have probably heard of upwork and sites
like freelancer but there's another
website gaining popularity every single
day called people per hour
okay it was founded back in 2007 so it's
been around for like almost over ten
years now
more than a hundred million dollars have
been paid out to freelancers in 89
countries so you know no matter where
you are in the world you guys can sign
up and do this okay so business and
individuals can post jobs on the site
for freelancers to bid on okay so the
types of jobs include things like photo
and video work marketing and social
media graphic design work web and
development and much more okay so you as
the freelancer what you're gonna do is
you're going to place a bid or make a
proposal on the jobs that are posted on
the site okay now what makes people per
hour a little bit unique is that is that
you could post small gigs on the site
almost sort of like hourlies so let me

they would just click on that and view
that gig and then if everything looks
really good and they like everything all
the features and different options that

then the buyer can just simply come over

quickly you know make these and have
these posted on the website so you know
a buyer or business or individual can
just come on here and just purchase

up with your Facebook account with a
LinkedIn account or you can simply just
use your first name last name and put an
email address and password and you guys
are going to be ready to go so anybody
can sign up to this website guys it's a
hundred percent free even if you're not
sure
which services you want to offer okay at
least sign up and create a profile okay
so let me show you an example of another
pretty kind of a pretty cool profile
that I found that he found on here
here's a guy right here a really cool
profile you guys have the ability to
post a logo in a little header kind of
like a little banner for your business
you can do all that you know he's posted
his his hourly rate he has some reviews
and feedback here he's always available
he makes sure that he's always online
logged in and when you do that it says
and it shows right here that you're
online now which is really good and he's
from London United Kingdom he's posted
all the different skills that he has
that are available okay his different
services that he has to offer and then
his language of course and then here's
his rating the amount of buyers that
he's worked with and that his last
project and also his response time which
is really really important a lot of
contractors or a lot of buyers like to
see that your communication is going to
be good and your response time is really
really important a lot of businesses
need things fast and they don't want to
you know they don't have time to wait
wait around you know we're in this
instant gratification world so it's very
important that if you guys do get any
messages or anything like that on this
website is to really respond very very
quickly his buyer stats are also
accessible on his portfolio as well and
it's really good good idea guys to of
course have a nice little picture of
yourself I'll have someone take a
picture of you and you know to have that
on your profile just gonna make a big
difference yeah it really helps your
brand okay and so you know a lot of us
have some kind of skill that we can
offer okay even if you know how to do
something really basic maybe something
like create a Facebook cover or a banner
or something like that you know you can
offer that service in your profile okay
so let me give you some ideas you know

templates that you can use on the web
and a lot of these are free okay they
have a paid plan they also have a free
plan the free plan allows you to use
like five templates per month and then
they also have a paid plan which is like
ten dollars a month and you have like
unlimited
templates and then you can have access
to different photos and things like that
that you guys can use on your graphics
but pretty cool stuff here are lots of
pretty decent quality templates that you
guys can use of course the ones that
have the lock will mean that you will
record it requires a subscription to the
website another website is canva.com
I always talk about canva on my channel
and there are thousands of different
free templates that you guys can use and
customized to fit your clients needs
okay
I've pretty much been able to have
unlimited downloads on this website I've
never paid a thing to canva they just
offer so much value in in professional
designs that you guys can use if you
want to start a little site graphic
design business okay and you can also
maybe customize one and put it in your
portfolio just like this guy has okay to
kind of you know places get something in
your portfolio a little bit so when a
client does come to your page they can
see that you know you do have some work
and they want to kind of see the style
of work that you have available to see
if it fits their needs okay so there you
go guys now let's talk about how much
you guys are going to get paid you know
you guys are going to basically earn
what you want because you're going to
set your own rates you know and you know
as a freelancer you really kind of just
work as often or as little as you want
okay so for the payments and stuff like
that
payments for completed jobs can be made
to a UK bank account of course people
per hour is based out of the UK or they
also have a variety of different options
you guys can also have that sent to your
PayPal account the processing is going
to take about three days okay as noted
