business is to listen to your customers
now I work with clients that constantly
about their customers and kind of figure
out their target market and the only way
to do that is to listen to the customers
you currently have what do they enjoy
about your products and services what
would they like to see different you
know one thing that I like to do is
actually take an Instagram poll so I can
go into my Instagram stories and ask my
audience directly what exactly they want
to see I take a poll I kind of analyze
that data and then I apply that data to
my business I apply it to my product my
services and how I could be of more help
and more service to my potential clients
as well as my current customers one way
to followup with your current customers
is to create a private Facebook group
that only revolves around those
customers meaning they only have access
right there you can directly have you
know constant communication with them
and find out what exactly you can
approve them pause what exactly they
want to see in future products and
services of yours and then how you can
better serve them so always listen to
your customers because they're gonna
tell you what they want they're gonna
tell you how much they're willing to pay
and ultimately they're gonna tell you
exactly what they want from your
business
