before we jump into the exact strategy
on how I built an affiliate marketing
business from scratch from zero to over
100k in just under seven months and I'm
going to show you how to do it go ahead

and jump into why I created this
affiliate business and I'm gonna give
you a background before I jump into the
exact strategies because I think that's
more important is finding out why I
chose affiliate marketing over Amazon
FBA Shopify social media marketing and
tons of other business models out there
now I've tried all those business models
and I've had some success with some of
them okay but for me okay and if you're
like me affiliate marketing is the most
passive now I started you know working a
nine-to-five flipping burgers and
handing out milkshakes right here as you
can see this was something that I was
doing that I did not enjoy I was making
minimum wage and I was just working
effortlessly spinning my wheels and I
knew that I had to find something that
was going to produce massive amounts of
income so that I can not have to work
the nine-to-five or complete a college
degree okay
and when I decided to you know get some
education invest in some courses and
figure out how I was going to build a
business online that you know I didn't
have to deal with tons of customers and
was going to allow me to generate
passive income from building a system
okay and earning money while I sleep
that's when I was able to kind of live
my dream life okay I was able to buy my
dream car
marry my dream wife and we've traveled
the world and we you know went on
amazing vacations okay now if you're
one who has the same why maybe for you
you want to travel more you want to be
able to leave your nine-to-five you want
to just maybe you just want to generate
some extra income online from a business
okay from an online business then
affiliate marketing is by far the number
one way okay because number one you
don't have to deal with customers okay
the product isn't yours if the products
already created you already know the
product sells all you have to do is
drive traffic to that product okay so
you have to get customers to the product
you're gonna get their eyes in front of
the product so that they can go ahead
and purchase and you can receive a
commission that's why I like affiliate
marketing better than any other business
model because it's completely passive
okay you don't have to deal with refunds
chargebacks payment processors getting
shut down okay now if you've never built
an online business before I've went
through all of these things okay I've
went through payment processors being
shut down chargebacks refunds all these
things that come with owning a actual
physical product of your own okay
like an Amazon product if someone wants
a refund like you have to issue that
refund Shopify same thing okay now with
affiliate marketing you don't have to
deal with any of that none of the
customer support because you don't
actually own the product now when I
first got it started okay I you know
obviously took some courses I got
mentors I invested in myself to be able
to learn you know the right way of doing
affiliate marketing and not trying to
learn for free on YouTube because I knew
I just wanted a shortcut I wanted
something that was going to get me there
faster and if I was able to learn from
someone who actually knew what they were
doing and having success I knew I can
pay for that shortcut okay and basically
the first place you can get started with
affiliate marketing is Clickbank now
Clickbank you've probably heard of it
some people telling you to do Clickbank
some people telling you not to do
Clickbank you can definitely make some
money on Clickbank okay I've made money
on Clickbank I've had many affiliate
friends that have made thousands
hundreds of thousands of dollars with
Clickbank products it's a good place to
get started because they are
have tons of products in different
niches that you can go ahead and try out
and that they're already selling okay
and you can see the average sale right
here on some of these products you're
gonna get $450 Commission here $50
Commission here of $500 Commission here
and these are all products that are
already selling okay all you have to do
is sign up on Clickbank and they will
give you a special link okay your unique
affiliate tracking tracking code and
basically you just have to promote that
link you can use Facebook Ads but you're
going to need some sort of sales funnel
alright and I use click funnels that was
the you know some of the results I was
showing you at the beginning of the
video which were my own results okay
those were from my specific funnel okay
now you're going to need some sort of
funnel to kind of promote these links
and have build an email list and follow
up with these customers right if you
think about a store at the mall okay
they have their position in a perfect
place there at the mall there's people
that go to hang out at the mall and go
shopping
okay so there's tons of people walking
in front of the store those are leads
right people that actually go into the
store are warm leads those are people
that might be interested in purchasing
something okay so it's the same with
online marketing you have to run
Facebook Ads you have to maybe get some
free traffic at first with YouTube or
Facebook posts or Instagram posts right
and then as you make a little bit of
commission okay you're going to invest
that money back into paid advertising to
grow your business now the first place
that I go to actually grow the business
okay with the business that I did from
scratch over 100k in under seven months
I started off with udemy solo ads now
what this is is basically you're able to
access someone's email list with people
that are already interested in making
money online they're interested in you
know business opportunities and you're
able to access their email list that's
like basically opening up a pop-up shop
at the mall okay
hundreds of warm leads are walking by so
you can do that as you can see I've
ordered many you know visitors from
these vendors but some of my favorite
vendors are right here like couch
Jimmy's really good I can go here and
basically order you know some visitors
to my site to my funnel from couch Tim
now 200 visitors would cost me 121 bucks
but if each customer you know if each
customer
you know generates me 60 bucks and out
of 200 visitors I could get 5 to 10
customers right that's a huge profit
that's a huge ROI because I'm driving
warm traffic these are people that are
already interested in making money
online or you know business opportunity
and I can basically give coach Tim my
link to my website with my affiliate
link in that website so I pay a hundred
bucks maybe I make 200 300 400 bucks
back then I just keep pouring the money
back in here for more udemy solo ads
okay now once I built my email list up
to 300 okay now this is a crucial number
so if you're just getting started with
affiliate marketing and you don't know
how to get traffic this is one source if
you have a little bit of money to invest
in your business this is a great source
of traffic to build your email list get
some first initial sales with your
affiliate links and then you can go
scale up to Facebook Ads so after I got
my first 300 emails what I did was well
first you have to have an email
autoresponder like aweber this is a
great place they you know start free
start a free trial include all the links
down below to like udemy
Aweber these are some of the things that
I use for my business and basically once
you build your email list you upload
that email list into Facebook and
Facebook is going to find people that
look just like your face just like your
email list and they're going to
advertise to those people so you're
going to get highly targeted customers
to your affiliate links okay
so that's basically how I was able to
kind of scale this affiliate business I
found a really good offer okay I found
you know I built a really good sales
funnel and then I drove traffic to it
and I followed up with that traffic with
emails okay so if someone came through
my funnel and they didn't purchase my
through my affiliate link that's fine
maybe they're gonna purchase seven days
later so I made sure to follow up with
them via emails and I did that I did a
25 day follow-up sequence because my
goal is to either get them to purchase
something or get off my list I want them
to be an either annoyed by my list by my
emails or be you know excited and get
value from my emails okay now that's how
you can really differentiate what type
of traffic is coming through your funnel
is start sending out emails follow-up
emails and you'll see that you either
get a positive response you'll get sales
or you get a negative response and
you'll get a lot of unsubscribes which
is totally fine okay so that's just kind
of the gist of affiliate marketing and
some of the tools I use and how I was
able to scale this business from zero to
over a hundred thousand dollars but the
most important thing is discovering your
why okay for me it was I wanted to build
a better life for myself for my family
and earn passive income online and I
knew that it was gonna take some work I
knew it was gonna take some startup
capital you know maybe a little bit of
money or a little bit of debt on my
credit card
right I was ten thousand dollars in
credit card debt when I purchased those
courses that taught me how to do this
stuff okay so I knew that if I invested
in myself even if I put it on a credit
card I was going to be able to you know
generate that back and I was gonna do
whatever it took to generate that money
back okay now your results are gonna
depend totally on your work ethic and
what you do with this but this is just I
was just showing you exactly what I did
and how you can follow my exact steps
and get started with affiliate marketing
