guys how to sell MCA Motor Club of
America benefits offline because a lot
you guys ask me you know how can I make
more money selling the benefits offline
so I decided to make this review to show
you guys how you can do it alright when
you trying to sell MCA Motor Club
America benefits you have to understand
that people will buy the benefits all
day right because I saw the benefits a
lot of times to Craig's this or just to
where the mouth and a lot of times when
I show them all the benefits that I am
see it offers they think it's going to
be 20 I mean 30 40 50 dollars a month
but once I realize that the benefits
only 20 dollars a month and you get all
these over a hundred thousand dollars
worth of benefits for 20 dollars a month
they buy the benefits right off the spot
so this is how I always show you guys
examples of how you can sell the
benefits of MCA Motor Club America so
you can make more money and earn their
residual income by getting more
customers right so who will buy the
benefits now you can sell the benefits
to car salesmen the reason why you want
to try to market and advertise the car
salesmen because car salesman but what
are they doing in general they're
selling cars what this MCA McLovin make
offers they offer unlimited roadside
assistance they offer lockout protection
if you lock your keys in your car you
get string on the side of the road gas
protection all this stuff so car
salesmen are the perfect market or the
the some cars anyways and they
understand Commission's they understand
in sales so they're a perfect target
perfect person to market to now how you
can target car salesmen there's a lot of
different ways but one way which I do it
which I done in the past which tell you
is Thursday and I saw three-card Bennett
I saw 3 memberships to car salesmen on
Monday and Tuesday by doing this
strategy alone right so I went to Google
now this might be a little bit different
from you I don't know where you guys
live I live in Manhattan New York City
so there's a lot of local car
dealerships in Brooklyn and Queens and
stuff like this but all you simply have
to do is Google local car dealerships in
Aaron now you want to focus on local
our dealerships and not on like brand
name dealerships because usually brand
name dealerships they have hundreds of
thousands of cars and they're not really
they usually are covered in some kind of
roadside assistance already so you can
google local car dealerships local car
dealerships reading area now usually
they'll have a website right on the
website that have the email or a phone
number now usually you can send them
email or you can phone them you can call
them either or now usually what I say
inside email I says hi my name is Alex I
I was driving past your car dealership
earlier today even though I don't drive
I usually just say that I said I was
driving by your local dealership today
if I can show you you know how to earn
you know an extra 80 dollars for each
car you sell Plus earn their residual
income each month for the lifetime value
of the customer would you take 15
minutes out of your day so I can show
you how now this is a numbers game right
so if you're sending out you know 10
emails a day you might get one that you
call us back where you what you might
get one or two emails back you know just
asking for more information because like
car salesmen understand sales and they
want more money so if you're going to
tell them hey you know if you're going
to tell them how to make more money how
to earn a weekly income plus earn a
residual income from the lifetime value
of the customer they might give you you
know 15 minutes out of the day just to
you know get more information and you
know if they say yeah you know tell me
more information you can either go down
to them if you want go down to the shop
or you can call them on their phone and
just explain to them all about the
benefits about all these benefits for
$20 a month you earn the income of $1.00
per each referral plus you learn the
lifetime pleasure in the residual income
or the lifetime value of the customer
and every time they pay the monthly bill
of $20 so if this car salesman is
selling 50 cars a month they can earn
$4,000 in residual income or $4,000 plus
a residual income of the lifetime value
of the customer so it just makes sense
yeah so that's how you can do a car
salesman who will buy the benefits and
why usually people that buy the benefits
are usually 35 to 40 age and up the
reason why is because a lot of times the
young
cool they really don't it's not that the
it's not that they don't see the
benefits as being useful is that they're
in the state of mind or they really
don't care about you know the benefits
itself but you know older people have
the mentality and have the mindset of
okay I'd rather be called with it than
without it so you can buy benefit flyers
I'm gonna show you guys where the buy
benefit Flyers on the next couple of
slides over but you can buy benefit
flyers and Target um you know usually
most cities in most towns you guys have
local areas where you have you know a
demographic of older people or a
demographic of people that make 40 50 60
100 thousand dollars per year the reason
why you want to target you know these
people is because they have money to
invest and these people understand you
know they'd rather be caught with it
than without it and honestly you know
the benefits only forty dollars so it's
not like you know you spend them two or
three hundred dollars to invest $40
clean simple you can buy one thousand

150 dollars so if you buy five thousand
benefit flyers for $150 you sell two
benefits a week that's a hundred and
sixty dollars from one hundred fifty
dollar investment usually we need to
offline marketing and you get usually
two to two to five percent return number
investment so if you're buying five
thousand Flyers for $150 you getting a
two percent return on investment that
means a hundred people buy the benefits
and we earn $1 commissions so you pass
out five thousand fliers you get a
hundred new customers that's eight
thousand dollars paid to you within you
know a month say if it takes you a month
about 5,000 flyers and you and were
earning $1 Commission or on the twelfth
well honey you only get paid $35
Commission but still you pass out 5,000
Flyers you invest a hundred fifty bucks
you make a hundred sales that's thirty
five hundred dollars paid to you every
are paid to you within that month plus
you build in the residual income off
that customer base so if you have a
hundred customers a month
at times how about one year that's 1,200
customers times I buy that five times I
buy the $4 is your income that means you
earn one year you're gonna earn a
residual income of four thousand dollars
every single month I'm just getting a
hundred customers no a thousand
customers in one year times that by four
dollars per each customer that paid the
monthly bill and one year you can have
any residual income of $4,000 per month
from doing the work one time so it just
makes sense to pass out the fliers

going to either auto shops to fix the
car or they have damage on the car so
why not target these businesses because
what does MCA offer unlimited roadside
assistance and traffic representation
and legal help so these are perfect
areas where you can target you can
target all the shops and mechanic shops
so if you have five thousand fires you
can go into these all the dealerships
all the mechanic shops or auto shops and
your tire chains break places
to the major as a manager hey you mind
if I put some of your fires inside of
your building you can you probably even
work out an agreement with them and say
hey if you every person that comes in
here if you tell them to pick up a
benefit fly I'll give you an extra you
know 50 you know $50 a week you can
raise they're not doing anything besides
what they are doing you work out a
little agreement with them or you can
easily also work out an agreement with
them see if you can't stand outside
they're standing outside the shop
usually on Saturday and Sunday pass out
your benefit flyers and close and just
close the sale pass how you're better
than flyers tell people about the
benefits at the MCA and close the sale
and make the money
all right you yard sign so me I can't
really buy yard sides in New York City
in Manhattan because it just doesn't
make sense but you can buy yard signs

more calls you're going to make easy the
more sales you're going to close now car

have a call why not put your
advertisement on the car and have your
car being you know if you're driving a
car why not put
a card magnet on your car so every time
you drive your car people see your
advertisement they give you a call they
want more information about the benefits
they give you they give you a call they
ask you for more information about the
benefits you close the sale and you make
the money now everything that I just
told you is a tax write-off right this
is a 1099 business so lutely
everything that I do is a tax write-off
in my business right you know I keep all
my receipts everything I eat everything
I buy everything that I buy for my
business I keep the receipt I give him
to my accountant at the end of year I
let my accountant do his work and you
know every time I buy lunch I can't even
see every time I buy flyers at key to
see every time I pretty much buy
anything I keep that receipt I give it
to my accountant I like him do his work
this is a 1099 business so you can
dually write off a whole bunch of stuff
because we run the 1099 business and you

doing offline marketing for MCA it's a
numbers being you have to have to play
the numbers right so like I said we in
doing any kind of offline marketing you
have to play the numbers right so if
you're out there passing out 10 fives a
day you only have ten chances to make
the sale so if you're out there passing
out five on the fires a week or you know
putting up you know ten portal Flyers or
you know it's just a numbers game play
