media marketing clients paying anywhere
from one thousand to five thousand
dollars by giving up front value and no
I'm not talking about you know Facebook
advertising or sprucing up their social
media I'm talking about giving them
something of value with zero expectation
back now I've used this strategy to land
clients anywhere from you know $1,000 to
$5,000 a month and frankly tons of my
students are using this strategy as well
so what we're gonna do is hop on my
computer I'm gonna show you exactly how
you can land clients by giving upfront

here on my computer on Google using an
old method but still effective okay
nowadays we're using a different method
to get clients to actually reach out to
us on autopilot and if you want to find

Yelp tool works just as good it's you
know still effective obviously you still
have to go out and contact these
businesses though so I use the Yelp
method right here Yelp watch video
Dallas Texas and then plus
dermatologists okay and this is showing
us right here all the dermatologists
that are currently paying for untargeted
Yelp advertising anywhere from 300 to a
couple thousand dollars a month so we
know they have the money and
dermatologists are a very good niche
as well because they do sell skincare
products they Scout they sell services
obviously and they have the money to
spend on advertising so as you can see
this we're gonna go ahead and use skin
tastic as an example
probably a great dermatologist company a
dermatology office in texas but we can
see right here on their Yelp page that
they are a Yelp advertiser right here so
they are paying for Yelp advertising so
of course there's plenty of you know
services we can offer we can offer
Facebook advertising social media
management right and that's what a lot
of social media marketers are offering
right so how do we stand out how do we
get this company to actually hand us
over thousands of dollars you know right
away and write us a check today how do
we get them to do that well we're gonna
have to provide more value than most of
the other social media marketers out
there okay and if you're part of the
team you watch my videos you apply what
you learn you're you're gonna stand out
over most of the social media marketing
that's going on in today's time okay so
what we're gonna do is provide them with
a free let lead generation tool okay
because obviously they're not generating
many leads from Yelp okay maybe they are
maybe they're getting you know a few new
customers per day or per week from Yelp
but they can't track that okay they
can't track you know unless someone
schedules an appointment directly from
Yelp which most likely doesn't happen
very often
and we want to be able to keep those
emails before the business so as you can
see their website doesn't have anything
of value upfront okay and this is an
issue because if they want to collect
leads write emails that they can follow
up with and sell on their skin they can
sell their skin products through email
marketing they could you know get people
to register for an appointment through
their email marketing campaigns in order
to do that they have to be collecting
emails and there's no way right here on
the
you know big screen of their homepage
there's nowhere that is providing value
for someone to go ahead and give their
email so what we're gonna do is provide
them with a free lead generation funnel
and this funnel we can go ahead and you
know put in the bio of their Instagram
obviously you know they do need some
help with their Instagram as well they
only have one post but what we're gonna
do is use click funnels and I use this
for all of my clients this is actually
something that I do prior to visiting
that business or prior to contacting
this business is I give them a free lead
generation funnel because if they out of
you know maybe that they get approached
by ten other social media marketers or
maybe they currently have a social media
marketing company that Dunn's their
stuff at least I give them something of
value up front so they remember me right
so maybe if they don't go with my
services this month they'll contact me
in two to three months saying hey you
know we wanted to reach back out because
you gave us that free lead generation
funnel we used it and we actually got
significant amount of leads from that
page that you made us and you know we
want to hire you full time for our
social media marketing services that's
exactly how I was able to get a couple
clients through this method and how some
of my students are doing it as well so
what I did for them real quick okay is I
set up a lead generation funnel this is
somewhere work you know they can offer
value right and this would be their
homepage for their website and it says
and I just designed this and literally
you know 15 minutes it took me to you
know make this whole thing and kind of
put the pictures in there but says what
if I could show you to surprisingly
weird tricks to eliminate your wrinkles
in just 10 minutes or less okay tired of
looking older but because of some
stubborn skin you're not alone blah blah
blah right so I have a catchy headline
right so this is the hook right here so
that's something that we need to have in
order to persuade someone to put their
email we have to have a catchy hook
right and then we have to have something
of value right so our value is download
your free
a hundred percent you know download your
100% free guide so we're gonna you know
talk with the business they can decide
what they want to you know have as a
guide which can be a quick PDF download
or something that they have maybe one of
their pamphlets and they just put it
into PDF format like how to use you know
how to take a fish oil supplementation
with you know whatever a cocoa butter on
your face or whatever their method is
for getting rid of wrinkles they can put
that into a PDF download and then
collect emails right here okay so what I
like about clickfunnels is that you're
able to set up these quick landing pages
these squeeze pages to get emails get
leads for the business very easy and
quickly okay and we're able to add
scarcity that's another persuasion tool
that we have to have on our page is
scarcity we can add this right here so
if we wanted to add you know this
countdown timer we can go ahead click
right here add the element and then
scroll down and and then click on minute
timer okay and it's that easy to add
this time this type of stuff onto these
pages as you can see this button even is
kind of animated it's moving you can go
to settings and then go to themes or
actually advanced let's see if it's in
here
scroll down and button effect rockin
loop okay so this is where we could
change kind of like the button effect
and these are just simple tweaks that we
can add to their page to make it more
flashy to make it more appealing to the
eye and gets people to put their email
in right because now they're providing
something of value they're providing
some information that could be useful
for getting rid of wrinkles and this is
a common problem for a lot of women and
men out there right even I have wrinkles
on my forehead and I've talked about
with my wife I'm like man maybe we
should you know I do do a little
something to get rid of these wrinkles
on my forehead cuz that's just how I you
know you know smile I just have a bunch
of wrinkles so but it's a common problem
that a lot of people try to get rid of
so if you could
you know provides them upfront value
right people are gonna put their email
in so this is something this page right

able to basically take this funnel go
out there search for dermatologists in
your local area or even not in your
local area and send them a free
done-for-you funnel a lead generation

importance of getting new emails and
always be building your email list and
email in running email marketing
campaigns to sell skin care products and
skin care services and getting people on
the phone right so this is something
that scan tastic is not taking advantage
of on their website so you know this is
something that you could send them right

this to some dermatologists so this is
something that's very quick and easy to
do if you don't know how to use click

are you able to build quick landing
pages like this and give them to
potential social media marketing clients
but you can also use it for your own
business and integrate your email list
right they have settings integrations
you could literally eat integrate your
email provider or email autoresponder
like MailChimp or Aweber or I use action
etics which is built into the click
funnels platform so I pay the premium to
have everything in one okay I could run
my email marketing campaigns from click
funnels I could build out landing pages
just like this in 10 to 15 minutes and
get them out there to potential clients
so if you want to stand out from the
rest of the social media marketers in
2019 then you need to be adding some
value give away some free funnels you
know get click funnels it's a small
investment in your business
but if you're able to you know give away
a hundred funnels a month to potential
clients that is just planting the seeds
