what's going on guys in today's video we
have a special guest who went from zero
to over $30,000 per year running his own
online business and what we're gonna do
in this video is I'm gonna ask him a few
questions and we're gonna go through his
business to help you understand how you
can also make money doing the exact same
thing and we can't show you some results
that's gonna be blurry on the screen but
I'll put a little scroll up on the
screen you can see the results using a
thousand dollars here a thousand dollars
here you can see there is making money
online with this specific strategy so
what we're gonna do in this video guys
gonna jump straight into this we're not
gonna mess around and we're gonna go
and he has his own social media
marketing agency and this is a side
hustle that he's doing this isn't like
his main business or anything this is a
side hustle they started it he's very
successful with so we're gonna go
through these questions I'm gonna ask
him these questions because I would like
to know this as well I don't really know
much about Instagram and how to make
money on it because my main business is
a ecommerce affiliate marketing and a
few other things so we're gonna go
through these questions we're gonna hand
the mic between each other because we
don't have another mic and and we're
gonna get into this so the first
question I have and this is Brent by the
way this is someone that's been a follow
me for a while and we've kind of been
talking and he's been teaching me a bit
about Instagram stuff so the first
question I'm gonna be asking him there's
a very simple one is how did he get
started doing this so funnily enough I
actually got started by watching Frank's
videos on YouTube I saw that he used to
do a couple of Instagram tutorials and
actually got into that quite a bit and I
started learning more about Instagram
and started posting and growing all
these accounts and slowly I realized
that people actually want to pay for
this service because they don't know how
to do it themselves you know and people
actually want to grow on Instagram and
just don't know how so I slowly
transitioned from running Instagram
myself I still do it but I just realized
that people need these services so I
started my agency and started getting
clients like that
alright guys now do apologize because we
are trying to have SWAT mics around so I
can't really cut in to what he's saying
and give my opinion but and that's how
he got started but a question that a lot
of you guys I know you're aching to know
because you guys really love this
question you ask me all the time is can
you start to make money online with no
money so it will obviously be a good
idea to ask him did it cost him did it
cost him any money to start like and if
it did how much did he I use and did he
use nothing because you can start this
type of stuff without actually spinning
any money so the question is did it cost
print any
think to start the Instagram business
that he started on the side so yeah
that's a good question and you don't
actually need any money to start this
business model it's one of the very few
online where you don't actually need to
put up a lot of money I can I started
this completely for free no money
involved though the reason why this
method is completely free guys is
there's two reasons number one is you
don't actually need your own website
I've never had my own website for you
know this agency so it doesn't cost me
anything in terms of running a website
or a funnel or anything I don't even do
emails and the second thing is it
doesn't actually cost me anything I
don't have to buy products or inventory
or anything like that it's a service I'd
basically charge on my time depending on
what I do for that client so it's
basically pure profit from my point of
view so no it doesn't cost any money to
start and this is definitely a good
business model for people to jump into
if you're new and have no money
so essentially guys what happens is he
has clients that basically pay him money
to do services for him so he doesn't
have to put up any of his own money up
front he was have to spend money on
advertising or anything like that
because he's not really using his money
now another thing I know you guys always
ask me is is it hard to start something
like this because I know a lot of you
guys always want stuff that's easy but
you kind of gotta understand that you
know starting a business just isn't easy
and in most cases not announcing the
time it's not easy and results not
typical for a lot of people and a lot of
people will never make money online so
you know you kind of gotta get it - it
like is it is it easy well I'll ask them
the question because I don't know much
about this particular myth that started
an opportunity here as well but you know
what I want to want to ask and I sure a
lot of you guys would want to know as
well I have the questions here is was it
hard to get started to start this
Instagram business that brains talking
about this actually wasn't too hard to
start at all once you start getting a
couple of clients under your belt the
money can stack up really fast and as I
said before you don't need a website and
it doesn't take you a lot of time or
effort to you know get this running you
don't need to spend weeks and hire
designers to you know get pages ready
and you can kind of just jump in and
actually start trying to land clients
for your social media agency I started
making pretty good money from a small
audience and just doing some simple
strategies that we're gonna talk about
in the next couple of questions so yeah
it was generally easy to start compared
to a lot of other business models out
there no money involved no websites it's
very easy to get started and we'll talk
about that in the next couple of points
guys actually just want to touch base on
the kind of easy hard stuff so you're
gonna realize that when you start a
business it usually is harder to start
for most business it's like he said you
know the stuff is easy and stuff and it
can come easy but when you start like
you might put in one or two weeks of
hard work you know obviously finding
clients getting you know getting your
head wrapped around it researching once
you actually learn this stuff because I
don't know much about this Instagram
stuff but once you learn it then it gets
a lot easier as time goes on and you
kind of like become an expert at it so
it does become quite a lot easier but it
just depends some some methods are hard
at the start some easy but just don't
think that all business models are easy
now one this question will probably help
you guys understand more about how this
concept quite works and you know what he
does and their question is what do your
clients hire him for so what so you
might be wondering why are people hiring
him to do stuff and he makes money so
what is he you know what is he what are
they hiring for which is a good question
because a lot of people always kind of
like ask me when I talk about social
media marketing on my channel is why
would somebody be paying people like me
people like him people like you why
would they be paying you to do things so
he's gonna kind of explain to you what
they pay him to do and to help you
understand why they do it and stuff
because it's kind of hard to wrap your
head around like even I used to think
why would someone pay me to run social
media for them yeah that's a good
question so people actually pay me for a
number of different services and that's
why it's so good for beginners you know
with zero money because you can do this
depending on your actual skill level so
depending on your skill you can start
off with simple things such as you know
content posting and content management a
lot of companies or people or businesses
they don't have time to be on Instagram
you know posting all this content so you
don't actually need any skills obviously
to get started with that kind of area of
it and it's very easy to you know go out
and get this content ready and start
doing captions and hashtags for them so
they can pay for that or in my case they
paid me for Instagram growth which is
more of an experience skill set it took
me a while to learn how to actually do
this but once you do you can charge a
lot more than you can just with you know
simple content poster yeah that's why
this business model is so good because
you can do it depending on your skills
if you just want to start posting
content with no experience you can do
that if you want to learn more about
Instagram and you know learn how to grow
pages and charge more
you can definitely bill that as well and
that's where kind of the more high
ticket money is okay so another question
we're going to focus on you guys for a
second is what is the easiest way for
someone to get started so what is the
easiest way for someone like you who's
watching me right now to get started
with Instagram so what we're talking
about here is basically Instagram is a
few ways to do it as I mentioned you can
you can post content for people which is
very simple to do anyone can do that you
probably post some content yourself
anyway at the moment or you can do
growth strategies which is a little bit
harder so what's the easiest one for you
as a viewer right now there is no
experienced complete beginner what's the
easiest way for you to start doing this
particular method so the easiest way for
you guys to get started if you're a
complete beginner like I said is content
posting you would be surprised at how
many people and companies actually need
content posted on you know sometimes a
weekly or a daily basis for example like
a real estate agent they might pay you
to post you know one or two or three
pictures of maybe some new listings that
they have on their Instagram page so
these companies and people they're
willing to pay you simply just for
posting content and the reason for that
is because they just don't have time
like a lot of you guys are probably
wondering why they would pay you like
Franklin said at the start but it's just
a time and convenience thing a lot of
these businesses they just don't have
time and they're willing to pay people
like you to go out and either create
content for them or simply just schedule
and post a lot of content on their page
and sometimes it's really easy guys a
lot of the times when I get a client
that will just give me you know their
content in a batch folder for the start
of the month and I just simply use a
reposting app or a scheduler app and go
through and lay out all their content
for the month and it's super easy and
literally once it's done it's done and
it just does it automatically so it's
definitely the easiest way to get
started if you have no experience and
you just want to jump into this for the
first time right guys now if you don't
believe that this stuff works
I literally pay someone to run my
Twitter for me and you might be is the
same thing Twitter Instagram they're
both social media platforms I'm over
asking why because I don't
have time so he's talking about real
estate agents right can you imagine a
real estate agent who is probably a
high-end real estate agent he probably
makes quite a bit of money from
commissions his focus is to sell
property talk to clients his focus is
the person who's selling the properties
to the vendor so he doesn't really want
to be running his Instagram or as
Twitter or as whatever Facebook he
doesn't want to be doing it doesn't have
time he's not an expert in their field
so as Brent said you can sub you could
literally right now go and find one real
estate agent in your area or two you can
say hey you give me every time you want
to put a house on the market you give me
a picture I'll post it pintura no sue
Graham and obviously you'll get charged
we'll talk about how much you can get
you can charge them in a second but
that's how simple it is but a big
roadblock as people always say my
comments below someone will probably say
this is why would some business pay you
to do it and they could do it themselves
because their focus is not Instagram
their focus is getting the house sold
and to do that they need to be at the
forefront of their business talking to
the seller talking to the back to the
buyer they don't have time to run
Instagram so that and a lot of people
miss that opportunity because they use
that as a roadblock as well why would
they pay me because they just will they
just do I pay someone to run my Twitter
there's other gurus if you want to call
us gurus or entrepreneurs online who do
this type of content online as well they
have full full time social media
marketers that do everything for them
managers so just don't let that be a
roadblock you can do this there's
nothing stopping you from doing it
the next question guys is how much
should people charge for doing this so
if you want to do this how much should
you charge what are you worth what one
of the price is worth and you've got to
kind of remember that Brent started with
no knowledge just like you so he wasn't
like some expert that came in and he
could go and charge thousands and
thousands of dollars he was just like
you and obviously you ran for your price
up as you get better experience so how
much can you charge for your services
I like Franklin just said it really
depends on which service you can provide
so for me doing this growth I literally
take people from zero to you know ten
thousand followers in less than 30 days
I'm able to charge well over 2,500 u.s.
for that one skill okay and like he said
that skill has taken me a bit of time to
learn but obviously once you've learnt
it you can scale it a lot more it's
definitely something worth investing
your time into and learning how to do it
if you're starting off and you're doing
posting people are willing to pay you
know a hundred two hundred three hundred
dollars a month for a couple of posts a
week and like Franklin said it's very
easy they give you the content in a
batch folder and basically you schedule
apps and you just upload that over the
month and yeah you can easily start
making a couple of hundred bucks a month
from doing the simple stuff like posting
you can definitely make a easy couple of
hundred bucks a month posting but don't
get you know discouraged if you don't
know how to grow people's pages and
stomach and the big dollars because
you've got to realize that you can go
out and get a couple of clients that pay
you know a couple of hundred dollars a
month and it all stacks up since it's so
easy like I said once you've scheduled
those posts and you have them all ready
you can go out and find another client
you know and another two hundred three
hundred dollars for the month so they're
both great strategies one obviously
takes a little bit more knowledge than
the other but those are kind of the
price points the higher ticket stuff is
definitely you know one to two even
three thousand dollars sometimes
depending on how many followers you get
them and on the lower side 100 to 200
maybe 300 dollars a month for a simple
content posting which is super easy and
anyone can actually do it I started out
with content posting just like Franklin
mentioned and I just built my skills
over time so you can definitely start
out with that and transition into the
higher ticket stuff and it's much easier
to get high ticket clients once you've
got you know that experience and the
case studies and testimonials to back
that up it's going to be kind of hard to
go out there and you know convince
someone to you be close to three
thousand dollars with no previous
history you know no proven experience
whereas you know if you start out with
these posts build a bit of experience
and get some clients behind you it's
much easier to go out and land those
high ticket clients so that's how much
you can charge for these kind of things
I actually like the real estate idea
because the thing about real estate
agents is the content is created
naturally a house right if let's say
you're doing like a dentist's or
something is gonna be very hard to
create content because there's nothing
really to create and it's just a really
different niche like people are not
really trying to grow Instagram pages
and dental nation but houses are simple
your real estate agent takes it out of a
house
Center - it's like the most simple thing
that you can do so yeah my advice would
be if you want to start your own Asuka
agency and those prints it as well I
mean probably don't take my advice and
some of an expert at growing histograms
but is to just go and start posting
content for companies and yes people
will do it for you as I said now if you
don't know more about growing Instagram
I've actually learned a lot from Brent
over the years you guys have probably
seen him in my groups and stuff he's
been around for quite a while I'll leave
a link to his YouTube channel below he
actually teaches Instagram strategies
how you can grow Instagram how you can
make money from Instagram as well so he
actually grew one of my Instagram
profiles to over 30,000 followers I
think in like 30 days now this was back
when it was a little bit easier to grow
on Instagram but there's no I'm not
saying he can't do that now because he
can he knows some very good strategies
to be on Instagram but I do know that
his strategies work I've seen the proof
I've seen it firsthand even some of my
old videos of you chick goes out as well
we did a case study on that profile that
I'm talking about but this is the
Instagram God basically he knows if you
think about Instagram so check out those
