if you want to be successful in 2019 you

need to focus no distractions okay this

is the biggest thing that most people

are doing they're getting distracted by

Netflix iTunes their phone right this is

something that I get distracted by just

being on my phone okay I like to track

my screen time every single week and try

to reduce that by three to five percent

because that's three to five percent

every single week that I'm spending less

on my phone more on my business

another thing I've implemented that you

can do as well is download the hours app

I like to track how much time I'm

putting into my business because there's

an entrepreneur we don't have to clock

in or clock out and I've realized that

most of the weeks I've only been putting

15 maybe even 20 hours of you know per

week of work okay but if you aren't

getting the results that you want like

if I'm not getting the results that I

want out of my business that I'm gonna

put in 40 hours and see if that changes

it right so start tracking the amount of

hours you're working as well so that you

can yield the results you want because

you can't complain about your business

that it's not doing as well as you want

it to if you're only putting in you know

25 30 hours a week when you could be

putting in 40 or 50 when it's necessary

so this year if you want to be

successful no distractions all focus
