to make $5,000 a month from social media
marketing but before we get started make

degree so we're gonna go ahead and get
into it on my computer I'm gonna show
you the three simple steps to making
$5,000 a month from social media
marketing in 2018 and 2019 so let's go
ahead and jump into it

all right so let's get into this so the
three steps for landing a $5,000 a month
client is number one we want to find a
business that is currently wasting money
on Yelp advertising
okay Yelp advertising is very untargeted
and they're not able to generate leads
through Yelp advertising generating
leads means collecting an email being
able to follow up with that person via
email maybe giving a coupon or a
discount code to come in and spend money
in the restaurant right and we're just
gonna talk about restaurants today
number two so number one find the client
that's already spending money on
advertising number two provide value by
offering them a lead generation funnel
meaning you set up a sales funnel for
them for free and I'm gonna give one to
you at the end of this video and
basically it's a win-win situation you
give them a free funnel they get value
from it they're able to generate leads
thousands of emails from it and you know
either they you know come and pay you
you close them on a deal because you
offered so much value upfront or you
know you move on to the next client and
offer some value and then number three
you obviously want to close the deal and
follow up with the restaurant that you
email or approach in person okay so
let's go ahead and jump into this this
is what I like to use the site the yup
tool I call this the Yelp tool because
we're finding businesses that are paying
for Yelp advertising which is super
untargeted Facebook Facebook and Google
Ads
are by far the best way of advertising
so what I do is type in site colon Yelp
watch video and then the city you live
in and the state and then restaurants
okay so as you can see right here
there's a whole list of restaurants that
are all paying for Yelp advertising so
there's tons of leads right here that we
can go ahead and help out we already
know they have an ad budget we already
know they're wasting money on
advertising so we want to help them by
switching them over to Facebook
advertising and using sales funnels with
our
agency okay so let's just pick one of
these restaurants we're gonna pick East
Garden restaurant and as you can see
okay this business is a Yelp advertiser
if we scroll down you can probably see
it right here there we go this business
is a Yelp advertiser so we know they're
paying at least a thousand a month for
Yelp advertising plus look they have a
one free Hong kong-style
egg waffle so this is a perfect you know
this is a perfect lead generation offer
right here that we could set up a quick
click funnel for them okay so this is
actually using the Yelp tool was very
prominent in 2017 and 2018 this was a
good way of finding businesses you know
that are already spending money on
advertising but the downside is that you
have to go and approach these businesses
maybe go in and talk to them in person
or you know call them on the phone and
frankly that is kind of the old way of
doing things
now I figured out a way to get clients
to come to you that need your help
they're gonna be begging for your help
and you don't have you don't have to
cold-call you don't have to go in and
approach the business owner and try to
you know try to get past the gatekeeper
you actually get to talk to the owner
themselves and they're gonna message you
and you know I'm gonna show I'm gonna be
showing this case study in social media
marketing mastery that's going to be in
a link down below but basically as you
can see right here there's tons of
businesses you know that have already
spent money on advertising or Facebook
ads or social media marketing that are
willing to pay you look this one spent
five kr 84k so there's tons of you know
leads that we could generate here and
this will be in a case study that I'm
gonna be giving away and in the social
media marketing mastery and I'm gonna be
releasing a webinar here pretty soon a
live webinar to where I will be giving
away the case study the perfect template
you can follow to land these clients on
autopilot but okay so we found our
clients right we found this East Garden
restaurant now how do we go about
providing value to them to where they
can there
want to switch over from Yale by
advertising to working with our agency
well we're gonna send them an email with
a lead generation funnel that we built
for them on clickfunnels okay so this is
click funnels right here and I'm
actually gonna give you this funnel this
is also gonna be in the first link in
the description of this video you could
download this funnel for free click
funnels is one of the main software's
that I use for my agency and my personal
brand as well because this is like the
easiest way to build quick landing pages
and what we're gonna want to do for this
restaurant basically is build a funnel
just like this write a lead page they
probably their website does not look
like this I guarantee they're not
collecting emails or if they are it's
like subscribe to the newsletter right
and who wants a newsletter to a
restaurant no one absolutely no one and
what we're gonna want to do is build a
quick funnel like this when three nights
worth of food and drinks at Woodside
Grill or whatever East garden restaurant
right that's probably gonna cost them
maybe you know thirty bucks times three
it's gonna cost them maybe ninety bucks
right they're gonna forego 90 bucks of
you know food and drinks but what
they're gonna do is when we run Facebook
Ads to this lead generation funnel for
them there's gonna they're gonna get
thousands of emails okay
thousands of emails of people wanting to
win three nights worth of food and
drinks right so they give away 90 bucks
worth of food and drinks okay and this
is the Thank You page right a quick
thank you page check your email we sent
you you know maybe maybe they send them
you know free appetizer or that free you
know appetizer that they were offering
on the Yelp page right they're offering
this free Hong kong-style egg waffle and
we could give that on the Thank You page
for for submitting the email so now
let's just say we're running a Facebook
ad to this lead generation funnel for
them and you can explain this to them
that we're generating thousands of
emails okay you give away ninety dollars
worth of food and drinks to one person
and then what you do is you follow up
with the whole email list let's just say
we generated a thousand emails you go
ahead and send out an email saying
here's the winner congrats on on your
win but everyone's a winner today we're
giving away a 20% coupon for you no
fright this weekend a dinner this
weekend at East Garden restaurant right
so now they generated let's just say 20%
of those people come in now 200 people
200 families and friends are coming into
the restaurant because they sent out a
20% coupon to this email list right so
they're generating probably thousands of
dollars in exchange for spending maybe
five hundred dollars on ads and 90 bucks
on giving wave on the giveaway right so
five hundred ninety bucks to generate
maybe a few thousand dollars so it's a
win-win situation and if you could
communicate to this this to the
restaurant they're for sure gonna hire
you as their social media marketer okay
businesses want to succeed they want to
grow they want to increase their
revenues and get more customers okay and
if you could help them provide some
value build a quick funnel for them in
fact you can take this funnel that I'm
gonna give to you for free you could
download it down below you could
customize this funnel and start giving
these to this whole list of restaurants
you can go down and literally email them
maybe a free business audit plus the
lead generation funnel and say and then
to close them you would go ahead and
qualify them say that you know my my
social media marketing agency currently
works with clients that have an ad
budget of $2,000 a month or more okay so
that's gonna qualify them when they get
your email saying oh you know here's all
this free value and we do want to work
with you but you have to have $2,000 or
more to spend on advertising budget so
then you know like then you're gonna
probably cancel out a good 80 percent of
these people right 80 percent of these
people aren't going to respond back
because they don't have that budget but
you might get a good
10 to 15 percent that do respond back in
now you know that these are qualified
leads they have the money to spend you
know to spend on advertising and they
have the money to give to you to manage
their social media okay so that's how
you qualify a restaurant because we
don't want to just take any restaurant
and say oh please work with us please
work with us here's you know we'll do it
for a thousand bucks no we want to
qualify and make sure they have the
money to spend and also charge them a
premium because we're you know we're a
high service agency we want to make five
thousand dollars a month from this
client then we're gonna have to charge
at least you know five thousand dollars
plus a couple thousand an ad budget so
this is a great way to qualify your lead
and then go ahead and close them through
an email or a phone call or in person
now you're probably thinking okay well
Ryan I don't know how to run Facebook
Ads totally fine we teach dive teach

facebook ads look like so that we know

and spy on our competitors and see you

by creating the best Facebook ads out
