how you can have 100 dollar days just by
working at home okay I'm gonna give you

into the video you can make a part-time
or even a full-time income online just
by creating online courses okay so this
can be consistent passive income for you
and you guys can produce courses from
anywhere in the world even while you are
traveling okay so in this video I'm
gonna give you all the details on where
you can post the courses that you make
which types of courses you can do and
also all the details on the software
that you'll need and also some of the
equipment that you guys will need to
matter which age that you are you can
even be a teenager and you can start
creating courses online for creating a
passive income alright so one of the
first sites that we're gonna take a look
at is teachable now teachable is a
platform where it's kind of like a
done-for-you platform you guys can just
take all of your course material it can
be a written course it can be a video
course or something like that and then
you guys will just upload all that
content to teachable they're gonna take
care of all the sales pages and
everything for you they're gonna handle
all the payment processing and so
they're gonna make everything look
really really pretty all you guys have
to do is just pay a small monthly fee
and they're gonna take
care of the rest okay so that's
teachable now let me give you guys some
examples on the different types of
courses that you can create you know you
do know how to cook do you know how to
make cookies and cakes well you can make
a course on that or do you know
something about the latest gadgets out
there like apps and different things
like that or maybe like a tips and
tricks course that you guys can do on
how to you know use a phone or a
computer app or something like that so
there's just a number of different types
of courses that you guys can create okay
so let's go over some examples here I'm
gonna come up here and click on the
examples link that'll take me in over
this page right here so let's just say
that you are an author okay you know how
to write so let's just come over here
and here's an example course how to
write a novel so let's go ahead and
click on that and I'm gonna show you
guys this page now see so the page you
see right here is a little sales page
that you guys can create with teachable
calm you guys don't really need a
website you don't need to know or do
anything technical they're gonna handle
all of this for you okay I'm going to
show you some other platforms in just a
moment that do not require a fee and
that work in similar ways but for
teachable calm they're gonna give you a
little page here that you guys can use
when you promote your course and then so
they can read over everything they can
check out you know you can post
testimonials and things like that you
can also provide an outline of the
course so people can see each of the
topics that you cover on the course
before they purchase so here's the the
class girl curriculum class curriculum
okay and so here are the different
modules of the course you can show that
as well and then if I scroll down a
little further you have the pricing
information here and you can also
provide frequently asked questions okay
one of the great things about teachable
comm is that it allows you to basically
name your price so you could put a price
on the course whatever you want you want
to make it $50 $100 $300 or even $500
you guys will have the option to do that
they're gonna handle all the shopping
cart all the payment processing they're
gonna
handle all the members for you okay
they're gonna keep that within their
internal database there's no technical
things you guys don't have to worry
about anything okay that's what I really
like about this and another another cool
thing is that you can offer different
price options so in other words if if
the student is unable to pay the full
price you can also divide that up into
different months so they can make
monthly payments maybe maybe over the
course of three months or six months or
something like that but when they're all
ready to go what they're gonna do is
choose the payment plan that they want
and then they'll click on enroll in
course and that'll take them over to the
payment page all of this is already done
for you guys you don't have to create
this you can you can change the color
and customize different things to fit
your theme of your course you can do
that but here's the here's the little
check out very easy to use order form
here they can choose between credit card
or PayPal if they want to let's go back
over to the website and I wanna scroll
right up here to the top so you guys can
see the pricing because you guys are
probably wondering well how do you get
paid for the courses and things like
that the basic course or the basic
teachable plan is starting at $39 a
month okay so if you guys can promote
your courses and get that going you can
easily make this back and have it pay
for itself now they're gonna take five
percent of the transactions fees other
transaction fees but they also on the
basic plan they have a monthly payout
you can choose to have that go through
PayPal if you want to do something like
that
however if you guys want to upgrade to
the professional plan which is about $99
a month they're gonna basically there's
no transaction fees at all and each of
the payments that you get from the users
that's going to be paid out instantly so
your PayPal payments will be paid out
instantly if you're going with another
merchant or payment processors such as
stripe you'll have that have those
payments sent to your stripe merchant
account immediately so that's just
another option for you guys but you know
maybe the basic option is something
that's gonna work a little bit better
once you guys get started and then you
can upgrade it as you go
so another platform that you guys can
use is udemy now udemy is a little bit
different where this is going to be
where you could sign up as an instructor
okay and you can create a course for
free but you Dimi is going to do most of
the marketing for you because they have
a lot of traffic thousands of people
come to this website every single day
searching for different courses online
and if they find your course and they
like it they can sign up to it okay so
that's one of the really cool things and
they have categories and a bunch of
different bunch of different categories
here that you guys can make courses
about you can do health and fitness
photography lifestyle travel gaming
beauty and makeup food and beverage arts
and crafts I mean the list just goes on
and on and on you can do technical
things IT software business types of
development topics like game development
databases you know software testing
music courses as well I purchased a
couple music courses on here for myself
actually so I personally use a few Demi
it's a very very easy platform to use
now one of the drawbacks though I don't
know if you call it a drawback but you
you kind of can name your price but what
you dim e has is normally have specials
and discounts going on all the time so
if you make a course for around $200 or
something like that you know they might
discount that course so really you know
you may only be able to sell that course
for maybe only ten dollars you can see a
lot of these courses here on the front
page are about a hundred dollars or even
two hundred dollars but they're selling
them on the site for only $9.99 or ten
dollars so you may have to sell like
maybe ten copies of that course to make
your hundred dollars a day you know
besides using something like teachable
where you get you guys get the name your
price if you want to sell it for a
hundred dollars well if a student comes
on to your two teachable they're gonna
pay a hundred dollars for that course so
it's a little bit different in that way
however you know if you're just starting
out you Dimmie might be a better way to
go because they get a lot more traffic a
lot more publicity and they're a little
bit more popular so so might be a really
good a great place to go to start okay
so another website that you guys can
check out is Skillshare all right now
Skillshare what happens is that students
will come on to Skillshare and they're
going to pay a premium membership which
means that they're gonna pay a
subscription every single month to get
access to
all the courses within the platform okay
and you could have your course on the
platform as well but you can also refer
people to this website so let me kind of
give you an example so you guys are
going to earn royalties based on the
number of minutes watched in your
classes every single month okay so
whatever classes that you put up there
up and you can refer people and if you
refer someone to Skillshare and they
sign up for the premium service you're
going to make $10 okay so you know 10
people that can be a hundred bucks for
your right there so now on average of
first time teachers within the
Skillshare platform they are earning
about two hundred dollars for their very
first month but top teachers on
Skillshare are earning upwards to about
three thousand dollars per month
okay so go check it out guys it's a
little bit different the way they do
things but it's a great is a great idea
where you guys can just sign up become a
teacher for free and then you can start
creating courses and start referring and
driving traffic to the different courses
that you have on Skillshare and then you
guys are going to earn royalties for
doing that now let me go over some of
the different types of software that you
guys can use for creating these courses
especially if this is something like on
the computer where you are showing
somebody how to do writing or maybe it's
an app or something like that or how to
do like programming or or whatever
something like where you're using your
computer screen you can use a piece of
software called Camtasia this is
available for both the Mac and the PC is
a pretty popular program it's been
around for eons like probably going on
10-15 years now or maybe even longer
than that but it's been around a long
time and this allows you to record your
screen but it also allows you to do a
screen capture of a video of your face
talking kind of very similar to what
you're seeing right now with my face and
I can just talk directly into the
microphone you can hook up a microphone
to it it's going to record everything
that you see on this video like you look
like you're watching me right now and
then you can very easily edit all the
contents and change the sizes of the
different components of the video you
guys can do all that within this
software now there's also a free trial
so if you guys don't have to purchase
anything at this moment you guys can
download your free trial I think it's
like you know like fifteen or thirty
days or something like that and you can
start using the software right away
before you guys decide to purchase now
there's another piece of software called
ScreenFlow and this is pretty much the
standard for Mac users I they don't
necessarily have a PC or Windows version
so most Mac users I know are using
ScreenFlow this is what I use and so
this is also going to basically allow
you to do the same thing you're gonna be
able to take a recording of your screen
you can record a little head talking
head video like me right like you're
seeing right now and you can also record
audio you can enhance audio and do lots
of video editing with the software now I
actually have a video that goes through
and shows you how I edit my own videos
with ScreenFlow if you guys would like
to learn how to do that and I will post
a little link I'll come out a little
Carla pop out on the top right of the
screen up there go ahead and click on
that and I'll kind of give you a
walkthrough on how I do my own videos
how I post a video every day but it's
very similar if you guys were to create
a course online and post it to one of
these platforms it works in the exact
same way
okay so there's really no different
between a youtube video in and a video
that you would create for a course of
something like that so go check it out

of software down and it's in the
description of this video there's also a
free trial for ScreenFlow as well now
far as microphones and stuff like that
you guys want to make sure that you have
crystal-clear audio so your students can
understand you clearly um here's kind of
like up you know kind of like a medium
grade microphone like kind of like an
entry-level microphone that you guys can
get it's by blue it's called the
snowball it's a pretty popular
microphone has some pretty good sound
quality you guys can pick this up for
forty two US dollars over on Amazon it
basically just plugs into your USB port
on your computer so it attaches very
easily you guys will be up and running
in no time and the other option here is
something a little bit different I
wanted to show you guys this is called a
lavalier microphone it's by boya it's
the m1 and I've actually purchased this
microphone so
I've used it on a couple of my videos
where I'm standing up and I'm doing like
a whiteboard presentation or something
I've used this microphone and it's only
like 19 bucks USD which is pretty
amazing considering the sound quality
that I'm getting from this microphone it
also works on your phone so if you guys
want to do like a video with your phone
maybe you are you know having your phone
you're holding your phone and you're
pointing down maybe maybe you're doing
like some cooking tutorials or you're
you're trying to show somebody something
on a table where you can hook up the
microphone and you can actually talk
into it and attach the microphone to
your shirt because you want to get that
microphone as close to your mouth as
possible just so you have better you
know better audio quality so there you
go guys those are those are a couple of
little microphones now the microphone
that I'm using right here is the audio
technica at2020 which is a little bit
higher end something like this is going
to run you a little bit over a hundred
dollars so this is also works via USB
but you know maybe not at first but
maybe got as you guys go and you start
generating more income you guys could
upgrade to a better microphone okay so
there you go guys that's really how the
whole thing works I'm gonna leave links
to all of these websites that I talked

kind of get a feel on how everything
