How to Do Affiliate Marketing on Facebook (No Money Required)

my came across this statistic and that
statistic was that hey everyone on
YouTube welcome back to another video
here on the channel so today I want to
talk about traffic right how do you get
traffic and particularly free traffic
because I always recommend if you guys
don't know this I recommend people start
out with free traffic then move on to
paid traffic if they're comfortable with
it and the read is Gil alright so today
we're going to be talking about traffic
particularly with Facebook right so
obviously Facebook is a huge platform
there's a bunch of different ways other
than just Facebook ads to actually get
massive amounts of traffic organic
traffic
organic and targeted traffic from
Facebook and that's what I'm going to
show you guys today I'm gonna break it
down into five different steps now I'm
curious comment down below what is your
favorite platform to get traffic off of
alright comment down below I'd love to
hear it I love to respond you guys if
you guys have any questions anyways
let's get into the five steps alright so
step one is to create a branded niche
Facebook page or Facebook profile okay
so before you do this this is kind of
taking into consideration that or you
already have a niche that you want to be
in you already have some type of free
offer you're gonna give them or like a
free offer as in the lead magnet that
could be a PDF that can be an e-book
that can be a training series it doesn't
really matter some type of free offer
that is a benefit to whatever problem
they have in that niche okay this is
also taking a consideration that in that
free offer funnel you're also going to
have some type of upsell for your
affiliate product that's gonna help them
solve their problem even faster it has
to be very congruent with your free
offer and then having some type of
automated follow-up series like email
marketing to actually turn your leads
into sales okay so taking into
consideration that you have all that
stuff done now you're ready for traffic
okay if you don't have that stuff done
don't work on traffic yet because if you
get traffic and you don't have a free
offer in place for one year you don't
know who your target market is you can't
make any offers in your traffic like
there would be no point in trying to get
traffic before you have a solid free
offer that is congruent with other
affiliate products and you're in a given
niche and you have all that setup okay
now once you have that that's that's
kind of the hard part right crafting
you're off and putting it all together
it takes some time but spend some time
on that because most affiliate marketers
especially on Facebook they're just
spamming straight to affiliate links
right and I don't know about you but
have you ever bought from a spammed
affiliate link on a Facebook group or
does Facebook even allow that no okay so
don't do that take the right steps take
the right leg then you can move on to
traffic okay so once you do all that you
have your free offer in place then you
want to make some type of brand new
niche page so you can either use a
Facebook profile or a Facebook page to
do this I don't want to go tuned up with
this but Facebook pages it's a little
bit harder to get traffic there is still
potential to get free traffic from a
Facebook page and then also with
Facebook pages you can also you can
always retarget ads and boost your posts
that is a benefit with Facebook profile
you're kind of going after friends
you're getting followers on your
Facebook kind of like a personal
Instagram versus a business Instagram I
guess so they're kind of similar like
with a Facebook page you can now
interact in other groups you could go up
to hashtags
a profile you're gonna get a little bit
more engagement it's a little bit easier
I'd say okay so both we're good but if
you want to keep your profile for just
your friends and start fresh with a
Facebook page you're completely welcome
to do that right
it still is gonna work right okay so
once you pick that you want to brand it
okay so that means your cover photo your
profile picture your bio and you kind of
just want to put everything that you
kind of stand for and kind of the
problem you're solving in your niche
okay so kind of whatever your free offer
is you know make sure you have some type
of call to action in your cover photo
make sure you have some type of call to
action if you don't want to do in your
cover photo put it in your bio
telling people to go click on the link
and get your free offer and take them
through your funnel right so remember a
sales funnel starts broad right we're
going after Facebook holder
traffic and then you know they get taken
and eventually you'll make a commission
right here right so that's the first
step is just kind of branding your pages
very simple right
all right so step number two it's time
to start putting out content and
actually you know spreading your message
spreading on how you can help people
okay so since we are putting out content
we're using free traffic right that's
how you get free traffic is through
content some form of content right so I
came across this statistic and that
statistic was that Facebook live streams
versus up just Facebook uploaded videos
so that means you're either going live
on Facebook or you upload a video to
Facebook okay so the statistic was that
Facebook live video is compared to
videos that are just uploaded or watched
three times as longer okay so 300% watch
300% longer watch time on live video
sources uploaded videos okay the number
two statistic was Facebook live videos
versus upload uploaded videos get ten
times a thousand percent more comments
and engagement versus uploaded videos
okay so based off those statistics you
can kind of see the answer here start
doing live streams live streams are
working really good on Facebook okay and
the reason being is because they stand
out more a lot of people get notified
you're able to discover new people
you're able to interact with people
right so live streams work very good on
Facebook especially right now and even
if you're doing a Facebook page and
you're doing live streams on there you
can still get a lot of free traffic okay
so step two would be your live stream
JumpStart alright so basically after you
get all your Facebook page set up you
brand them right you want to jumpstart
it with a live stream okay so in this
live stream basically you just introduce
kind of the problem you're solving for
people so whatever your free offer is
like if your free offers around losing
weight or a digital marketing aspect or
just you know some type of niche right
create a live stream around that free
offer and kind of just share some value
on how whatever the problem your main
niche has like whatever problem your
free offer is solving kind of talk about
the solution to that problem okay so
that's what you're doing in the live
stream and that's how you give value as
you give solutions to people's problems
right so you want to give some value on
the live stream and then what I would
actually do is I would kind of talk
about a story on why you're doing this
so you want to kind of make it where the
people that watch it they can like kind
of relate and connect with you more so
for example if your free offer is around
losing weight let's start the live
stream out talking about kind of
solutions to losing weight and then I'll
just kind of go into a story and get
personal people
so for me my connection is and this is
like a true story so like literally just
three years ago now I was in college I
was delivering food and I was struggling
a lot and then it took me eight months
to make my first dollar online and I
stayed up for twelve hours every single
day working on figuring it out failed at
five different businesses and finally
came across affiliate marketing and then
after I kind of just stuck to one thing
and figured out like that's kind of the
process is you have to stick to one
thing and once I started sticking just
affiliate marketing I had my first five
ten twenty thirty thousand dollar month
online so that's kind of like my store
and that's how I'm able to relate with
you guys because that's literally the
process I went through okay so I would
recommend you have something like that
even if you don't have a story kind of
just tell how you're not gonna give some
BS story but you're gonna you're
passionate about this and you want to
help people and not your new mission in
life okay so that's kind of
I would say in my livestream and at the
end okay so you want to get people to
your free offer right you want to take
them through your funnel okay so at the
end of that live stream I would give
some type of free offer telling them so
if you guys are ready to get started
with new transformation or you know
whatever you're selling right whatever
your free offer is make an offer to your
free offer so I would just tell them go
to so-and-so calm and you'll be able to
download my free you know lead magnet so
just kind of give your offer right now
inside this live stream I would start
out with like value your story and then
an offer okay but make sure in the offer
like you're not putting links in your
posts because what we're gonna be doing
with this live stream like I said so
your live stream jump start so your live
frame is either on your Facebook page or
your personal profile now what you're
going to be doing is you're gonna be
joining a bunch of related groups inside
your niche and sharing that live stream
from your Facebook page or your Facebook
profile sharing it to other groups in
your niche okay I want to share it to
like hundreds of groups or anything just
a couple and kind of just see how it
does some of the groups it might do
really good some it might do not do so
well but basically what we're doing is
we're just trying to get some awareness
you want it you shouldn't expect any
sales just from that one live stream
sharing in other groups but what you can
expect is some people to go on your
Facebook profile check you out check out
what your free offer is in your bio or
what it could do if you share it with
your Facebook page
some people go over your Facebook page
they could like it they could maybe take
you up on your free offer so that's
that's kind of just the thing is just
trying to get some of the people in the
net to your Facebook page to your
profile and just get more awareness
right so that is basically step three is
once you do this live stream you want to
start sharing it with other groups and
even if you have a friend that like has
friends that are related to that niche
maybe get shared with ask them to share
the live stream I don't know you got to
get creative okay
that's step three all right let me move
on to step four now
all right so once you do that first live
stream step four is basically kind of
just continuing to reach more people
right we already have our offer done so
we just need to continue to reach more
people through free traffic so through
more content right you need to continue
to put out content to reach more people
keep doing live streams post pictures
just test different things whatever gets
more engagement is gonna be the best

about engagement right now whatever post
has the most engagement is what posts
they're gonna show first okay so and the
reason that is it's just because of
human psychology right when when you go
on Facebook you naturally see like if
you see a post with no likes no comments
you're probably less likely to even
interact or engage with that post but if
you see a post right under that that has
thousands of likes thousands of comments
you're probably likely to at least read
what the caption is and at least get
your intention or what happens you'll
start seeing the comments you'll start
just going through the comments you'll
start engaging with people and all the
sudden you'll just be hooked in one post
for like 20 minutes right it happens all
the time so the the more engagement you
have the better because just naturally
that's how human psychology works so
test your content it's live streams are
getting the most engagement meaning the
most comments most likes most views
reach the most amount of people do live
streams every single day okay but you
got to get some type of content out
every single day okay you can post
pictures in there but guys base off
statistics and based off what I've seen
right now it's working I would try to do
like a 30 day challenge of live streams
right okay so do live free Monday and
one day 2 day 3 day 4 day 5 and in these
live streams just talk about different
components of what your free offer is
about and in every single live stream at
the very end you know you're most likely
gonna have some people on the livestream
make an offer make an offer to your free
offer have a good domain say tell people
hey just go to pawpaws calm and you'll
get access to my free offer whatever
you're giving away what benefits does
your free offer
what problem are you solving okay and
then even inside your livestreams like
on your page you could just put a link
to your free offer as well just get some
extra traffic that way you just got a
test and start putting out stuff and
don't overthink it right actually like
set all calendar you know taught and see
what you're gonna talk about free today
and just keep doing better getting
better and better guys if you guys did
30 days of live streams for 30 days in a
row you're gonna be so much better on
camera and on live streams and you like
it's really gonna give you a big boost
if you don't want to pay for traffic you
don't want to invest any money that is
one of the best things you can do to get
a lot of traffic and start making some
money alright so just to give you some
tips on how to make your content and
reach more people if you're starting
from complete scraps you have no friends
no followers no page likes you know
start going after hashtags start adding
different friends in the niche so going
in different groups adding them to your
profile inviting them to like your page
just doing something like that just
doing stuff like that don't be too
spammy don't add more than you know 20
friends a day on Facebook just be
cautious right Facebook is smarter than
you think and then engage in other
groups so that's another thing you can
do so if you're in the weight loss niche
going to different weight loss groups
engaged with them interact with them and
they'll naturally come your profile and
you can sell stuff on your live streams
and on the back end and especially if
you engage with people and you're
actually helping them out in the
comments section add those people as a
friend right instead of adding random
people add those people they engage with
as a friend and then maybe tomorrow
they'll be on your live stream give a
free offer they go through a sales
funnel right you get money okay if you
have like an email list email your lists
hey come join my Facebook page come join
my facebook profile check out my live
stream I did the other day email your
list about it right
also watch competitors see what they're
doing what are your competitors doing to
get traffic right are they are they
doing contests giveaways are they doing
jayvees with other influencers and that
net
what are they doing watch the
competitors see what's working alright
so once you go after the hard part of
like starting out starting putting out
content and start you know getting more
page likes or friends on your wall and
kind of just growing your little
audience write your little micro
audience or list as you can say on
Facebook what you want to do and this is
what I would do to really lock in that
traffic right and not only that but this
is gonna give you potential to reach new
customers and new prospects new leads
automatically because Facebook will
literally give to give you traffic if
you do this right okay and that is start
your own Facebook group so basically
once you build up some decent amount of
Facebook page likes you're doing live
streams you know you're actively getting
people watching your stuff you're
getting engagement you know start
sending people from your Facebook page
or your Facebook profile over to your
Facebook group alright and inside your
Facebook group you're basically going to
be doing the same thing as step 4 which
is just continue to put out content give
value and make an offer content value
offer content value offer right doing
live streams in the group continuing to
engage with the people and the members
in the group seeing what they want to
sing what they can help you with sharing
your story connecting with them relating
with them building trust with them and
making offers right making free offers

get a lot of engagement in your group
and you start doing this actively what
happens it's Facebook algorithm they're
gonna see your group things like wow
this group is pretty valuable it looks
like the members are really starting to
enjoy it because they can see your data
they can see the engagement right so the
more engagement the better okay so if
you start getting a lot of engagement
especially in a smaller group Facebook
will start to promote your group
automatically to other people and
similar groups and they can come in your
group for free you already have the
authority because it's your group and
you continue to do live streams put out
content and reach new people
just continue to grow your traffic
source right and you can scale this like
with your group and everything you could
scale that to 10k a month easy but keep
in mind like if you're gonna go with
this strategy like just do that I
wouldn't tried to do YouTube and like
Twitter and Google and all that to just
focus on that and let that strategy
alone just with free traffic you could
easily get to a full time income now I
said easily but not fast right it'll
take some time it is free traffic and
this content right so just keep that in
mind and also what you can do if you
have a Facebook page you can start
running retarding its retargeting ads to
everyone that picked up your free offer
or everyone that visited your website
start running retargeting ads to your
paid offer or maybe people that went on
your landing page but they didn't put
their name and email in right they
didn't opt-in retarget those people who
doing it who didn't opt-in with your
free offer again so they can't opt it
right so you can always retarget with
facebook ads so that's what's great
about building up your facebook page or
even just an email this and it's a
really cool strategy alright guys so I
