you can see in this video I'm gonna show
you how to make money from home fast
here in 2018 and also 2019 so if you're

at it but without further ado let's go
ahead and dive into the content today
we're gonna be talking about how to make
money from home fast in 2018 and 2019
I'm gonna give you guys five steps to do
that but before I do I'm gonna show you
guys that I do practice what I preach
right I haven't given you guys an income
update for some time but I want to dive
into that first of all I'm gonna jump
over to my Clickbank account have it
been promoting really heavily on
Clickbank haven't been promoting a whole
lot of products over there and focused
on other things but you guys can see
that I'm still you know chugging away
since the 12th we go back to the 12th
the week of the 12th of June I did over
4,000 dollars of that week the week of
you know the 13th of nineteen nine
thousand eight hundred and thirty eight
dollars and the week after that over
seven thousand dollars the week after
that still two thousand dollars and this
week just started just last Wednesday a
new week starts every single Wednesday
so so far $144.90 now I know a lot of
you guys are coming to this video for
the first time you want to make money
from home but you're like what the heck

well clickbank.com is an affiliate
where you can actually sell other
people's products not just of physical
products but mostly digital products
which gives the product owner less
overhead and gives you the ability to
make higher commissions we're talking
anywhere between you know 40% all the
way up to 90% Commission's so I will

here in the corner or down in the
description that will teach you a little
bit more about clickbank.com and how you
can get us get started with affiliate
marketing and that's really the business
model that we're going to be talking
about today but you could also apply
this you know what I'm teaching these
five steps really into virtually any
business model out there okay so whether
you're selling your own products you're
a coach consultant you know nothing
about you know making money you want to
make money from home obviously that's
why you're on this video so we're really
gonna be focused on people that want to
primarily make money from home but you
can virtually apply this to absolutely
anything so that's one income stream
it's important to have multiple income
streams when it comes to your online
business just like having a job there's
a lot of people are getting laid off
they're losing their job they're losing
you know their livelihood they're losing
you know all the money their primary
source of income and they have to go out
and search for a different job as long
as they don't have that job you know
either if they're getting you know
unemployment some people are but if
you're not getting that you know you
need some source of income and that's
why it's important to have different
skill sets in this day and age not just
one single skill set so you can see here
that within clickmagick
I've brought in over six thousand
dollars this is a mundane tracking tool

if not today hopefully maybe tomorrow
over the next few weeks or the next few
months
to show you guys this stuff is real this
stuff is legit okay here's another tool
this is a funnel tool that you use to
build automated funnels online which
we're going to talk about a little bit
more in depth today you can see here
12320 8.53 cents has been paid out to me
and I'm making you know consistent
pretty consistent commissions almost
every single day here as you can see so
that's another tool that I'm using and
then even my own products I'm selling my
own products so all you need to do once
you get some experience with affiliate
marketing you can replace the affiliate
product that you're promoting with your
own products and make some great money
that way too as well so yesterday I did
one thousand four hundred twenty six
dollars today I've done seven hundred
and eighty eight dollars so far so
making some great money from that and
I've got some a few other income sources
too as well if we bounce over to let me
see if I can bounce over to my YouTube
account and I make it money just from
uploading content on a daily basis or a
consistent basis so YouTube actually
rewards me for uploading content for you
know to their platform they've got what
they call the partners program where
when an advertiser advertises on your
video before your video plays maybe you
saw one before this video played but
basically when somebody clicks on that
ad before your video plays you actually
make money okay so that's another income
stream and I apologize if my video is
getting grainy or things are slowing
down for some reason my computer's been
super slow lately
but let me see if I can go to my Creator
studio so I can show you guys some cool
stats of what I make and just from
uploading content so this is another
additional income stream and I'm not
just limited to the income streams that
I'm showing you here for the sake of not
boring you I just want to show you a few
that I've got going on here so here's
another one my estimated revenue two
thousand six hundred nineteen dollars
and 71 cents that's just in the past 28
days mind you I think in all I've made
right around
I don't know right around five thousand
dollars from from YouTube and just
uploading content so those are a few
different sources of income by
leveraging the power of the internet you
guys so it's really cool to know that if
something happens with one stream I've
got other streams of income working for
me so with that being said let's go
ahead and dive into the content what do
you say so
here are the things here are the five
steps basically you need to take to make
money on the internet and produce
results like I've been able to produce
now my results aren't typical this is no
guarantee that you're gonna produce you
know the same results disclaimer just to
let you guys know so you know let's go
ahead and dive in here so number one you
need to have an irresistible offer to
sell okay so you need to have an offer
where when you spend one dollar on paid
advertising for example maybe you're
running Facebook ads because we need to
get eyeballs right to our website to
whatever product or service we're
selling we want to be able to put one
dollar in and have two to three dollars
pop out while we're building an email
list and I'm gonna get into sort of what
the blueprint actually looks like what
an automated system looks like we'll get
that into that number three but you need
to be able to put one dollar in and get
two to three dollars out and then you
need to solve a critical problem I
talked about this you need to go within
one of these three markets the health
the wealth all of the relationships
markets there's either a ton of pain in
these markets or there's a ton of
pleasure and people are either moving
you know closer to pleasure or they're
moving away from pain right and so going
in these three markets will be super
beneficial because there's always a
demand for each of these three markets
okay so you need to stand out also above
the crowd you need to look at what
everybody else is doing in your
marketplace in your specific niche
within your market so for example my
markets you know health and then maybe I
teach people weight loss I teach people
how to lose weight and maybe
even get more niche-specific maybe not
just teach people how to lose weight but
teach you know people that are about to
get married how to lose weight so they
can fit in their dream wedding dress
right so even getting more specific is
even better so that's a way that you can
stand out above the crowd if you're not
just teaching people how to lose weight
but you're teaching people how to lose
weight before their wedding
you see what I'm saying here so you want
to make your offer more valuable to your
competitors which I pretty much added
that little bit of information in there
and then you want to make the buying
decision risk-free so you would offer
like a guarantee like you know 30 days
you can try my course if you don't like
it you can not only keep it but I will
give you a refund right that's like
making the the buying decision risk-free
so here's also an example you know one
avocado let's say you're selling an
avocado and you were selling it to
somebody for five bucks and you said
that you know no returns I don't care
how bad the avocado is you cannot return
that avocado versus selling somebody
five avocados for ten dollars and again
if they didn't like those avocados they
could actually keep the avocados and you
would still give them a full refund
alright so you need a to have number one
an irresistable off with a cell number
two you need targeted traffic on the
internet whether it be Facebook forums
you know blogs maybe its Instagram maybe
it's Twitter right you need this this
traffic to be targeted so for example
people that are getting married where do
they hang out online people that are
engaged they probably hang out on
Facebook they're probably on Instagram
too they're probably on Twitter they're
probably on you know different websites
that have to do with weddings and
wedding gowns right so what you want to
do is you want to go on these websites
and you want to tailor an advertisement
in the form of a video or text that
speaks to that specific audience so now
you have a very specific offer that
teaches people how to lose weight before
their wedding
and you're you're targeting people on
specific websites that have interests
that maybe just got engaged for example
on Facebook you can target people that
just got engaged again you can go on
wedding websites and target people there
so now you know where these people hang
out and you got a specific offer for
those specific people it's like you're
not gonna sell a steak even if you sold
a steak at a discount to a starving
vegan that's been out and I don't know
the middle of the the forest for five
days doesn't know how to hunt and they
need something to eat they're probably
still not gonna eat you know that steak
especially if they're like a die-hard
vegan right just using this for example
so you want to make sure that you have
the right offer to the right market and
it's got to be an irresistible offer and
it's got to be risk-free and it's got to
be very very targeted right so that's
number one and two number three is you
need an automated sales funnel and this
is actually an example of an automated
sales funnel right here you guys
so you actually have the traffic over
here you got the website visitors over
here going from like Facebook groups and
forms YouTube comments blogs and this is
the automated sell system right here let
me see if I can change my color here so
you've got the automated system right
here and this is the 20% of your
business that produces 80% of the
results this is where you stop trading
time for money
once you have people going from here to
here you know it doesn't matter if
you're at the mall you know if you're
sleeping vacationing if you're on the
beach this system is working for you
automatically 24/7 365 days a year
and the purpose of this is number one
you have an opt-in page so you're gonna
send people to a page that asks them to
fill out a name and an email address and
you're gonna give the customer the
potential customer I guess you could say
a bribe and return for their email
address all right so what we're trying
to do is we're trying to you know give
more value than what we're asking in
return so maybe it's the in the form of
an e-book maybe it's in the form of a
video series and then what you do is you
solve maybe part of their problem maybe
again we're
trying to help people lose weight before
their wedding so maybe we give them a
little diet hack maybe we don't give him
like the whole exercise regimen but
maybe we give them the five tips to
losing 10 pounds in two weeks or
something like that
give that a way on the opt-in page and
then we send them to what's called a
pre-sale page and the whole purpose of
this pre-sale page is to build a
relationship with them you know
basically it'd be something like hey you
know what I've been where you're at I
remember when I was you know trying to
lose weight before my wedding and I was
stressed out because I didn't fit in the
wedding dress of my dreams and man it
was overwhelming until I came across
this specific system and it changed my
life I went from this weight to this
weight before and after if you would
like to get access to the same system
that changed my life click the link
below and you would have a little button
below the pre-sale page and they click
that link and then they go to what's
called a sales page where they can
actually get more information about the
product that changed your life so you
want to make sure that you are a
testimonial of what it is that you're
promoting and you can find these types
of products again on a website like
clickbank.com ok now here's the deal
though it's gonna take most likely six
to seven exposures before somebody makes
a buying decision so the first time they
come to this sales page they might not
buy and the cool thing about affiliate
marketing guys is you don't even have to
create a sales page you don't have to do
any of the selling you don't have to do
the any of the customer service all you
need to do is focus on this little piece
right here if you can see this the
pre-sale page the opt-in page is in the
traffic and you're good and it's cool
because you have tools like click
funnels over here that you can use to
set you know all this stuff up ok so
having said that if somebody doesn't buy
on the first time what you can do is you
can follow up with emails that's how you
build the relationship even further
right because chances are people aren't
buying on the first time maybe they're a
little skeptic and so you need to follow
up with them so email one maybe again
you focus on your story email two maybe
you show your testimonial email three
maybe you show other people's
testimonials right and that might really
pique their interest and
overcome some unvoiced skepticisms and
objections and then they'll end up
buying at some point so that's what we
want to do so to write down these notes
here so in the automated sales funnel we
want to get quality traffic to our
website and we want to convert those
individuals to subscribers on our opt-in
page everybody has seen an opt-in page
it's got a headline then it has like a
section for the name and the email
address and it's got a button there okay
we need to have that first and then we
want to convert these subscribers to
buyers through our email follow-up
series that's what this is right here
and these will actually go out
automatically on behalf of an
autoresponder company for example like
get response okay this is get response
right here this is an autoresponder
company that will log all the email
addresses that you will capture okay you
can actually get a free trial here I'll
put the link in the description below if
you want to get access to a free trial
and so when people felt their name and
email address here it's gonna be logged
into this autoresponder down here okay
so you got this big list of emails I
know this is totally ugly and then you
could actually mass email them automated
emails day in and day out this is where
automation takes place this is where you
have leverage now you familiar with the
cash flow quadrant a true business owner
has leverage they're not trading time
for money they're making money
regardless of what they're doing because
they have systems and processes set up
inside their business right and that's
what you need so let me digress back
here so you want to follow up with a
ninety seven percent who didn't purchase
the first time remember it takes seven
exposures you're gonna get about a two
to three percent conversion rate on
somebody on this page on the sales page
you're gonna get about two to three
percent of people that actually buy the
9090 six I'm sorry the 97% to 98% you're
gonna want to follow up with these
people okay you want to you know resell
them on the initial product that they
saw and you can also give them
opportunities to buy other
x2 so you might not make some money on
the front end but you got to realize the
money is in the list and not just the
list but the type of relationship that
you have with the list and how you
expose and how you kind of train that
list to buy stuff from you okay so
that's number four
or that's number four in number three
the automated sales funnel and then
number four you want to have an
ascension type business model I get so
many people come to me saying Josh I
want to make money online fast I want to
make money online easy what do I need to
do so let me digress for a minute what I
would do if you want to make money fast
is you've got to dip into free traffic
sources okay you're either driving
traffic through spending time to drive
that traffic or spending money like
right now I'm shooting a video that's
trading my time but I'm not necessarily
trading my time for money because videos
at the top of youtube search engine have
a ton of leverage you create a video
once upload it it could be ranked for
life right but what you need to do when
you're getting started is I would
recommend that you start with free
traffic and I would start with what I
like to call the hustle phase it's about
sixty nine to ninety day phase where
you're going to go into Facebook groups
you're gonna give Val you're gonna go
into forums you're gonna give value
you're gonna you know put videos up on
YouTube if you're okay with doing videos
I would urge you to do that at some
point because that's how you build a
relationship with people you need to
build a relationship with them before
you just sell them so there's a lot of
things out there they're like make money
fast with my thing and they're not
telling the truth to you they're giving
you guys half-truths if you want to make
money really fast you've got to give
value fast you've got to build a
relationship fast you got to show people
that you know what the heck you're
talking about and then you send them
through an automated sell system so to
go something like this I would go in as
many Facebook groups I would literally
spend two to four hours a day posting in
facebook groups giving value and
dropping your affiliate link that maybe
you got from Clickbank
okay so click bake will actually give
you a customized link that specifically
for you and you go out there and you
share it when people
link that links trackable and click make
recognize that it's tracked to your
affiliate ID which is this here
and when somebody buys boom it triggers
and you get credit for the sell so the
idea here is to post as much content as
on the internet as you can especially as
a newbie as a beginner because you need
to build a brand okay now you can
obviously spend money if you've got some
money that will give you results fast
too as well if you do things like solo
ads you do things like Facebook Ads but
again you need to know how the games
played on a deeper level people will
just tell you all I need to do is spend
you know send paid traffic to an
automated system you're gonna make a
bunch of money and it's not that easy
okay when things sound very simple and
very easy kind of be skeptics
anything is gonna require work I'm just
being real with you guys so be aware of
that when you're watching other videos
out there so again you're gonna post you
know two to four hours a day in facebook
groups in forums you know in YouTube
comments now don't spam you need to be
strategic you need to give value first
and then drop your link okay
so for example throughout this video up
and give you guys value and this is a
perfect example if you guys want to
learn this in complete detail because I
can only cover so much in one video or
else this would be hours and hours long
what I would recommend that you do is

okay but I wanted to cover as much as I
could for you guys in this video so you
really need to hustle I'm talking two to
four hours a day for the next 60 to 90
days if you can do that you will never
have to work a job for the rest of your
life if you do that and you do it
correctly and you implement what I
explained within this video okay so that
that kind of segues me into point number
four here is you want an ascension type
business model this is going to allow
you to take the work that you just put
in and 10x your income what most people
are doing is they are going to Clickbank
a marketplace like this
and they're selling one product and not
said it's one and done people don't
realize that you can actually sell more
products to an existing customer on the
back end for example McDonald's they're
not just in the business of selling
cheeseburgers they don't make a whole
lot of money on selling their
cheeseburgers they actually make
eighteen cents okay on selling
cheeseburgers that's it
where they make the big money is
upselling you with fries and a coke a
happy meal a combo meal right so on and
so forth that's where they make the big
money so imagine if McDonald's was just
selling a cheeseburger but yet they run
these million dollar ads on TV they
would be losing tons of money right
because they're only selling one thing
and that's the problem with a lot of
people they're hustling hustling
hustling or they're doing paid traffic
but they're selling one thing and
they're actually losing money and
they're not making money and if they're
doing free traffic they're making some
money but they realize they're you know
their hourly rate when it's all said and
done they're making like five bucks a
day and it's just not worth it right and
so or even five bucks an hour
best case scenario so when you look at
McDonald's in their business model it's
it's a perfect business model that you
can replicate and model in your own life
and in your own business so here's the
stats that are kind of broken down here
a dollar ninety one is what McDonald's
spends on advertising to acquire you as
a customer okay and then two dollars a
nine cents is the average price a
customer spends on a burger so they're
actually making about eighteen cents per
burger okay so most people would wonder
well how are they making money I just
told you they upsell you fries and a
coke so on average a customer will spin
a dollar seventy seven on the upsell
which costs mcdonald's an extra forty
five cents to make but now they're
making an extra dollar and thirty two
cents profit which means roughly eight
times more than the initial sell of
eighteen cents so they've just added an
extra dollar and thirty two cents
to their bottom line which is awesome
right so that's why they can spend so
much money on advertising they know how
much it cost to acquire customer and
they also know the lifetime value per
customer okay so that's number four
last thing number five is you need
coaching and mentorship if you want to
put this together and you want to
shortcut your success you get a coach
right if you're playing basketball and
for some reason you're having trouble
shooting free throws you can either
spend a lot of time a lot of effort
trying to figure it out on your own it
could take months it could take years or
you can hire a veteran like Michael
Jordan who can come and show you how to
shoot free throws and you might tell you
all you need to do is make this one
small minor tweak and you make that
tweak and boom you just turn your as a
struggle into maybe a couple weeks and
that's why it's so important to have a
coach in the mentor most people are look
out there looking for the free
information online if they can't find it
from one place they go to another place
and they're just not willing to invest
in their business I know that I've done
that before right so it's so important
to have coaching and mentorship and I
would actually love the opportunity to
