right so anyways the first approach for
this the first way to make money with
builder all in 2020 is gonna be building
websites for local businesses okay so
one of the main tools they focus on in
builder all is their website builder the
templates the speed at the website the
customer experience of building the
website right so they have a really good
website builder and maybe use builder
all in the past they actually just
created a brand new website builder that
works like 10 times better and they just
came out with that around 2 months ago
okay so I'll show you guys that in just
a second but really for this approach
guys what I would do for this now this
is only for people that want like a side
hustle you want to make an extra five
hundred thousand per month right that's
what I would do this method for if you
want to go full-time into this you want
to create a long term business you know
this is a great way to make extra money
but you know just just being honest here
I wouldn't go full time into this
strategy right I would use this to get
money to get up and running to get my
confidence up right to prove to myself
that I can make money without getting a
job or doing whatever a lot of people do
to make money right so anyways let me
show you a little bit about the strategy
real quick and also if you want a more
detailed video step-by-step on how to do
the strategy I just made one of those
last week I'll put a video up right here
but anyways I just want to walk through
how you guys can get started with this
real quick okay so anyways what I would
do obviously is you want to sign up to
build your all obviously I'm gonna have
some free trials below I'm gonna have

once you create and build your account
this is your main dashboard right now to
get to the main website builder that I
was talking about their new one it's
gonna be right here on the left here

you over where you can build a new
website right so I'm just gonna create a
new page from scratch so I can show you
guys kind of different templates there
are okay so anyways let me just save
this real quick you can title the page
on here so this is the website builder I
just want to show you a little bit about
how I would build a website for a local
business now the first thing I would do
I was just
would just go to Google right and find a
niche that you want to start making
websites for I've actually find like one
earn three to five niches okay so I pick
a couple different niches and just go
really in on those and the first thing
you want to do is you want to make a
template for that niche that you can
show the clients you're gonna approach
okay so again the first thing I would do
maybe I want to do a nail salon I built
a website for a nail salon in the past
and basically what I did was I just
found other nail salons in the area
other competitors and I just found the
best website right one that just looks
good it looks more modern it's easy to
read it's simple it's easy to understand
there's some buttons everywhere right so
that's what I would do just go into
Google type in the niche right and then
you would build your template so the
first step you're gonna do is you're
going to come right here to the right
you're gonna add a panel as you can see
that's the first step to building a
website in this builder is just you want
to add a panel right and that's that
allows you to put elements on it okay so
I'll explain more on that but anyways
they have these little templates here
you can use so there's all kinds of
different niches you can do this for
like I said there's like pool cleaning
nail salons chiropractors painters you
know really whatever you want right any
kind of local business so for example
let's really let's say we're doing yeah
let's say a nossa a bowl right so they
have these different sections you can
see so they have a contact us now so I'm
sure that would go in here they'll
probably go towards the bottom so we
want to make this one our first one
right and we can kind of just put these
little templates together we can move
this up and down and as you can see we
we just want to build one website
template for a niche get that all done
and then we can show this template to
the clients when you know we're
marketing to them we're trying to sell
them on a website but like hey do you
like this template I could do this for
you by tonight or I could have this
built I could have this built for you by
tonight it's completely mobile friendly
it loads super fast so anyways that's
how you do that once you're done you
just want to press save right here
alright let that save you can publish
your website and then you can actually
publish a domain you can connect your
domain to the website right here okay so
now let me show you how you can go out
there and
your first clients starting today now
this is a really cool strategy what you
can do is you can go into any local
business group okay let me move myself
over back here you can go into any local
business group just type in a city any
city that has a business and type in
whatever the city name is business
owners case oh I live in Orange County
you know down by Huntington Beach
Newport Beach
Irvine area right so what I could do is
just type in Orange County business
owners Huntington Beach business owners
and all these different groups are gonna
come up right so you can see one the
post I did here a while back you can
just see what I said so I'm gonna pull
this up and you guys can copy this if
you want you're free to write I gave I'm
giving you the permission right now so
anyways it says if you are in the OC
area I'm looking for five people to
build a mobile optimized website for
them for free you might be wondering
what the catch is and to answer that
simply I just need some testimonials to
start building my client portfolio right
so you guys have probably seen this
strategy before but I just want to show
this for anyone who's new and once it
gets started with building a website
again I'll leave another video they'll
explain the strategy more in-depth but
basically what we're doing here is we're
just looking for people to build a
website for them for free and then once
they want to connect their own domain to
build your own and once I want their
website publishing everything what you
can actually do is you can send them
your affiliate link and they'll sign up
to build your all on your plan right
you're gonna get the commission every
month right so this is technically
affiliate marketing but we're doing it
through clients so we're building free
websites for local businesses it's a no
brainer offer
there's tons of businesses that need
mobile-friendly websites like probably
one out of ten business local business
does not have a mobile-friendly website
right and that's actually going to be
higher and lower income states and
cities and stuff like that right so go
do your research go find some businesses
to build them a free website and you're
gonna make the Commission of what
they're paying builder I'll every month
for their website and guys a lot of
these local businesses will keep these
websites for years and years and years
and you're gonna make money every single
month from build girls affiliate
programs so anyways that's the first
to make money as you can see usually
people will just comment on here so you
can see there's ten comments on here and
you can see people commenting website
and all that good stuff and then I
message one of the guys and I went ahead
and build a website for them he paid me
a little bit and I got his affiliate
Commission on builder oh okay so that's
approach number one for making money on
build they're all let's move on to
number two now what this is gonna be is
it's gonna be selling niche specific
digital products okay so this is
basically just a fancy word for course
right selling a course online you can
see I've made this is just some of my
sales numbers in the past I actually
have more on stripe and PayPal stuff
like that but this is just a good thing
you can do if you have you know a brand
online if you have an audience if you're
working with digital marketing right you
can make a niche specific course now
what I mean by niche specific is you
know because I came on I was in the
making money online space like you know
three or four years ago I came on to
like trying to figure out how to make
money online so I've been being pitched
courses left and right for the past four
years so I've kind of seen how this
market has adapted right and how it's
changed throughout the time and really
the the one thing I've really learned is
as time goes on as this market gets
bigger right online education digital
marketing you know people just using
social media right there's what people
are doing or they're going more niche
specific right so I'm gonna give you an
example this that's really cool and I
really think it will help you make more
money this year and I'm gonna show you
how you can set up a course really fast
using builder all and you'll be able to
collect payments from pretty much
anywhere in the world okay so you
probably know who tylo PES is right I'll
put a picture of them if you don't know
him actually met him and Hollywood a
couple years ago at a cryptocurrency
event but that's another story so
anyways when he first came online right
I got a lot of ads from him and stuff
like that and I was just like an 18 year
old 19 year old kid and I didn't know
anything about business I've never heard
of online marketing so anyways I saw I
saw ty Lopez his ad right and it took me
to a 67 step sales video I'm
sure some of you guys remembered that
this is back three or four years ago
like I said and back then right what I'm
trying to say is everyone was selling
really general courses right so for
example 67 steps was basically just a
self-development Success course right it
was just a very generalized success
principle 67 principles right so he
started with that he made a bunch of
money with that and then it kind of got
too competitive
some people were copying his offers
right so the next thing he did is he
made a course on social media marketing
right so now he was going into like
teaching people different business
models to make money on the line right
so it got more specific and nowadays you
can see he's been promoting this thing
where he's gonna help you get more IG
followers right Instagram followers and
he been getting a ton of emails about
this right so anyways what my deploy I'm
trying to make here is every single year
the markets on even these big people
making millions of dollars per month
selling courses are getting more niche
specific right because they know people
have already seen you know different
business models right so the more
successful people are trying to go
deeper on people's problems right trying
to solve more specific things and really
that's just going to increase your
conversion rates gonna have less
competition and you know like I said
there's not going to be really anyone
else selling a more knit specific
product right so that's why I would say
when you want to sell course I would go
after something more niche specific
maybe you like weight loss right or you
really into fitness or golfing or
something like that well maybe you just
you should go into a more specific topic
of that right make a more niche specific
course maybe it's just a weight loss
course for moms over 40 who are busy
with kids all right something like that
and that would be your angle your
marketing yet so anyways that's just my
advice for making the course make it
more niche specific kind of like Tai
Lopez's and more influencers are doing
nowadays anyway so if you want to make a
course on Builder all first of all they
have an e-learning platform so they have
a separate course creator but you can
actually make membership areas inside
this cheetah builder so anyways I'll
show you a little bit more on that but
you can see the create members area
here it's super simple to set up but
actually what's really cool about
builder all like I said I want to show
you is how you can actually sell your
course so they have this thing called a
super checkout and spacing is just a
super fast and easy way to sell a
product to create an offer right so
anyways the blade this works is again
you just go over to your website builder
click on the super checkout column and
this is where you can create all your
products you can price them all and
actually if you didn't know you can
actually set up affiliates too so if you
want to you know make your course have
an affiliate program you can do that so
that's another option that I think is
really cool but anyways you can name
your product up here you have a
description and then you can make it
like a digital or physical product right
so if you're selling a course it would
be a digital product and then you can do
a course or subscription so that's what
we would do right and then like I said
you can enable affiliation but anyways
I'm just going to show you guys a couple
things so let me just test this alright
okay and then you can just setup stripe
or PayPal whatever you want I think I
think they have a few more payment
processors like authorize and brain net
and stuff like that but anyways we at
least want to change the currency right
so I'm in USD USD and then we could do a
recurring payment or a single payment so
I actually have my own subscription
product I sell and I actually collect
recurring payments through here so again
you can do that if you want and boom
right that's pretty much all we have to
do we have to make the price of the
course so let's say you want to sell it
for 497 right and then you can put the
refund period in place you can make it
30 days 7 days you can make in no days
if you want anyways we can go to next
right here alright so let me just click
on this go to next right here and we can
do we can pick out what kind of check
out they want to do right so if you want
to do a three-step checkout two-step
checkout and it really just depends like
what information you want to collect
from them but really guys you can use it
doesn't really matter on this and you
can obviously use a custom Thank You
page but we're just going to put a blank
one right here and then we you just want
to put where your
gonna sell the product they're going to
give you some details full of a blob
right you set up your email campaigns
you got the restricted areas right that
way people can't log in to your course
if they didn't buy it so you can
actually separate that field which i
think is another really helpful option
and then also we can do web hooks this
is more advanced stuff you can hook it
up to elearning so like I said builder
all has a separate tool called eLearning
and that allows you to create a course
it's kind of like teachable or kajabi if
you ever use those you can hook this all
up so if people buy your course they'll
automatically get registered to your
e-learning course right so you can see I
have a couple courses on e-learning that
I sell so for example if we're selling
social Affiliate right press next here
and then you just gotta agree to their
terms of use and boom create a product
you're done you can got a business under
your belt you can start making money and
collecting payments right so anyway
super cool and easy way to start selling
digital products physical products any
kind of products you want but you know
like I said this works really well for
courses because they have that
integration with their e-learning
platform alright so anyways let's go on
to money making method number three and
of course this is gonna be my favorite
because this is what I do this is what I
make the most amount of money from this
is what I enjoy the most and it's what I
like to help people with the most - and
what this is is affiliate marketing
right so what I would do there's lots of
different ways to make money with
affiliate marketing right but when I say
to people and what I like to tell people
is you know think about the long term
view right you don't want this business
to be just a couple months you want it
to be around for years and years right
making you money for you know the rest
of your life really so what I would do
is you want to leverage sales funnels
and email marketing right building a
funnel around a niche around a couple
products and just going really hard on
marketing those so of course with that
you're gonna need some type of sales
funnel builder you're gonna need some
type of email marketing software and
like I said build girl has all those
tools that you need to be able to do
that right so filling marketing is super
simple business model right so usually
looks like this
take him to an opt-in page and you want
to have some type of unique angle of
promoting a product right so for example
this product is for the product I'm
promoting on the next page basically
just a product that shows you how to
start a profitable online business it's
not my own product it's not a course
it's something I promote and anyways my
unique angle for this is how I escape
the competitive online methods right
because you know the typical affiliate
they'll see the headline of how to start
a profitable business but they'll just
go and make that same headline right but
you as an affiliate especially if you're
creating a brand you're creating a sales
funnel you're doing email marketing you
need to have your unique story your
unique angle that you know makes it make
sense like why are you even promoting
this product to me right people want to
know why okay so what might my angle was
was I want to help you avoid these
competitive online methods these low
ticket business models and stuff like
that right and all that stuff is really
true it's really helpful and that's why
this page is converting so high because
it's a really valuable offer and it
really just makes sense it clicks in
people's minds and you know it's helped
a lot of people already so anyways that
is my kind of often page just give some
people some type of lead magnet to get
in right and of course if they want to
watch the free video you ask them where
should I send it right and then you
collect their name and email and then
you can put them in an email sequence
and then you can follow up with them
right
so anyways of course with build Rowlett
they have that option for you and
actually they have some really cool
templates specifically for affiliate
marketing that I want to show you so let
me just go into the editor okay so I'm
in the editor now let me go the same
exact steps right go over to panel this
time you want to go to blocks okay so
this is more for marketers and they have
these really cool opt-in pages and
bridge pages that just work really well
for affiliate marketing so let me zoom
in here and let me find a good opt-in
page so this would be a bridge page so
let me just add that panel to the
website builder and as you can see it's
just gonna load up real quick right here
okay so I got that in now let me find
good-looking often page I'm just putting
both of the pages in this one website
just to show you guys but anyways let me
find a little often page we can use for
this so really any of these work guys
like it just depends on the kind of
style you want but let me just find a
simple one that kind of matches with
this right so this one would probably
work for this it's kind of cop this it's
kind of got the same theme colors right
so you're just gonna click on this it's
gonna load up and any second now it's
gonna pop up actually it's gonna be on
the bottom here so let me just move this
up alright so let me go ahead and
preview this just kind of just show you
guys how this would work but anyways
what we can see here is we have the
website so this would be like an opt-in
page so you just take someone to this
one page website you send traffic here
and if they want this free video that
demonstrates the most the one most
hidden secret to growing your social
media presence right they can enter
their name and email and then you're
gonna get an email address right and
then they're going to go to the next
page which is a bridge page right so you
would build this on a separate website
basically you want to put it in the same
page obviously I'm just showing you for
an example but anyways they would come
to this page right after opting in say
congratulations watch a short video
below and then you'd make a video
delivering whatever you're talking about
here and then you want to recommend some
type of product at the end of this video
that relates to this headline okay so I
hope that makes sense but you know
that's all you do is you make an opt-in
page right find your unique angle try to
give some value give a lead magnet and
then take them to a bridge page just
like this have a little video of
yourself talking about who your are who
you are why you're here right and then
give away some value and then recommend
a product that's gonna help them with
their social media presence right it's
as simple as that that's all you have to
do they can take it or leave it
but that's affiliate marketing in a
nutshell right so anyways like I said
builder all also has an email marketing
autoresponder so when you're collecting
these emails and when people put their
name and email address in right you want
to be able to collect their email put
them in an autoresponder and this is a
tool called mail
boss so this is another app they have so
if you go back to the dashboard here you
go over to apps on the top you can see
they have the mailing boss right here
okay so super simple to find but anyways
with this you just want to create a list
you want to set up your autoresponder
right you want to get a professional
domain name again builder I'll has
tutorial videos on how to do all this
and then also once you're in the editor
or once you setup your mailing boss
stuff you set up your account right you
just click on this autoresponder and
then you just want to go and set your
lists okay so you can see this have this
little icon right here
and then right here once you make a list
inside a mailing boss you can now go
back to your website builder and you can
hook it up to any lists that you want to
put them in right so for example that's
for your course we just click on this
and then we can press save right here
and then when people enter their name
and email they're gonna get
automatically added to my course list
and my course list will probably have an
email sequence follow-up where I'm gonna
have more offers for them to buy more
value to them and stuff like that right
so that's basically affiliate marketing
and really guys those are the top three
ways to make money in builder all in
2020 like I said it's a big platform
there's lots of different stuff you can
do on this platform so get creative
right get taking action and just pick
one of these master them like I said the
first one is more of a side hustle
building websites and then the digital
products and affiliate marketing those
can actually go together if you're
building a brand or if you just want to
do one and focus on it right that's what
that's all you got to do so anyways guys
