
of parks you are looking to promote you
just say the niche but if you have some
purpose yeah if you have some products
fro it would be the same approach okay
you just put on your website give away
some type of League magnet take them to
a funnel and start getting traffic to
those products if they're physical
products you can write BNE views on them
look for keywords people are searching
for on Google Adwords maybe it's so like
we can look at this so okay so we got
this example green cleaning products
case so maybe you can write an article
on the top five green cleaning products
for moms okay for moms all right so that
would be your example of the keyword kay
so maybe that would be less competitive
you'd have to do some more research but
again earth friendly products gay so you
can write articles on this stuff and you
can promote these products in the
articles and send your you know you just
hyper link your affiliate link in the
products and then take them straight to
the order page or wherever you know
you're taking them from so that's the
example of affiliate marketing okay so I
don't know which products you want to
promote
that's a whole nother video on looking
at you know kind of what affiliate
products are gonna work best for this
niche but you know assuming that you're
already in this niche you already know
what kind of products you want to
promote
you just have to go about it with that
strategy okay so again I like to scope
around and kind of look what people are
doing it's really interesting to me and
I think it's you know it's kind of fun I
was just seeing how people are making
money online just seeing what kind of
things people are doing so I think this
is actually a good one to look at
there's all kinds of different stuff we
can see earth easy so this might be a
good one too and just getting one of
these little brand names might be good
for you you know so just keep that in
mind but anyways let's see what this
people these people have so looks like
they're more of a store so I'm not sure
how they're getting traffic exactly they
could be just you know running Facebook
a straight from there but again on this
add things
she could probably triple her revenue
just based on on doing some good
Facebook cast you know she has a big
custom audience and all that different
stuff so I don't know if she's running
good Facebook guys you know taking
people on our email list all that
different kind of stuff but you know we
were more advanced marketers you know
here on this channel if you're learning
from you know me and other people more
advanced marketers doing this stuff in
other niches it's gonna work very well
because a lot of these people are kind
of novice marketers and they don't know
exactly what they're doing they just
post a lot of content and that's how
they're getting all their traffic is
from content and that's why I think if
you're more an advanced marketer and
you're not posting any content you're
missing out content has a huge advantage
because of the custom audiences you can
share that people who have already you
know engaged with your content it's a
lot easier to sell to those people
versus just you know posting ads for cpa
offers and whatever targeting cult
traffic that's really hard to make a
conversion and you're gonna have the
test with a lot a lot of money but when
you have a custom audience it's a lot
lot easier to sell Plus your content can
you know kind of pull off as passive
income okay because content you posted
eight months ago will still get traffic
and that can still drive clicks in sales
to whatever you're promoting or whatever
you're selling okay so just remember
that you know she had to Instagram too
so that maybe got another good traffic
source so again she's just kind of in
the health and wellness niche so going
back to here AdWords again you just want
to type in your main keyword and look at
all this different stuff okay look at
all the different ideas you can get Kay
eat earth friendly products eco friendly
furniture okay boom that could be your
niche okay it could be a website just
about eco-friendly furniture okay it
could be the ego like you can literally
name it eco-friendly furniture calm okay
I don't know if it's taken okay but that
might be a good very good sub niche okay
same thing with solar energy that K that
might be good nits - okay we got 165
thousand searches per month okay maybe
you can get some more longtail keywords
and just make a blog or whatever or a
website based off that niche okay same
thing for this okay as you see we got
eco-friendly clothing eco-friendly gifts
Kay so Mickey maybe just eco-friendly
okay maybe your website could be an
eco-friendly Authority based niche and
it could just be all the products
eco-friendly okay everything
eco-friendly calm okay that could be
idea everything
eco-friendly calm okay you can just post
you could post articles reviews about
different products you could give away
lead magnets collect emails send emails
back to your articles stuff like that
okay so there's all this different stuff
you can do and ultimately you just want
to start driving traffic to your content
and start building up your custom
audiences and doing all that different
stuff and then running ads retargeting
ads off your custom audiences and then
look like audiences off your custom
audiences so you can get more traffic to
your content and articles and you don't
get more email so I know I'm talking
fast and this is kind of confusing but
I'm just kind of ranting because there's
so many different things you can do and
like I say it always depends on the
niche on what strategy you would go
about for this niche and be better based
on Google okay more people are gonna
search this niche through Google versus
Facebook okay this isn't really
distracting marketing it could be in a
way but it's better to do Google for
this all right it's better to go google
and search based off this so again if
you're just you know only relying on
Facebook ads or just Facebook for this
niche it might not be very good okay but
if you have a custom audience you
already know that they like that niche
they've engaged with your content you
can easily run ads in them okay that's
more distraction marketing because you
already know they're interested in that
and you already know that they have read
or heard some type of content from you
okay so that's an example again I can go
all I can go oh you know I can go a
whole nother 30 minutes about funnels
and email marketing that's a whole
nother video I'm just saying how I
basically go about this niche based off
kind of what I see from looking at other
people it's kind of common sense stuff
like that right so another traffic
source would be Cora okay so I just type
in green living and I'm not really sure
if that's the main keyword for this
niche green living that might be kind of
weird saying for people but as you can
see some people are still asking
questions in this you could probably
type an eco-friendly you can probably
type in natural products organic stuff
all the different stuff so there's all
kind of all kinds of keywords and
questions people are typing into Google
Cora form stuff like that
and so what are some examples of green
living let's see what are the best blogs
about green living okay there you go you
could literally post your own blog in
there okay and you know just answering
so basically with core what you want to
do is just answer people's questions in
a valuable way and if we go down here we
can just click on one of these and
usually people give a long valuable
answer on Quora that's usually what I do
and usually you can hyperlink one of the
words so if you write an answer like
let's say I wrote an answer right now
and we just type in right here basically
you can hyperlink your words okay so if
we highlight this you can hyperlink and
enter a URL and basically that would be
this this URL or this these words would
be clickable okay so just remember that
that's how you would do that but
basically you want to give log valuable
answer like this and basically say if
you want more info on this or make you
say I wrote an article on this exact
topic if you want more information
hyperlink that line and then boom you're
you're getting click straight to your
website okay so I've got a lot of
traffic based off Korra so that's
another example you - going back to
Facebook I saw groups in here so
honestly Facebook isn't the best for
this niche like I said before but there
are some groups that still have this
niche so you can you know later on I
wouldn't recommend in doing it right
away but later on I'd recommend starting
a Facebook group and just kind of see if
you can building out build out a high
engage group with a following so this
one has 14,000 members members incan
that's based off green living I don't
know if that's the main keyword so we
can just do something like this we could
do like natural natural living maybe
let's see if this one okay natural
alternatives for healthy living healthy
naturally together Wow look at that 441
thousand members well I've never seen a
group without many people in it that's
crazy okay so that's an example natural
living you'd start a group off that and
then again I guarantee whoever owns this
group is making Bank if they know what
they're doing okay so let's see
description moving ourselves together
healthy living yeah so this group is
private so I'm sure they're pin post has
some type of you know link to their
website or to their funnel where they're
gonna make money in some way or another
okay so that's basically how you do that
groups is another great traffic
you can get all kinds organic traffic to
your group as long as you keep it
engaged spam free don't allow any links
in there unless you post them yourself
again even in my group you know I have
you know I have almost 8,000 members in
my group and I don't post any links
usually I just try to provide value and
all my links are in the pin post and I
just kind of go off there okay I just
try to connect with people and really
build and engage a group okay so again
don't go don't go too crazy I'm
monetizing especially starting out again
any net you're going into don't speck to
make any money for three to six months
that's just kind of how it works
I just recommend not monetizing for
three six months just focus on providing
value to the niche and once you start
providing enough value building up your
audience you're starting to get more
traffic then you can start to monetize
once you see a consistent traffic on a
day to day basis and then you can start
to monetize the case to just remember
that and then you can even try to
monetize earlier in your funnels or if
you're doing ads and stuff like that in
your emails but based off your content
and your groups and stuff like that I
wouldn't try to monetize for like three
six months
but going to the last traffic source
would be YouTube again I don't know if
this is a main keyword but it looks like
it's a pretty low search 5400 per month
still not bad but as you see there's
some youtubers out there Eco summer life
ten ways to green your home maybe
they're recommending products in the
description based off those ways to you
know green your home or ever again I
don't know too much about this niche but
I'm just going off kind of off common
sense and stuff like that okay so again
this is a niche that you can go into if
we type in let's see what we do on
Facebook we typed in this one get
natural living okay so let's try typing
that on YouTube and see what comes up
for that and it'll probably have more
searches let's see natural living have
some reason I don't know if that's wrong
but it says it has the exact same amount
of searches per month so natural living
5,400 and per month again we can even go
into Google Adwords and look at that so
let's type in that natural living get
results
all right so the main keyword yeah 5,400
so it looks like it's equally out there
so again that's another keyword you
could go after an actual living sweet
natural living so again I don't know if
this is exact it's you're really talking
about but this an example of just kind
of looking or competition and making
videos but again YouTube probably
wouldn't be the best approach again I
think Google would be way better more
people are searching that kind of stuff
you know looking up eco-friendly
products looking up green living
products looking up like you know the
the best eco-friendly furniture the best
eco-friendly you know maybe it's a dish
soap or maybe it's you know laundry
detergent you know just all this
different stuff there's all kinds of
products again there's tons of tons of
research you have to do before going to
knit so you really have to learn about
it learning what's that and that's why I
always see pick a niche that you have
interest in or expertise in okay so for
me I don't really know about natural
living and green living but whoever
comes in on that Claudia you probably
know a little bit about this so you'd
probably be better at going into this
than me okay but I'm just giving
examples I kind of where I look for and
what I would do would just base off a
overall online marketing approach
because really the way you make money
online and the way traffic is driven and
the way you collect emails it's all the
same stuff it's just different
approaches different strategies and you
have to know some different things for
different products you're promoting
different niches you're going into
