I'm gonna be showing you how I made over
five hundred dollars just from one video
promoting a product on Clickbank as an
affiliate okay so it's actually funny I
haven't been promoting I haven't
actively been promoting products on
Clickbank for like almost eight months
now just because I got really busy as
the marketing director for builder all I
was promoting that platform full-time
and just doing all kinds of stuff right
but you know like one to two years ago I
was like Clickbank was my main thing I
did a lot of Clickbank products on
Facebook ads but anyways long story
short basically like last month I
actually bought a product on Clickbank
and I decided to make a video on it and
you know instead of just doing like a
review video like those people will say
the product name and then they'll put
honest review right that strategy works
I've done that I've made tens of
thousands of dollars from that strategy
right and that's why I'm making this
video today to show you that you know
you don't have to just make a review on
the product there's other angles to
promote and product out there right you
know so like if the keyword like
whatever the park is and then the
keyword review
if that's too competitive you've got to
think outside the box and get more
creative and think of keywords that you
actually can rank for okay so I'm just
gonna break down show you how I did this
and then hopefully you can get some
value and some ideas out of this for
your own business alright so as you can
see I actually did get a sale today I
actually wasn't expecting that it's been
like almost two months since I made the
video so it's still bringing in money
actually so I'm gonna go down here and
this is on vendor so let me go to
affiliate so you can see the last month
I made around 460 alright so that's all
from one product I actually think there
was one 20 dollar sale from a product
like two years ago
okay so just full disclosure so I'm
pretty sure the exact numbers on that
product was around 440
so 4:40 last month and then current
sales this month is around 113 and
that's all from the same product and
then we had 50 dollars in refunds okay
so that comes out to around five hundred
three dollars in commissions and this
was just from one single video promotion
all right so let me show you how I was
able to do this okay so I made a video
here's my video right it says how to
create a lead magnet that converts to
sales okay so basically the product was
an ebook creator helps you create
professional ebooks I personally bought
the product I saw value in it decided to
share it with my audience because I know
it would provide value to some of them
right but I thought to myself you know
how can I actually rank this for a
keyword that way I can keep on making
sales right just like I've made a sale
today a couple days ago maybe $30 right
because you know this video is ranked
for this keyword and even though there's
a zero search volume right you know that
just means that it doesn't have enough
data to show anything I'm sure there's
still people that type this into the
search engine right there has to be so
basically I saw this product helps you
create your lead magnet so what I've
been is I titled the video how to create
a lead magnet that converts to sales
so I basically showcase what is a
product doing for people and I made it
the title of the video was the benefit
of the product and then I showed how to
get the benefit of the product through
using that product so when people go to
create their own lead magnet they're
most likely gonna use the product that
I'm showcasing right so anyways a lot of
people are going to be like Chad I don't
have 20,000 subscribers on YouTube how
can I do the same right isn't most of
that money just from your subscribers
who bought from you and that's kind of
what I thought but I came to realize
that only half of the Commission's was
from my subscriber traffic and actually
the other half was from complete cold
traffic meaning people who have never
seen or heard of me before but anyways
if I go into the analytics of the video
right I can see that 70 percent of the
people who watch the video
are subscribed but keep in mind there's
30 percent of the people that are not
subscribed so that means is 30 percent
of the views from this video were from
people that were not subscribed and if
you look at it obviously when I
published a video it kind of notifies my
subscribers right it doesn't notify all
of them but the first day is when I get
all the views from my subscribers and
then it kind of dies down after that
right so we can see that these past days
you know all these different views from
you know March basically March 12 all
the way to you know the current day
April 21st this is all from cold traffic
because I ranked for this keyword right
I'm also ranked for a couple other
keywords as well so around half the
money I made was from those people okay
so if we just you know I'm kind of
measured this down let's say March 12
right so March 12th is started to kind
of die down
so this is March 12 so it kind of after
all my subscribers watched it if we
press go right here right we can see
around 192 okay so just shy of 200 so
you can see that I could have been a
little bit lazy and not trying to rank
for keywords not done a little bit SEO
to my video all the money that was made
from March 12 to the current date I
probably wouldn't may have made any of
this money because I didn't take the
time to do keyword research and actually
break my video but since I did do that I
was able to make an extra couple hundred
dollars and just like today I made an
extra twenty dollars who knows in
another month it could be another 100
dollars now they're two hundred dollars
that's the point right
I'm ranked for this keyword you know not
forever it's not guaranteed but I've
been ranked for this keyword for about a
month so I can stick especially because
this is such a low competition keyword I
could stick on this keyword for you know
three months six months and if I'm
making an average of $100 a month six
months down the line that six hundred
dollars in commissions you know not even
including what I already made you know
for my subscribers too so yeah since I
have a following since I have
subscribers I can make a decent amount
money if I you know promote a product or
recommend a product to people but what
I'm saying is you know even if you don't
have an audience there's still
opportunity to find those hidden
keywords that are not too popular but
there's a few people searching them a
month and usually if someone is typing
in this long the keyword that means
they're pretty serious about getting the
job done so my video shows exactly how
to get that job done and shows them how
to do it by showcasing a product that I
used in the video
okay so that's what I wanted to cover to
you guys today is really think about
when you're posting videos when you're
doing your content really think about
okay how can I make this keep on making
me money
meaning what kind of keywords can I
bring for can I get more traffic in this
video help my channel in the long run so
anyways just a few things to think about
also like keep in mind I could have done
this product was called scribble right
so I could have done scribble review but
instead you know that that keyword is
probably really competitive since it's a
pretty popular you know product right if
I type in scribble review um yeah this
this software shows there's not much
competition but look how many videos
there are of people you know trying to
get you to buy scribble and providing
you know their honest review right so
you know you got to think a little bit
outside the box sometimes especially
with competitive products think about
the benefits
what does scribble do for someone it
helps them create lead magnets it helps
them get more leads it helps them save
time to build their lead magnets right
those are three benefits three different
video titles I can do right there and in
fact you know if I want to make more
money from this and keep on pushing this
product I can probably come up with a
couple different titles and continue to
rank those for different keywords and
still make money right so you could
really just my point here is try to
think outside the box just don't always
try to do what everyone else is doing
try to think outside the box a little
you know I'm not saying that these
review videos don't work
trust me this is how I made my first ten
thousand dollars online and it
marketing okay doing review videos right
they still work great but what my point
here is for more competitive products
when you see all these kind of videos
right here instead of trying to rank for
this more competitive keyword think
outside the box what else what are the
benefits of the product what other
keywords that aren't as competitive can
I rank for and make sales from okay so
those are the questions you should be
asking yourself anyways guys hope you
