here welcome back to the channel and
I've got a very special guest with you
guys today I've got my brother Aaron and
for the past three weeks I decided to
start a brand new case study and include
him in it and I know a lot of people in
the comments they're gonna say well he's
your brother he's gonna succeed because
you know he hangs out with you every day
and you know any excuse that people are
gonna have they're obviously gonna use
it but at the end of the day you have to
want success you have to do the work so
as you know I give Aaron the tools to go
he's got to go do the work I'm not gonna
do the work for him
and so I want to prove that point before
we get started in this video because
he's been following my training for the
past three weeks he's actually the
primary case study within my training
where I outline how I'm taking somebody
that's brand new that has very little to
no experience and I'm walking people
through exactly what they are doing on a
daily basis so I do write the emails for
Aaron I do the legwork for him as well
as other people that are following along
with the case study but it's up to him
to get on video it's up to him to you
know do a lot of the things that most
people aren't willing to do that has
kept him from success in the past and
it's also probably keeping you from
success so I can't jump on a video and
be Aaron although you know we look
similar some people say that we could be
twins
but at the end of the day you guys
understand he has to do the work he has
to be willing to do the the product
reviews he has to be willing to
eventually write out the emails so in
the first few weeks in the first while
I'm giving him as well as my other
students these assets but long term it's
going to be up to them to start to write
their own emails to do all their own
videos to really take care of their own

knie to place their own ads so I've
given Aaron access to my YouTube ads as
well as everybody else gets access to
the same resources the only thing that
he has over somebody else is the fact
that yeah he gets to hang out with me on
a daily basis you get to kind of see
behind the scenes and I'm able to be
there for you and give you that advice
but most of us just mindset it's stuff
that's already out there on the internet
and he's realized that it's it's between
the ears right here that's that's the
difference between somebody that
succeeds in somebody that doesn't
succeed so I want Aaron to talk a little
bit about you know over the past three
weeks what he's experienced the type of
success that he's had you know and like
the struggles and the victories that he
has had and so you guys are able to
understand from somebody that's new
their standpoint versus somebody like
myself you know a lot of times we see
the end result of somebody and we can't
relate with that but when you're able to
like go back to one of my first videos
and see oh my gosh this is where Josh
came from and this is where he's at now
you're able to relate a little bit more
so I want Aaron to be able to speak from
somebody that's only three weeks in the
success he's had the failures that he's
had so if you don't mind man I want to
turn it over to you sure yeah no I mean
like Josh said first of all for those of
for those of you that are saying that
like Oh Aaron's gonna succeed because of
his brother it's like I still have to
jump on these videos which you know
still isn't easy by any means but over
the past three weeks you know I've been
able to generate five cells in my
business I've been able to start I've
been able to start to build a youtube
following just by being consistent and
taking action doing what I've been
learning from the training and just
applying it that's literally all it is
it's yeah it's scary don't get me wrong
like being on video
scary but the more you do it the better
you get and it becomes a little more
natural I think every time you do it so
could you kind of speak a little bit
more to like particularly you mentioned
you do videos yeah pretty frequently
what other like income-producing
activities that I've given you and what
income producing activities are are
activities that make you money well I
mean first of all it's you know shooting
your content and then you upload your
content of course you got to edit your
content to make it you know viewable for
people and then also you're sending out
emails that's been big for building
subscriber lists sending out emails
getting people interested in what you're
doing and yeah that's basically what
I've been doing and it works and so I
can pretty much just been copying most
of my yeah exactly copying a lot of yeah
I you know and the thing that's cool
about it is not only do I have access to
copy
Joshu stuff is you you all have that
same opportunity so that's what's cool
about it it's awesome man
so what is what was like the the biggest
fear that you've dealt with in getting
started an online business would you say
uh I would probably say just not knowing
what to do or like where to go it's like
you know jumping on a video and then
being like okay like what am I gonna say
like the videos rolling cool but nothing
comes out or just simply yeah the fear
of what if it doesn't work like what if
I do this and my wife said told you so
it's not gonna work you know stuff like
that so what do you felt as finally like
kept you going and not quitting is it
finally like understanding I'm not gonna
answer it for ya that you answer it no I
think it's obviously I mean I've worked
closely with you so being able to see
that like you're my brother so it's like
if if Josh can do it I'm like why can't
I write like he's no different than me
we're both regular people so you know
it's just
yeah that's basically it I think so I
mean as far as that you you kind of
touched upon mindset a little bit the
ensuring that you know even though
there's fear you're kind of you just you
do it anyways and that's kind of what
you've been doing is yeah I'm fearful
but I'm gonna do it anyways and I think
it's important that people focus on the
process of getting better versus the end
result because I think a lot of people
they they start comparing themselves to
somebody else and they're like I can't
do that and they talk themselves out of
it which is what a lot of people do
especially in this day and age where it
is getting harder to make money on the
internet for a lot of people because a
lot of old marketers have screwed it up
for a lot of newer marketers right and
so what used to work is all you can just
send an email and send people straight
to a sales page and make a bunch of
money well a lot of people have been
scammed screwed over and now it's like
I'm not gonna buy from this person until
they get on video right until you know
I've seen them numerous times and I
built that relationship with them and I
kind of see them more in the flesh and
that's kind of where affiliate marketing
is moving and that's why we're focused
on teaching people like Aaron the hard
stuff first whether it be you know
getting on video or learning how to
write an email to the most important
things is writing and then being able to
to get on video and just simply give
value and the best there's no right or
wrong way to do it the best starting
point is just to fail forward
and fail fast and that's what Aaron is
doing and I'm doing my best to give him
the material but you know the truth
about making money online is it takes
time it takes patience it takes be
willing to get up when you get knocked
down it's being willing to deal with the
haters you're gonna get people replying
to your email
that are just speaking hate that know
nothing about you you're gonna hear
about that in your YouTube comments
you're going to hear people just
criticize you every single day and so
the most important thing is to make the
decision that like there's no plan B
like this is what I'm doing and I'm
gonna have a support system every step
of the way
you know 99% of people fail because
they're just like the other 99% of
people out there and that's just the
truth like you look at the data 1% of
people make 99% of the money and that's
because they think different they have
different ideas and so it takes you know
stepping outside of who you are right
now and becoming someone else because
you have to become somebody that's
deserving of making ten thousand dollars
per month you can't be the same person
that you were yesterday and have the
same thought process and make more money
it's literally impossible and so you
know Aaron's been focused on not only
taking action in his business but
listening more to personal development I
mean he listens to me every day so like
that's his biggest advantage is I tell
people in the program listen to personal
development every single day like
clockwork and he's able to actually
watch me shoot these videos and he hears
that I say a lot of the same principles
in all of my videos and I always go back
to personal development because the tech
stuff doesn't matter the how-to stuff
doesn't matter unless you have the right
mindset unless you're like I don't care
how hard this tech stuff is I'm gonna
get it done because I built the mindset
and I have the right why and you're why
it might be different than then Aaron's
why then my why why is what's gonna push
you forward when times get tough you
know and what pushes me forward is
leaving an impact on the world knowing
that I made a difference that's what
motivates me that's my why
is that I want to make a difference in
people's lives my children's lives in
strangers people that I come in contact
with that's what gives me confidence and
that's what keeps me moving forward so
for Aaron what's your lie man yeah I
mean like Josh said you know we we need
a Y to like move forward to keep you
going and mine is you know I have a
beautiful wife and then I also have a
son on the way and so it kind of makes
you rethink some things when you know
you want to leave a legacy for your wife
and your children that they can be proud
of so that's where where I'm at right
now and that's what I'm focused on so so
I mean there's there's commonalities
between successful people and you become
successful internally before you become
successful externally you know so you
can being rich is what I'm saying is
being rich is not about making a bunch
of money and then saying oh now I'm
successful success is becoming the
person you were meant to be and then the
money as the byproduct like Aaron he's
been changing his mindset right so he
could be at a point where he's already
successful the money just hasn't shown
up yet
so once you make that paradigm shift
it's almost like you know you're rich
because you feel it on the inside and
when you feel it on the inside and you
change and then your external world's
just gonna reflect that so people define
success as okay I have a million dollars
in the bank
now I'm successful right but it's really
about the person you become that makes
you deserving of that that monetary
success so change internally you're
gonna change externally right and you
don't need the money to the demise just
kind of a yeah it's just like a
thermostat that's all it is
so I just wanted to jump on video and
kind of talk about this case study in
the past two and a half almost three
weeks now Aaron's got five cells I think
he's made like $40 in commissions it's
like nothing crazy but he gets the
he knows what it's gonna take and you
know I think he's realized and you could
probably speak to this yourself and I've
always taught people this it's like do
you want me to give you $1,000 today or
do you want me to give you $100,000 in
12 months well like what would you
rather have because the work that you do
today isn't gonna make you money today
it's gonna make you money tomorrow right
what I mean by tomorrow is 60 90 120
days from now a year from now so I know
that content today is gonna make me
money in six months or a year the law of
delayed gratification is the most
important law that you can learn so
Aaron's gonna continue I hope this
inspires you to take action in your
business to go for your dreams and it be
honest with you Aaron might be next to
