if you want long-term success as an
entrepreneur you must hire a team this
I've learned throughout my career in
entrepreneurship and it's something that
a lot of new entrepreneurs make the
mistake of a lot of people want to do it
themselves they want control over their
whole business and the only way to
expand is to divert some of that control
to other people give some free up some
of that control and let people help you
grow your business because you know
there's some tasks that you're gonna try
to do whether it's Facebook advertising
or some of your photography or even some
of your visual work on your website that
might take you hours on hours maybe even
coating your website that can take you
days upon weeks one thing that you could
do is outsource that work to someone
who's more qualified than you someone
who could do a faster job and does it at
a lower rate than your hourly okay
that's the single most important thing
that I've learned throughout
entrepreneurship and I want to share
this with you because I've built a team
right I have a videographer I have
someone that does all my visuals all my
Photoshop work all my thumbnails for my
YouTube videos right and I plan on
expanding my team bring on some Facebook
advertisers bring on some coaches right
that's something that I aspire to
because I want to build a big business a
long term successful business that
expands so the only way to expand is the
