to go over how you should fill out your
documents for mca okay before you do any
promoting anything offline online be
sure to submit your w9 and your
associate agreement forms and set up
your direct deposits before you do
anything you know that's what I'm
showing you throughout this video all
right so if you are serious about your
business if you are serious period you
will do these things first okay so let's
get started then alright as you can see
this is the w-9 form that you will have
to mail in on the first line you will
place your name as you can see I have my
name here on the first line another cool
thing about that at least the w-9 form
you can't you know type in whatever you
then signing at the bottom and you're
good to go to know how to print out
everything and then fill out everything
with a pen you know just because you may
mess up with something but you can
insert text into the boxes at least on
the w-9 form okay so right here on the
first one like I say that's this is
where your name will go right here if
you have a business not your mca
business not Motor Club of America but
if you have a business that you were in
before MCA I'm a legit business you'll
place that business name right here so
if you have a LLC or you know basically
any kind of business just place the name
right here and then below it you can
check the classification for your
business alright so if you do not have a
business do not worry about placing
anything in this box or this box okay
so just get both of those if you do not
have a business prior to Motor Club of
America right here you will place your
address your city and state and zipcode
will go here and that's all you have to
do in that section right here like I say
that if you placed a
a a business name right here for your
business go ahead and you can fill out
your EIN okay and you'll place that
number right here or if you don't like a
say beforehand if you don't just simply
place your social security number and
these boxes here okay
and you'd be good to go all right that's
it for your w9 okay so print it out sign
it and date it okay cuz it won't let you
like type your name or the data in on
the form so just go in and print it out
and sign it and you can mail it off like
as soon as possible all right but the
only thing that you have to print off is
page one okay it's just the main page
that you put your information on other
than that you can just don't worry about
page two and three all right next we
have the direct deposit form this is
this is what I tell my my team members
you know other people who sign under me
is to call customer service and have
them set up your direct deposit because
if you fill out fill out the form and
mail it in it's gonna take a couple days
before our corporate gets it so you know
how the mail can be sometimes things get
lost or redirected to the wrong place
and we don't want that to happen to your
form because we want to get you set up
and making money as soon as possible
alright so just call corporate I'll list
the numbers the phone number to call at
in the description box or if you're in
the training site you can find the
information below this video
all right so when you call them you want
to give them your name your member ID
number which you can find when you log
into your TVC matrix back-office and
click on the associate staff and can you
see the box where it says your name and
then on the right hand side er to have
your associate ID number also you want
to give them your routing number and
your account
all right and you'll be set up instantly
for your direct deposits okay if you're
using a prepaid card like a rush card or
can't think of any other prepaid cards
but if you happen to be using a prepaid
card to receive your your Commission's
what you want to do is call that company
and ask them for the routing and account
number depending upon what company it is
I don't have a prepaid course I don't
know technical words but I do know that
if you do call the company they can
issue you a routing number and account
number okay
that's basically it for this so don't
worry about submitting form just call
corporate have them set it up for you
all right next we have the independent
associate agreement this form is very
simple also there were two three things
that I'm a point out to you
alright so you place your first name
your middle name your last name your
spouse's name if you want to put your
spouse on also place your address your
city state zip code and your best phone
number and right here you're putting
your social security number and for the
spouse you can also if you listen to
your spouse up here you can place his or
her social security number also over
here you want to put the address city
state and zip code of of the address
that you want your MCA cards membership
cards ship to okay and put your best
email address here I highly recommend
you to use the same email address that
you use when you first signed up all
right and right here is where my info
will go mark Dale you put my first name
mark you can type on this form well I
thought you could you might have to just
print this one out and then just submit
it well you have to fax this for them
all right so you'll be faxing the TVC
independent agreement all right so put
my first name my last name and my
associate ID number which is one two
three zero one seven
eight - okay and just go ahead and just
review this information right here like
other justices go ahead and look over so
you can understand how the rules and
regulations are set up all right on this
part where it says in witness where of
associate has hearing to affects his or
her hand this day which was if it's the
seventeenth you put the seventeen /
seventeen a date of you put the month if
it's April place April then a year
2014-2015 whatever and right here you
will just sign your name okay
still won't let me type but you'll just
sign your name don't worry about
anything over here
and that's for corporate only right here
just go ahead and read over everything
and you'll be good to go okay and when
you fax this form over all you have to
do is fax this part with your
information on it okay
so you'll be faxing the independent
associate agreement remember up with
information below you'll be faxing this
over well here's some information you'd
be faxing the agreement over to this
number right here which will be TVC
matrix and you will be mailing your w9
to this address here okay and when you
want to set up your direct deposit
you'll call this number and customer
service with the right suits of the
correct department okay and other than
that you'll be good to go guys okay so
