methods that I've made money using as

product without even even having to put
in their credit card information but it
was a book on how to build your social
media and then I had extra programs like
my IG Instagram selling secrets my

also purchase as well after they you
know purchase the book so these are
upsells and down sells you can't do this
with the traditional website so that's
why I like click funnels now how can we
use click funnels to promote it on
Instagram through affiliate marketing
and make Commission's well I like to
provide real value to people rather than
you know what most people were doing in
2018 or 2017 or you know before just you
know posting their link in the bio and
they're like click here so you can you
know being get so I could get an
affiliate Commission I like to actually
provide real value so that it's much
easier to sell because it's a win-win
situation and most most affiliates
aren't doing that on Instagram and
that's why I want you to follow this
strategy because it's actually providing
value you can make active income meaning
you could charge for these sales funnels
as well as as passive income with
affiliate marketing so this is like one
of the pages that one of the upsells on

funnel that I have given to real estate

looks like this usually it just says and
I'll show you an example in a second but
usually it's just a page with a bunch of
pretty pictures and about me and a
contact form and all this stuff but
right here when someone gets
on this page they are getting specific
help it says get help with your real
estate questions and find your perfect
home in Newport Beach and to your
information so we could schedule a call
with you so someone either comes here
and leaves or they come here and enter
their information and that agent is
collecting qualified leads so that
they're not wasting their time right so
if we go to Instagram I searched up
hashtag real estate agents because all
real estate agents that are on Instagram
are obviously hashtagging their stuff so
this is one specific real estate company
that I found on Instagram that needs
help with their website they need a
sales funnel so if you sign up with
clickfunnels you promote you know
promote click funnels as an affiliate
and these people decide to use your
funnel you're gonna get a $40 recurring
monthly commission or $38 I just like to
round up but you know $38 recurring
monthly commission and you can do this
over and over and over again so how do
you analyze a real estate agents page
and see if they actually need your help
well I like to look at their page I go
click on their website and this is what
it brings up okay it just shows their
website again here this first page right
here they're not collecting any
information from people it just says
your home search begins here and then
search your home rather than do this
what I would build them is the simple
lead funnel right I would show them
their lead funnel so that this first
page is collecting information it could
say get your customized home report will
show you all the homes in the area that
you want at the best prices right we'll
send you a custom report just put in
your email your number and your
information and we'll get in touch with
you right that would be the best way for
them to you know market their business
with their sales funnel not a
traditional website so obviously this
business needs a sales funnel and what I
would do is I would go on their
Instagram I would send them a message
you know click on the 3 button send them
a message and say hey you know I saw
that you our real estate agent your
website provides tons of value but I
want to help you double them
of leads that your website is generating
and I just sent you a video explaining
exactly how I'm gonna help you so you'd
email them a video of you kind of going
through this simple real estate funnel
that you could actually download below
I'm gonna include the share funnel so

them okay so you send them that if they

you can send them the link you make your
