How To Pay Your Employees As An Entrepreneur

most business owners probably won't
agree with me but you must over pay your
people the reason that is is because if
you are paying your people for exactly
what they're worth or even less to try
and save money there aren't gonna have
that extra incentive to do the extra to
go the extra mile for you to do the
extra work that you didn't even ask of
them right let's just say someone you're
paying a freelancer 10 bucks right 10
bucks to whatever create something for
you but they know that their value is
worth you know 10 50 if you were to paid
them 12 bucks and just said you know
what I'm gonna pay the extra I
guaranteed that they will always be
loyal for you they will always be there
when you need them and they will go the
extra mile to create more for you and
for your business okay and that goes a
long ways because when you overpay your
people they're gonna remember that later
on down the road maybe when you need
help when you're like struggling with
your business and you said you know what
I wish I would have had a better
relationship with that person I wish I
would have treated them like my family
paid them well because I knew that you
know later on down the road if I have
some issue they're gonna be there right
when I need them and they're gonna be
there maybe even do it for free because
they know that I overpaid them their
whole time with me right so always
overpay your people don't treat them
like just some freelancer or just some
employee that you're just gonna hire and
fire eventually treat them with respect
treat them like family because in the
long run that really says a lot about
you it says a lot about your character
it says a lot about your business and
your morals and values of your business
and how you're going to be able to treat
your customers as well
you
you
