video I want to create a quick video on
how I made an extra $3,000 fast within 3
weeks so got my little diagram set up
for you guys right here if you're

about what this diagram means but first
of course you know I'm always practicing
what I'm preaching so I'm gonna get to
show you guys some proof real fast so
I'm still making money with Clickbank
it's been a while since I've shown you
guys my Clickbank account because I'm
not really doing a lot of promotions as
far as clickbank's concern but you can
see today did five hundred twenty three
dollars and 31 cents and a few days back
I did five hundred and three dollars and
then on Sunday I did three hundred
twenty four dollars and seventy seven
cents so it's still nice income stream
that's coming in for me and the past
three weeks actually doesn't count this
income stream so if we were to count
this income stream it's actually more
like five six thousand dollars maybe but
I really want to focus on this one
income stream about to show you and I'm
gonna break down exactly how I was able
to accomplish this so quickly okay so
let me jump over here and let me show
you guys the screenshot here you guys
can see that six thousand two hundred
eighty two dollars and sixty cents and
this has just been in the past three
weeks of promoting this is a brand new
offer I'm promoting if you guys haven't
noticed already I'm not promoting four
percent as of right now because not
because it's not great but because
they're going through a lot of
infrastructure changes and so I want to
you know give my
followers an opportunity to get involved
with something that has all the pieces
put together right now so you guys can
start generating income so you can start
making money and so we can all win at
the end of the day right so you guys can
see that 6280 two dollars and sixty
cents if you go back three weeks ago
you're going to notice my youtube
channel that's when I stopped really
promoting the four percent heavily and
you know basically moved on to this and
the way that I launched it let me just
show you guys I launched it to my email
list and as a disclaimer right number
one this is no guarantee of income just
because you decide to promote the same
product or opportunity as me doesn't
mean that you're going to create the
same income right take persistency takes
hard work yadda yadda yadda you've heard
this before one of the things that I can
say about myself the reason why I'm so
you know great at building a business
online isn't because I'm smaller than
you it's because I'm freaking consistent
regardless of what's going on in my life
regardless if I got I got like three
tractors outside of my house and there
was like noises and drilling all day
today but I didn't let that keep me from
getting stuff done right you know people
get sick I might get sick but I still
make sure that I keep my promises could
guess what that's going to do it's going
to give me more confidence right when I
am around friends family when I'm alone
I can sit there feeling good about
myself
because I made a goal you know I set a
goal and I completed that goal I did
what I told myself I would do and
there's no better feeling than that the
worst feeling is regret is I should I
woulda I coulda anyways I don't wanna
get off on a tangent but this is
important stuff you guys the 99% of
content I put out or should I say the
99% of people that watch my content they
don't do anything at all they don't take
any action I've coached thousands of
people if not hundreds of thousands of
people and I'll tell you what less than
1% of them even complete a course and 1%
of those people take action and so there
really is no competition there really is
no saturation your your brand your
your own personnel you're your own
person and people are gonna like you
because of you so with that being said I
do have an email list right I do have a
following cuz I've put in the work you
know you guys might say well Josh elder
is Josh elder well I'm Josh elder
because you know I admire brand I didn't
just come from you know some rich family
I didn't just come from smarts you know
like I said I think I don't consider
myself smart I just put in the work
I built an email list got a pretty big
email list and I got a following on
YouTube that's growing by the way we
passed 20,000 subscribers which is
freaking awesome growing it like 200 a
day so please subscribe if you haven't
already and let me guys let me show you
guys this this diagram okay so I sent
out an email to my email list we talked
about email marketing and if you guys
don't know about email marketing I will
include a link somewhere whether it's
above this video or below in the
description where you can learn about
you know more about email marketing how
that works basically I send an email out
to my list of like 18,000 people and I
was able to bring in quite a few people
fairly quickly and these people
basically took a $1 trial for 30 days to
try out the system and if they like it
they they pay 47 bucks a month and I get
70% commission off of that forty seven
dollar a month front end product which
equates to about thirty two dollars
ninety cents per month for everybody
that keeps the membership and you know
they're enjoying the content they're
going through you know the the course
and they're loving what they're seeing
right what'll happen is a percentage of
these people they will also be exposed
to other products that they have the
option to buy if they see it fit right
so what most people will do when they
try to make money online is they don't
want to spend any money they don't want
to invest in themselves so they try and
promote these front end products here
these like forty seven dollar a month
front end products and it's not a bad
thing to do if you're just getting
started and you're leveraging free
traffic here's the thing with free
traffic it takes time it takes days and
months to start generating start getting
momentum from free trial
if you're running paid traffic the price
point of this product isn't high enough
for you to make money unless you are
really good at sales and marketing and
you have experience so you either pay
with experience be able to master this
little front-end or you leverage free
traffic okay that's if you want to
hustle a lot because it's gonna take a
lot of work because you have to equate
okay how many cells do I want to make X
amount of cells will equal X amount of
income per month and then you have to
have enough traffic to be able to yield
that amount that you want to make and
then a percentage of those people are
actually going to convert and so the
numbers if you actually work the numbers
out based on a two percent conversion
rate let's say you had a hundred people
go to a website two percent of people
are going to buy on average so two
people are going to buy so that means
you have to have a hundred visitors to a
website to to this front-end product a
day to be able to make right around what
is it ninety four dollars or so I think
so that's that's a lot of that's a lot
of visitors 100 visitors a day is hard
to do when you're leveraging free
traffic paid you can do it instantly but
you might spend $200 to make that happen
and you're actually losing money unless
you really know the art of paid traffic
and again sales and marketing that's
really 3/3 expertise that you have to
master okay so you guys can kind of see
why it's important to have a back-end
product that you're selling with a
front-end product I've said this before
I've used the McDonald's analogy right
we don't need to talk about that again
but basically you need different
products in your business you don't have
different products in your business you
actually don't have a business because
you need to spend money on marketing you
need to spend money on building your
brand
that's why Nike just doesn't have one
product they got clothing they got shoes
they had golf clubs at one point they
have hats they have accessories they
have many products same with Apple many
products not just one product you think
if they just sold one product to
customers
and they pay millions and millions of
dollars on advertising that they would
actually make money no they would lose
money right they know that an individual
will go into the store they'll buy an
iPhone but then they'll also buy a
MacBook Pro an iMac which I have in this
room headphones earbuds and they'll buy
other products an iPad I got an iPad 2 i
got a keyboard as well so they know the
lifetime value per customer so it's this
little funnel where they start people at
the low end with the iPhone still
expensive the MacBook Pros a little bit
more than the IMAX even more so they
know they can spend you know 3,000 bucks
to acquire a customer because they know
that that customer over the lifetime is
gonna spend well more than 3000 bucks
does that make sense that's where you
have a lot of room to make I guess a
mistake you could say with your
marketing but if you just if Apple just
had like a forty seven dollar product
they'd be losing big because how much
does it cost to run a TV ad cost a lot
of money and they advertise on TV so you
kind of understand the discrepancy the
problem there hopefully you guys do so I
understood this in my business back in
2012 when I was doing Clickbank
marketing and I was like working day in
and day out eight hours a day on the
computer shooting videos putting up
content doing free methods because I
didn't know how to do paid just to make
maybe 500 bucks a month so when I broke
down the hourly pay it was not that much
so I realized either this internet
things not working out for me
ready to change the business plan and
when I finally you know I didn't know
what I didn't know so when I finally got
exposed to high ticket business model
like this it changed my life and so I
went from you know just promoting these
you know low-end front end products to
changing my traffic all I did was iced
diverted my traffic from of this low
front end product to another low front
end product that had back end products
though other products that would
automatically be sold on my behalf
that's when I quit my job that's what
changed my life
that's when I went from 500 dollars a
month to 2,000 then to 3000 all the
sudden I jumped up to 10,000 bucks
boom October 13th on my birthday was
actually October 14th the day after my
birthday I quit my job went full-time
into this so if you really want to make
money you obviously have to invest in
yourself financially you got to invest
in yourself by putting in work you gotta
set goals and stick to those goals
regardless because life's gonna happen
you know people are gonna come to your
life family events you know you're gonna
make excuses for yourself like a lot of
people do you just got to make the
decision to go for it so with that being
said I really hope you got value from

covered a lot in this video and a lot of
people might say my YouTube comments
will you just speak it in circles bla
bla bla bla bla because those are the
people that don't get it those are the
people that don't understand the most
important stuff is the mindset stuff
it's not even the technical stuff that
I'm showing you right here when you have
the right mindset you will seek out this
information you will find a way to make
this happen and that's just the truth so
