need inventory you don't need a product

or a service right all you have to do is

drive traffic to an offer and get paid

affiliate commissions every single month

made is going to be paid to me every

business on top of it so they're gonna

continue to use it because it's an

you know in 2019 especially is the value

now if you've never seen this before I'm

gonna explain some of these terms a

little some of these terms might be a

little bit confusing so I'm gonna break

it down into you know like we're going

into an American steakhouse right we're

going into a restaurant and basically

the traffic is coming in so let's just

say this restaurant is at a mall right

it's at a busy mall there's a lot of

people that go shopping at malls right

and this steakhouse is on the prime

corner right it's on the corner of this

mall where like you know all the stores

are Nordstrom Gucci like all the best

stores are right there so everyone

obviously after they go shop is hungry

so they go to the steakhouse as traffic

comes in okay we have what is called

debate maybe they have bright lights on

the outside of their store they have a

long line out the door so you know that

wow there's social proof there is people

that actually you know like this food

it's not like that food or anything it's

like probably really good food because

there's actually people waiting to get

into this restaurant okay it's the same

thing with an affiliate marketing

business so what I like to focus on

first is

where am I gonna get my traffic this is

what a lot of new entrepreneurs or

current affiliate marketers don't know

they don't focus on like where they're

gonna get the traffic they go and find

the offer they pick a niche right maybe

it's make money online or fitness and

weight supplements right they have their

offer but they don't know where to get

traffic and that's the biggest issue so

at the beginning you need to know

exactly where your traffic is coming

from are you making a blog right are you

generating traffic from Google are you

generating traffic from Facebook Ads

are you generating free traffic from

Instagram or YouTube videos right so

know exactly where your traffic that's

coming from and then when you bring that

traffic in so people traffic is people

that are going to be interested in your

offer right that is what we use the bait

for so maybe we make a catchy youtube

video with a catchy thumbnail or maybe

we run a very enticing Facebook ad

campaign right that is going to be the

bait what most people do is they make

the mistake of having just a front end

offer as you can see right here I'm

circling around this word front end so

most people with affiliate marketing

especially in 2019 and even in past

years they'll run traffic Facebook ads

or whatever Google ads YouTube video

they'll run traffic to one product like

maybe it'd be a course on how to make

money on Amazon or Shopify or maybe it'd

be you know weight loss supplement

whatever your affiliate marketing most

people are running just to one product

and that product is only giving them a

one-time commission now we want to be in

the reorder business okay I want you to

remember that the reorder business when

we're in the reorder business we are

gonna make money over and over and over

again every single month so we don't

have to keep like putting it this

upfront work every single month to

generate that paycheck we can instead

build a steady paycheck that grows and

grows and grows and keep adding on top

of that okay so the problem is most

people have just one offer now for me I

have multiple offers just like a

restaurant

you walk in they're not just gonna you

know let's just say it's a steakhouse

they're not gonna be like oh we only

have steak that's it that's all we have

we don't have drinks we don't have fries

we don't have you know potatoes we we

just have steak and that's all you can

eat here no of course they don't have

that they have multiple offers right

they have a front end offer which is the

steak which is you know pretty expensive

might be anywhere from 35 to 40 bucks

right for a steak or you know if you're

going to a really nice restaurant could

be a couple hundred right they have

their front end offer and usually that

restaurant is gonna break even on the

front end offer so to actually keep the

restaurant running the lights on the

cooks to pay out the servers and the

chefs and everything right

they must sell that steak okay

in order to break even to pay everyone

that's working there right just like our

affiliate offer we need to have a front

end offer that is going to pay for our

advertising to acquire that customer if

it takes forty dollars to acquire one

customer then our front end offer must

be you know forty to fifty dollars so

that we can break even from the get-go

now once the restaurant breaks even what

do they do they have mineral offers and

back-end offers maybe they have a you

know do you want a side of mashed

potatoes with that would you like a you

know a glass of wine right to go with

your steak everything they're making on

the glass of wine right the glass of

wine cost 30 bucks but they got the

whole bottle for you know five bucks so

obviously they're making big profits on

the upsells the middle offers and the

backend offers okay and also maybe they

have a continuity program where they

keep that customer coming back every

month would you like to buy you know a

thirty dollar membership to our

restaurant where you get to come in as a

VIP every single month and it's only

thirty bucks right but that customer is

now paying thirty dollars every single

month so the restaurant right or our

affiliate business is generating

back-end sales okay we have multiple

affiliate offers that range in different

prices right a glass of wine is not the

same as a

side of potatoes different price points

but you have to have products of

different price points so that people

can choose what they want to spend maybe

they don't have the money to spend on a

glass of wine or on an expensive

affiliate offer but they have some money

to spend on a lower priced affiliate

offer that's still very valuable okay so

our value ladder is where we have

multiple products a series of affiliate

products that we're promoting and I'll
