and in this video we're gonna talk about
how to do affiliate marketing in 2020
without a website or a blog I could
probably say in the past six years of
being online full-time there's probably
been just a handful of times that people
asked for my website if you do a good
enough job using and leveraging social
media you don't even need a website and
I've used YouTube for the most part I've
to grow my brand and build a
seven-figure business without a website
so that's exactly what we're gonna cover
today we're going to show you exactly
how to do affiliate marketing in 2020
without a website I'm going to show you
my facebook strategy as well as my
youtube strategy so if you're excited

this channel is really about leverage
it's about being able to build a
business around your life and not
building a life around your business so
with that being said if you want to work
no more maybe a couple hours a day heck
there are some days where I work twenty
to thirty minutes if that and that's
because I have the power of video
marketing and social media and an
automated system so let's go ahead and
let's dive into the computer and cover
this in a little bit more detail and as
always what I'd love to do is I love to
show income prove some income results so
before we dive into this those you guys
have already seen this kind of stuff you
can feel free to skip ahead a little bit
but if you like to see that I am one of
the few out there that actually
practices what he preaches I don't post
fake income screenshots I document my
success every step of the way been doing
it for the past few years full time so
you can feel free to go back in my
channel and see the results that I've
created and my growth day by day and
month by month so you can see that I'm
logged here into one of my merchant
accounts we've done over five thousand
dollars today twenty three hundred
dollars yesterday
and from the first to the ninth twenty
seven thousand five hundred thirty seven
dollars in 81 cents that we've netted
that's after you know merchant fees and
refunds and charge backs and stuff like
that so if I was to actually go back a
little bit more let's say we went from
November just last month to the 30th of
last month over $45,000 in just this one
account I have other income streams then
I generate from you know affiliate
market places like clickbank.com pier
fly comm which used to be around they're
not around anymore
I've got other independent affiliate
networks and affiliate offers that I
promote that I get income from as well
but take my word for it I'm somebody
that actually knows what they're doing
that's in the trenches every single day
and a lot of this money in my merchant
account does come from these days comes
from promoting my own products you know
I've done affiliate marketing for many
many years
and I decided to graduate to creating my
own products and promoting my own
products just because I have the
experience to be able to do so and now I
can keep all the money instead of
splitting the 50% which most you know
affiliate programs will give you you
know 50% commissions for you promoting
their program so essentially affiliate
marketing is simply promoting other
people's products and being able to make
a commission off of it there's products
that will even pay you up to like 90 to
100 percent commissions out there you
just want to make sure you go with a
program that you resonate with that you
align with and that you would enjoy
talking about and promoting really long
term so step number one what you want to
do when you're creating an online
business and when you're using and
leveraging the affiliate marketing
business model is you need to select
somebody else's product to promote okay
and again you can jump over here to
Clickbank calm okay this is usually what
I recommend when you're getting started
out because you don't need a lot of
money you just need to spend a little
bit more time marketing I usually tell
people there's one of two ways to make
money with affiliate marketing and
that's either trading your time or
really trading your money because
there's two ways that you drive
you know traffic or eyeballs in other
words to your offers that you're
promoting and that is simply doing paid
advertising which is gonna require money
out of pocket it's gonna require that
you learn a skill set such as you know
Facebook advertising paid advertising
that is or YouTube paid advertising or
solo ads so you definitely want to
master one of those trades if you don't
have a lot of money but you have a lot
of time like I did when I got started
man I was sixteen thousand dollars in
debt what I did is I decided to just
hustle and put out content you see in
2020 it's about content it's about you
know you jump on tik-tok one day you're
watching a bunch of videos two hours go
by and you're like holy crap I didn't
even realize how much content I just
watched and then you jump over to
Instagram maybe you jump over to YouTube
this is the information age and people
will buy more likely than not by going
through numerous pieces of content that
you put out there on the Internet
this isn't 2010 anymore to where you
could just direct link to an offer and
somebody will buy on the first go people
are getting exposed to marketing more
and more and more and you have to be
more creative and how you approach the
marketplace and how you market to people
so keep that in mind as we're going
through those trainings so here we are
at Clickbank calm all you got to do is
click create account right here and
follow the on-screen instructions now I
know a lot of you guys you might not
live in a country where you can promote
on Clickbank and I get that and I would
just go to google and type in a simple
search affiliate programs that are world
wide or nation wide or just type in
affiliate programs and then your country
name and you'll be able to find a lot of
affiliate networks that house these
affiliate products so essentially an
affiliate network is a network of a lot
of different products kind of like
Amazon's a network of a lot of different
products so you can go to a lot of
different affiliate networks out there
on the internet the house for example
there might be an affiliate network just
for health products and then
Affiliate Network just for you know
construction products and then a
affiliate network for digital products
so in in this case Clickbank is an
affiliate network for digital products
and the reason why I love digital
products is man you get to keep most of
the money there's very little to no
overhead so after you click on the
create account button you just fill out
this information again if you live
outside of the US or you know most
countries do accept Clickbank there's
some that don't if they don't again just
type in affiliate programs plus your
country into Google and you'll find
you'll find plenty over there where
you'll be accepted so this is free to
sign up once you sign up you will
connect your bank account they keep all
your information private so you don't
have to worry about having your
information sold they've actually done
oh well over a billion dollars in sells
and they've always paid me out on time
every time so let me go to one of my
sample accounts I don't really use this
account anymore but I'm just gonna go
ahead and log in here I'm gonna go ahead
and sign in and you guys can see if I go
to reporting here I do a little bit of
Clickbank marketing these days not quite
as much as I used to but if we go to
paychecks you can see in two thousand
nineteen twelve or twenty two thousand
dollars two thousand eighteen sixty
eight thousand now the reason why I
don't do I don't do as much marketing on
Clickbank is because independent
products are really the way of the
future and what I mean by that is when
you go to clickbank and you go to the
marketplace right here and you select a
product right you can after you create
an account you just go to the
marketplace you can select any category
on the left-hand side here so if I go to
like health and fitness you can see that
this offer right here Leppa talks I
believe you can actually just click on
the promote button and then enter your
account nickname here generate your link
and this is the link that you would go
out and share on the internet now here's
the caveat to Clickbank you can be very
successful with Clickbank products but
you have to really number one you have
to brand yourself and you have to really
sup you have to know a little bit more
about being able to like create web
pages and create videos and really copy
in other words which is selling with
words that that will sell and that could
be difficult because most people just
want to get started quickly they want to
make money quickly but you the reason
why you need to separate yourself with a
Clickbank when it comes to promoting
Clickbank offers is because number one
it's free to sign up number two not only
are you the the person that's promoting
this product for example this product
right here which is called Leppa talks
but there's many other people promoting
that same product which creates
saturation which means you have to do
more work on your end
aka more branding to promote the same
product that somebody else is promoting
does that make sense so in the long run
you have to do a lot more work where
with like
newer offers fresh offers now if there's
a fresh new offer that's released on
Clickbank ya you'll make a lot of money
really quickly in the first few weeks
but then it's gonna fizzle out because
all the competition is gonna come in so
what can you do to actually separate
yourself well you can actually promote
offers that are private offers from
private affiliate networks or just not
even affiliate now it's just independent
private products so for example I've got
my own product that i promote called the
six-figure partner program and that's
where a lot of this this money has been
generated and what's so cool about this
program and i'm not just how d my
program to sell it obviously that's
that's part of the reasons why i'm
bringing it up
you know within this video right here
but you don't have to promote my product
you can go out to her and promote
somebody else's product doesn't really
matter to me either way what i want to
do is i want to illustrate the example
of promoting an independent product like
my own right here so what's really neat
about it is the fact that there's very
few people that I accept therefore those
very few people that are promoting
programs like this again I'm not the
only person that has independent
programs like this but once you get
access to a program like this there's a
lot less friction and it's going to be a
lot easier
to promote so for example if I click on
my link right here I'm in actually my
own affiliate account here and I click
on your affiliate link and I were to
share this out there beneath my youtube
videos or out there on Facebook I just
copy and I can go out here on on
Facebook and I can share this link now
when somebody goes through the sales
process and they purchase you get 50%
Commission's so you at would actually
make $1,500 in commissions for promoting
my program and also to add to that I
give you all the materials I give you
actually allow you to copy my content
copy my videos and you don't have to
deal with the overwhelm of other
affiliates saturating the marketplace
like you would on Clickbank com because
again I only accept a certain amount of
people into my programs so let me
actually show you the first strategy
that I would leverage and I would use to
promote my program for example and you
can apply this to anything else you can
apply it to the health niche you can
apply that to you know the muscle
building niche you can apply it to the
relationships niche you get your ex back
niche whatever niche you can apply this
to so what we want to do is we want to
leverage is called attraction marketing
we actually want to attract people to us
and the reason why we want to do this is
because we don't want to be chasing
people we want to do small inputs that
are gonna produce big outputs we want to
work as least amount as possible as we
can and make the most money we can as a
result of that and so you got a you got
to work smarter instead of harder so
what I like to do is when I'm getting
started online if I were you in your
shoes I would go to my facebook wall or
you can even create a separate Facebook
page if you don't want to as a lot of
people that want to separate their
business from their personal stuff and
that's fine
you can create a separate profile or
separate fanpage for that but preferably
I would use your own profile because you
already have low hanging fruit in other
words you have friends and family that
already know you
and they're likely to buy from you a lot
faster because they know you now we're
not going to go on our Facebook wall and
just how how awesome our Clickbank
product is that we're promoting we
wouldn't even use the materials that the
product owner gives us so like under
this product you can actually click on
the affiliate page right here
and you can sign up and then once you
sign up they will give you a bunch of
materials that you can use like on your
Facebook wall or in like your YouTube
marketing and a lot of it some of it
works if you already have an audience if
you don't have an audience it just
sounds super Scelzi and so a lot of
times I won't even use the material that
a lot of these product owners will give
you some of them are good most of them
aren't the best so there's two ways that
you can actually make money with
Facebook number one it you can actually
purchase the affiliate product and go
through it yourself and then document
your journey on your Facebook wall or
you can go out there and you can find
out what people are saying in like
Facebook groups around the niche that
you're in find out what they're saying
on forums and you can just go to google
and type in the niche plus forums so if
the product is this product that I
showed you originally on Clickbank and
this is obviously a weight loss offer so
you just go to weight loss forums or
weight loss groups in Facebook you could
just do that by typing in weight loss at
the top right here and see you got
weight loss support group weight loss
groups right here and you would see
there's a group right here there's a
group right here you can even go over
here and just select on groups itself
and you've got all the groups right here
and then you would just chime into each
of these groups and just give a lot of
value to people and you don't need to
know everything of course I would go
through the product but I would also
take these problems that people are
having go back to Google and type them
in and see what answers you find and
then you could take those answers put
them in your own words put them on your
wall and even put them inside the
Facebook group and you're going to get a
lot of followers that way so what we
want to do is we want to play chess not
checkers here you want to be very
strategic about your more
you want to give give give and then ask
for the cell okay a lot of people are
just copying their links and spamming
their links all over Facebook and
everywhere else online so you want to
make sure that you're giving value I
always like to say give like five times
as much value as what you ask for in
return so make at least five posts get
somebody a lot of these people will just
approach you and see you as an expert
and then you know find what their wants
or needs are and then you can simply
send them the link through like
messenger chat and that's a great way to
start now in the beginning you'll be
doing a lot of work and you might not be
making as much money as you want to make
so that's why I like to number one get
proof of concept for you guys with
little risk so prove to yourself the
process works but don't quit too early
spend about 60 and 90 days doing this
and then what you can begin to do is you
can start to go for products or promote
products that are higher priced because
one of the things that I realized is you
can actually promote products like that
are 5000 versus 50 and there's no really
difference in effort to sell this 5000
dollar product versus this fifty dollar
product all you need to do is change who
you're marketing to and that's it once
you change that everything else is taken
care of so again I would start with like
lower ticket products you know prove
that it works for yourself then you'll
build the confidence to go out there and
promote a lot of higher ticket products
so that's the way that I would do with
Facebook so if you go over to my wall
you'll see like no links there's no
links just value here value right here
value right here so all my posts are
just value value value and what will
happen is a lot of people will just
reach out to me and they'll say Josh I
want to know more
that's called attraction marketing and
then you can really probe them ask them
questions find out what their needs are
and just align their needs with your
product and say hey I've got
something that will solve your needs
over here would you like to check it out
and then you would send them the link to
the product it's that simple that
doesn't require any website doesn't
require any blogs any landing pages any
software's or anything like that no
click funnels nothing like that
ok so that's why we do number one number
two is I would follow this methodology
that I actually covered in one of my
last videos in more detail but I'm gonna
summarize it here and I will put a link
at the description to my last video that
covered this methodology when it comes
to YouTube in more detail and how to
make money on YouTube through affiliate
marketing without a website or blog as
well this is what we're ninety nine
percent of my income comes from so again
you want to write down the audience's
that are interested in the product I've
got four different audiences right here
and then what you could do in step three
is you can actually brainstorm and think
about okay what would people type in to
actually find the product that I'm
promoting and you would create a video
around that and there's a strategic
process that you follow to where you can
find out which search phrases people
type into YouTube search engine and
Google search engine the most and then
what you could do is you can create a
video around those search phrases and
then in the description of your videos
you can actually put a link so over here
if I go to my channel I'm just gonna
type in Joshua elder here and I go to
you know one of my videos right here
this one for example you can see in the
description I've got a link that goes to
one of my products and that's
essentially what you would do no website
needed whatsoever
if you're promoting my program over here
you could just share this link right
here and you can see that and put that
in your youtube description and you
could see that lat that leads straight
to what's called a landing page right
here I've done all the heavy lifting for
you I've created all the web pages that
sells videos everything you send traffic
you make money and it really is that
simple so that's really the process if

yes because you're building a brand in
two thousand twenty twenty one twenty
four twenty five the future is all about
branding people buy from people they
know like and trust there's a lot of
get-rich-quick hax tactics that people
sell you on to get views and they work
temporarily if you want to really be
able to focus and stick to one thing
long-term and not get this shiny object
syndrome by learning hacks they're just
gonna be gone next week but learning may
be one thing that will work a lifetime
in the long run you won't feel like you
have to jump into your computer every
single day to learn the next latest
greatest thing you just have to learn
one thing and do it long-term and that's
what I've done with YouTube so if you
stick with this long-term I promise you
you will bear the fruits of your labor
can you make money quickly yes is it
sustainable no if you want to build a
long-term business stick to one strategy
stick to one business model for the next
year and I promise you you're going to
see more results in the long run versus
trying to make money in the short term
in other words what I'm saying is you
might not make a lot of money this year
but next year that could turn into a
six-figure multiple six-figure income so
even if you failed flat on your face
completely this year but you went on to
make six figures next year how much are
you making at your day job right now
fifty sixty thousand dollars and next
year you make one hundred 200 grand was
it worth it probably because that's
typically what you would make it you're
at your full-time job and that's how it
happened for me is I went from zero
you know really - like a $20,000 my
first year of actually really marketing
and taking it seriously and then I jump
to over multiple six figures and this is
something that anybody can do but you
really have to stick with it and I could
definitely show you how to do that so if
