hey this is Ryan Hildreth and in this
video I'm going to show you a high
paying skillset that you can learn at
any age and get businesses to pay you
for in fact I had a 12 year old student
that landed two clients paying him a
thousand dollars each so you can learn
this at any age but it does require a
little bit of time to learn so if you're
someone that doesn't want to take the
time to learn a high-paying skillset
then you should probably leave leave

get paid for continuously time after

computer I'm going to show you the skill

go alright so what I'm about to show you
is a skill set that businesses
personally paid me for and I built a
six-figure agency within four months
utilizing these skills okay so I started
with zero dollars you know I was just
going out there and finding these
businesses that would be willing to pay
me to help them get more sales and more
new customers okay recurring customers
that come in and pay time and time again
okay so what I'm gonna show you right
now is a tool okay and this is a premium
tool that I show some of my students
that you can go out and find businesses
that are currently paying for bad
advertising right they're basically
throwing money down the drain
for this app type of advertising because
it's not targeted they can't track it
okay and they can't see how many
products or services they've sold
because of this advertising okay and
this is Yelp advertising so what I like
to do is type in here on Google okay I'm
gonna I'm gonna search local businesses
in Hollywood that are dermatologists
that are currently paying for Yelp
advertising anywhere from three hundred
dollars to over a thousand dollars a
month and they are locked usually locked
in a contract so we're gonna go out and
find businesses that you can help right
now okay and that's the beauty of having
an online business is that you don't
necessarily have to live in Hollywood to
help
these businesses out so the business I'm
about to show you you can easily reach
out send an email and even utilize this
sales funnel that I'm gonna show you and
let you download for free and you can
give this to them okay so when I type
this in Yelp watch video Hollywood Plus
dermatologists usually you want to put
quotations around this okay
and when I do that and I press search
this comes up so I'm gonna go to the
first one which is advanced dermatology
center okay and when you click on their
Yelp page it takes you here okay and
what Yelp does is Yelp kind of just
blasts their information to users on
Yelp not necessarily like users who are
looking for dermatologists but just any
users and that's why it's not very
trackable or targeted where you know
when we give our services we're gonna go
ahead and run Facebook ads for them okay
and I teach that in a free webinar down
below you can go click that link and
watch the webinar but what we do is we
run Facebook ads for them to help them
generate more customers okay because the
more people that see this business that
are currently looking for dermatologists
in the area the better their results are
gonna be for this business okay so
obviously they're using Yelp we can
scroll down and see that this business
is a Yelp advertiser so they are paying
for untargeted advertising we want to
switch them over to Facebook Ads which
is a lot more targeted and then we're
gonna go on to their website and just
kind of see what they have to work with
well so we're gonna see the offers and
some of the treatments that they offer
so that we can build a sales funnel for
them okay every business should have a
sales funnel not just a traditional
website like this because when people go
to this website they don't know what to
do they're not directed in any sort of
you know defined direction they're just
kind of like okay cool they have
treatments and procedures they have
specials okay they don't really know
where to click right but you know when
we build out a sales funnel for them it
will be specific to one type
procedure so we want to find out with
this business you know what do they
specialize in I imagine that it's laser
treatments right laser treatments for
dermatology very popular that's a high
ticket item and a laser treatment could
be anywhere from a couple hundred bucks
to maybe over a thousand and usually the
person comes in every few months to get
their skin lasered and you know just
keep it rejuvenated and looking young so
what we want to do is create a sales
funnel for them instead of a traditional
website like this where everything is
kind of you know we can go to the home
page and we just see it contact us
button that really doesn't give the
viewer the person that's on their
website a you know a strong incentive to
contact this business right why should
why should we contact this business
they're not giving us of anything of
value right and that we can see on their
website on this home page but if you
click over here they do have specials
okay so what we're gonna do is combine
their specials with their contact us
button right to generate more leads and
how do we do that we set up a simple
sales funnel and I'm gonna link this
down below so you could download it as
well and I do this through click funnels
but basically this is gonna be the home
page it took me two minutes to set this
up but this is a home page that will
convert a lot better okay so basically
it's this is gonna be their home page a
simple page like this obviously we could
add more of their pictures and we can
even add their videos that they
currently have on their website right if
we go to treatments and procedures we
can go to laser treatments and I'm sure
they have some videos on here that we
can take from here and put into the
landing page okay so what it's gonna say
is one simple procedure that reduces
aging by 423 percent and makes skin
appear 27 years younger obviously we
could change those numbers around to
make them more exact to that laser
treatment but this entices people that
to you know to click and put their
information right
enter your name to redeem two thousand
dollars in special deals if we go to
their specials right if we go check out
their specials they probably have
yeah they have about two thousand
dollars worth of specials on here it
doesn't have to be exactly towards laser
treatment but it will entice someone to
explore further and see okay maybe this
is the dermatology center for me they
have good specials they have a great
they're offering value maybe a video
that kind of shows their you know on the
other side of this and if someone puts
in their name and their email and their
number they can go claim the rewards for
that treatment right do you get what I'm
saying now so this is very specific
right when someone lands on their
website they're gonna see oh wow okay a
one simple procedure that reduces aging
I want to see what this procedure is and
I do want my two thousand dollars in
rewards so they go ahead and click on
this and it brings them here right and
then we can put that special video there
that they have on their website showing
the procedure and then it will say our
specialist will call you shortly and
most of these dermatology centers have
an assistant or a person up front that's
working at the desk that can easily call
everyone who submits their their phone
number and email right and follow up
with them and get them into the
dermatology center so this is a surefire
way to increase the revenue of this
business because number one they can
track how many people are coming from
their Facebook ads onto their click
funnel right and then submitting an
email and a number so you can say this
week we spent $100 on Facebook ads I
generated a hundred leads for you new
emails meaning people you can keep in
contact with through your email
marketing and show them your daily
specials for your dermatology center
right so not only do you have a hundred
more emails because I helped you out
with this sales funnel but also I
generated five you know five prospects
that actually came in and paid for
services which amounted to whatever two
thousand dollars in dermatology
treatment so for spending a hundred
dollars we generated a hundred leads and
we closed five sales
in generated $2,000 in sales for your
business right so this is trackable this
is a trackable high-value skillset if
you can do this for businesses they will
gladly pay you anywhere from one
thousand to five thousand dollars a
month and potentially even more if you
generate more sales for them and this is
exactly what I did in my business when I
first started out it was something that
I learned I took a course on you know
and then I learned the skill sets and
then I created a program myself showing
people you know exactly how I built my
business and went out there you know
doing cold calls and and you know
in-person meetings with these business
owners and being able to convey my skill
